Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uNek 2. Before you start using the
uNek 2, please read the operation manual thoroughly for the correct
methods of usage, especially the section on safety.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the
following: Read all instructions before using the product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after charging and before
cleaning.
WARNING –To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Only use the USB cable provided to charge the product. This product must only be
supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the product.
2) The product should not be left unattended while charging.
3) Disconnect the USB cable and remove it from the electrical outlet after charging.
4) Do not use or rest on the product while charging.
5) When the battery life span is over, contact OSIM Service Center for battery replacement.
Do not replace the product battery yourself. Only use the battery provided.
6) The battery must be removed and disposed of safely before product is scrapped.
7) The product must be disconnected from supply mains when removing the battery.
8) Close supervision of an adult is necessary when the product is used by, on, or near
invalids or disabled persons. Keep children away when the product is in operation.
9) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
10) Do not use this product when the fabric cover is torn, or when the USB cable is not
working properly, damaged or dropped into water. Contact OSIM Service Center for
examination and repair.
11) Keep the product and USB cable away from heated surface or source.
12) Never drop or insert any object into any openings.
13) This product is recommended for indoor usage.
14) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
administered.
15) Children should be supervised by an adult to ensure that they do not play with the
product.
16) This product is not intended for use by children. Persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge are not intended to use the
product unless they are supervised or given instruction concerning use of the product by
a person responsible for their safety.
17) Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
18) This product has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when
using the product.

Usage environment
• Do not use the product in an
excessively humid or dusty
environment as it may result in
a malfunction.
• Do not use the product in
temperatures higher than 40°C.
• Do not expose the product to
heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
• Do not use the product during
flight take off or landing.
Safety
Caution
• When using the product
in cold environment, do
not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It
is recommended that you
increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
• If the product is brought into
a warm environment from a
cold place where it was stored,
wait for one hour before use as
there may be water droplets
on mechanical parts due to
condensation. Using it under
such a condition may result in
malfunction.
Instances when the
product should not be used
In any of the following events,
please switch off the main power
immediately and/or disconnect
the USB cable from the electrical
outlet. Contact the OSIM Service
Center for servicing.
•Liquid is accidentally spilled
onto the product. This may
result in an electric shock.
•Fabric cover is torn and the
internal components are
exposed.
•Abnormal or severe pain is felt
during massages. Stop usage
immediately and consult your
doctor.
•Detection of any malfunction
or any other abnormal
condition during operation.
•Power failure. Product and
USB cable may be severely
damaged when power is
restored unexpectedly.
Assembly and repair
of the product
• Do not disassemble the fabric
cover of the product. Touching
the internal components of
the product may result in
malfunction or an electric shock.
• The product must only be
serviced or repaired by OSIM
Service Center.

• To ensure safe and correct usage
of the product, do not operate
it without carefully reading this
operation manual.
• Do not use the product when the
fabric cover is torn.
•Do not use the product in
combination with other
therapeutic equipment such as
electric blanket etc, as this may
result in ineffectiveness or injury.
•Do not stand, sit or exert
pressure on the product as
this may damage the product.
The recommended usage of
the product is to be used while
seated.
•Do not use the product an hour
before or after mealtime as this
may have adverse effects on the
user.
•Do not use the product when
your body is wet.
•Do not operate the product with
wet hands.
•Do not insert your finger or hand
along the paths of the massage
nodes during usage as this may
cause injury.
Safety
•Do not insert any object or
flammable material into the
product. This may result in an
electric shock, malfunction or
risk of fire.
•Do not cover the product during
operation. This may cause the
temperature of the battery
and motor to rise, resulting in
subsequent malfunction or fire.
•This product is not intended for
self-diagnosis or self-treatment
for conditions that should be
managed by a qualified health
care provider.
• If you are under medication or
with medical conditions, please
consult your doctor before use.
Do not use the product if you
are not feeling well.
•Do not use the product if you
are pregnant or menstruating.
•The suggested usage
duration is 10 and 30 minutes
depending on program. Ensure
that the product rests for 10
minutes before it is being used
again as continuous usage
over time may activate the
overheating protection device.
Stop operating the product
or wait for the temperature
on the product to cool down
before you begin any massage
programs.

Caution
• Avoid using the product under
the influence of alcohol or
when you are not feeling well.
• Do not use the product in the
event of a lightning storm.
Things to note about the USB
cable in case of malfunction
and electric shock
• Check that the Direct Current
(DC) voltage corresponds with
the specifications indicated for
the product.
• Remove the USB cable from the
electrical outlet immediately
should liquid be accidentally
spilled onto the product.
• Do not use wet hands to
connect or disconnect the USB
cable from the electrical outlet.
• Do not place the USB cable
under any heavy objects.
• Do not wind the USB cable
around the product.
• Do not use the product if the
electrical outlet is loose.
• Do not tamper with the USB
cable or use the product with
a damaged USB cable. If the
USB cable is damaged, it must
be replaced by OSIM Service
Center or its authorized service
agents.

