Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uZap Foot. Please read the operation manual
thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and take special notice of the safety
section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your guide to a safe and
efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please take special notice of the following basic precautions:
Read all instructions before using this product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from electrical
outlet/power source when it is not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and
cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet/power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet/power
source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug/USB cable, pull it out by holding the plug/USB cable
head, not the cord/cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a malfunction,
a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur when power is restored
unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service Center for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug/USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by OSIM
Service Center or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord/USB
cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord/USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord/USB cable under the product or any other heavy objects.
12) Do not wind the power cord/USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the likes.
14) Remove power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source immediately
should liquid be accidentally spilled onto the product as this may result in electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16) To disconnect, turn off all controls and remove the power plug/USB cable from the
electrical outlet/power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.

18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep children
away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may result in
malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor temperature
and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room temperature
abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature gradually to a normal
level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where it was stored,
wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on mechanical parts due to
condensation. Using the product under such condition may result in malfunction.
30) When first using the product, please be careful and test it out using a low intensity/or
use within a short period of time to understand how the different motors work and your
preferred intensity.
31) Be sure to start on the gentle massage program if using the product for the first time.
32) Do not stand on or in product. Use only while seated.
33) Place and use the product on an even, non-slip floor.
34) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
35) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or electric
blanket, etc, as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
36) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
37) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Center. Users must
not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
38) Some noise may be heard coming from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
39) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence of alcohol.
40) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your doctor if you
experience any abnormal or severe pain.

41) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions that should
be managed by a qualified health care provider.
42) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please consult your
health care provider first before use.
43) Avoid heavy meal an hour before massage and allow at least an hour of rest after meal
before using the product.
WARNING: Only use the detachable supply (model: WL2400-2000) unit provided
with this appliance.

Operation
Start/Stop vibration massage
• Press [ ] to turn ON the product and it will be at Speed 1 mode.
• Press again [ ] for Speed 2 mode.
• Press again [ ] for Speed 3 mode.
• Press again [ ] for Auto program I mode.
• Press again [ ] for Auto program II mode.
• The corresponding LED will light up.
• Press [ ] to turn OFF the product.
• Product will be on Standby mode if there is 4 minutes of inactivity and Standby LED will
light up. Press [ ] or [ ] to exit Standby mode.

• Turn ON the product before placing your foot on it. This is to prevent activation of the
safety feature where the product will not turn ON when there is excess load.
• Please ensure that the area you are massaging is placed flat and evenly on the center of
the product for a better user experience.
• Do not put your hands or feet in the gap around the massage plate.
• It is not recommended to use the product for more than 10 minutes per session. Allow
your body to take a break before you use again.
• Always place the product on even, non-slip floor.
• You may place a mat under the product for a better experience, and to also prevent the
floor from scratches.
• Do not sit, stand or place a load heavier than 40kg on the product. This may cause
potential overheating and significant damage to it.
• Do not leave the product unattended when in use.
• Carry the product with care to prevent any accidents that may cause potential injuries.
• Stop operation immediately if you experience any discomfort.

Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can greatly impact the product’s physical and mechanical condition.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or places with extreme heat or air-conditioning
vents. These can cause the product to crack or its color to fade.
If the product is not going to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover and
disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned OFF and the power adapter is
disconnected from the electrical outlet.
The product can be cleaned regularly with soft, dry cloth to wipe off dust and dirt.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product has electrical components and mechanical parts, which are very sensitive to
moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed to any form of water or moisture.
Do not use a damp cloth to clean the control panel as this may result in malfunction.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean
the product. This may cause the color of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
For safety reason, under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product yourself.
If the product malfunctions, please contact OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the product, please check the following points
to see if they can be rectified. If the product still malfunctions or does not work, please turn OFF
the product and remove the power adapter from the electrical outlet. Contact OSIM Service
Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent consequences.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
•Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to
an electrical outlet that is turned ON.
• The overheat protection device may have been
activated. Turn OFF the main switch and allow
the product to cool down for at least 30 minutes
before using it again.
•Turn ON the product first before placing your foot
on it.
• The sound is the result of the mechanical structure
and is not a malfunction.
• The auto timer of 10 minutes may have lapsed.
• The ‘Stop’ button [ ] on the control panel was
pressed accidentally.
• The overheat protection device may have been
activated. Turn OFF the main switch and allow
the product to cool down for at least 30 minutes
before using it again.

使用完毕后或清洁前,请将电源线插头/USB电缆由插座中拔除。
警告—为降低走火、灼伤、触电、或是造成他人受伤的风险,请遵照下列指示:
1) 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造商所推荐的零
配件。
2)插入电源时,绝不应不看管产品。在不使用电源时,请拔下电源插头。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下操作本产品。过热可能会造成火灾、触电或人员受伤。
4) 如果电源松动,请勿使用本产品。
5) 请勿用湿手将电源插头/USB电缆与电源插座/电源连接或断开。
6) 断开电源插头/USB电缆时,按住插头/USB电缆头(而不是电源线/电缆)将其
拔出。

11) 请勿将电源线/USB电缆放在产品或任何其他重物下。
12) 请勿将电源线/USB电缆缠绕于产品上。
13) 请勿在出气口阻塞的状况下操作本产品。请保持出气口通畅,避免被棉屑,毛发
等物阻塞。
14) 不慎将液体倾倒在产品上时,请立即将电源线插头/USB电缆自插座中拔除,以免

28) 在偏低室温中使用产品,切勿骤然调升温度。建议将温度逐步调至正常范围后再使
用。
29) 若是将产品由低温的储存处移至温暖环境使用时,可能会因为机件内水气聚集而影
响机器正常运作,甚或造成机件故障。建议移动后,先将产品在正常室温放置1小
时后再开始使用。
30) 最初使用时,请小心,在低强度/短度下进行测试,同时了解不同电机的工作方式以
及您喜欢的强度。
31) 如果首次使用本产品,请务必开始使用温和的按摩程序。
32) 不可站在本产品上,必须坐在座位上才能使用本产品。
33) 将产品放在均匀的防滑地板上使用。
34) 请勿自行拆卸或维修产品。碰触内部机件可能导致机件故障或触电意外。
35) 请勿拆卸、掉落或使产品受到冲击或振动。

41) 按摩时若身体不适,请立即停止操作。身体产生不正常或严重疼痛时,请寻求医疗咨