Operation
Note
Charging the product battery
• Red LED indicator will flicker
to show the uNek 2 is low in
battery.
• Connect the uNek 2 using
the supplied USB cable to the
electrical outlet (Eg: power
bank, USB wall adaptor or
laptop). A ‘beep’ sound can be
heard once it is connected.
• The red LED indicator will flash
while it is charging. Once fully
charged, it will turn green.
• The uNek 2 will not work when
it is charging.
Turning product on/off
• Before turning the product on,
please ensure that the air valve
button is in [Close] position.
• Press and hold the [ ] button
for around 5sec until it emits a
‘beep’ sound to indicate that
the uNek 2 is turned on or off.
• The uNek 2 will automatically
inflate and massage program
will start after it is completely
inflated.
Massage program selection
• Press the [ ] button to cycle
through the 3 auto massage
programs.
i. Relax (1 ‘beep’ sound
and the red LED will
remain lit during the
10 min massage).
ii. Relief (2 ‘beep’ sound
and the red LED will
remain lit during the
10 min massage).
iii. Warmth (3 ‘beep’ sound
and the green LED will
flicker throughout the
30 min program).
• Press the [ ] button during any
massage program and it will
turn off the warmth function.
Press again to turn the warmth
function back on.
•It is not recommended to use
the uNek 2 for more than 10
minutes (for program 1 and 2)
and 30 minutes (for program
3). Please wait for at least 10
minutes before using uNek 2
again.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or air-
conditioning vents. These can cause the product colour to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with the
removable fabric cover and disconnect the USB cable from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the USB cable is
disconnected from the electrical outlet.
The fabric of the product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users.
The main unit structure and fabric can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft,
dry cloth. The common microfibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited
for this routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for
sale in most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which are
all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to
any form of water or moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to clean the fabric,
the coating may be eroded and the protection for the product will be diminished.
As for the power button, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to
clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents and abrasive cleaners
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the colour of fabric to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
For safety reasons, under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the
product.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Troubleshooting
•The sound is the result of the
mechanical structure and is not a
malfunction.
Problem Possible causes / action
•Motor sound during
operation.
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uNek 2, please
check the following points to see if they can be rectified. If the uNek 2
still malfunction or does not work, please turn off the uNek 2. Contact
OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uNek 2 yourself.
Doing so will void the warranty and OSIM will not bear the
responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
•The uNek 2 will not
start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•Check the battery level and charge
the uNek 2 if battery level is low.
•Ensure that the uNek 2 is not in
charging mode.
•The auto timer function of 10/30
minutes may have lapsed.
•The Power button [ ] was pressed
accidentally.
•The overheating protection device
may have been activated. Allow the
product to cool down for at least 30
minutes before using it again.

Troubleshooting
•The uNek 2 will not
charge.
• Ensure that only the USB cable
provided is in use.
• Ensure that the voltage and current
at the electrical outlet is adequate.
• The internal safety device may have
been activated due to incorrect
voltage. Contact OSIM Service
Center for servicing.

• 在偏低室温中使用产品，
切勿骤然调升温度。建议将
温度逐步调至正常范围后再

• 若是将产品由低温处所移至

障。建议取出后，先将产品
放置于正常室温1小时后在开

产品操作
充电
• 红色 LED 显示灯会闪烁代表
uNek 2 的电池电量不足。
• 将提供的 USB 缆线将产品
连接至电源 （例如：移动电
源、USB 插墙电源适配器或
手提电脑）。连接成功后，
会发出『哔』声。
• 在充电期间，红色 LED
显示灯会闪烁。当充满电
时，LED 显示灯将会转成绿
色，并且也会常亮。
• uNek 2 在进行充电时将不能
操作。
模式选择
• 只需按下[ ]按钮便能顺序转
换按摩程序。
i. 放松（发出一声『哔』
声，全程10分钟的按
摩程序中红色 LED 显示
灯会亮着）。
ii. 舒缓（发出两声『哔』
声，全程10分钟的按
摩程序中红色 LED 显示
灯会亮着） 。
iii. 温热（发出三声『哔』
声，全程30分钟的热敷
程序中绿色 LED 显示灯
会持续闪烁） 。
• 在按摩程序中按下 [ ] 按钮
会关闭热敷功能。再次按下
便可开启热敷功能。
开启/关闭电源
• 在启动产品前，请确认气阀
按钮是在[闭]的位置。
• 长按 [ ] 按钮5秒直到听见
一声『哔』 声以表示 uNek 2
已开启或关闭。
• uNek 2 将会自动充气，
一当充满气后便会启动按摩
程序。
注意
• 建议每次使用 uNek 2 的时间
不宜超过10分钟（程序一和
二）和30分钟（程序三）。
若想继续使用 uNek 2，请稍
等10分钟，然后再重新启动
产品。
