Ultra lightweight L.E.D. headlamp with
retractable band
For the ZIPKA, Petzl uses the new L.E.D.
(Light Emitting Diode) lighting technology.
L.E.D.s give an even white light. They are very
strong,have a lifetime of several years continuous
use, and consume less energy than traditional
bulbs. Now there’s no longer any need to replace
bulbs. Avoid looking directly into the L.E.D.s
Insertion of batteries
Use alkaline or rechargeable batteries.
Warning, be careful to insert the batteries
correctly with respect to polarity, as marked
inside the case. Push the switch all the way to
switch on/off the lamp.
Maintenance
The L.E.D.s are not removable. After use in a
humid environment, remove the batteries and dry
out. If sea-water gets into the lamp, remove the
batteries, rinse thoroughly in fresh water and dry.
If the lamp does not operate
Check that the batteries are not dead and
are correctly installed with respect to polarity.
Check that the contacts are not corroded. If
corrosion occurs, gently scrape it off without
deforming the contacts. If your lamp is still not
working, contact PETZL After-Sales Service.
Retractable reel precautions
To avoid damaging the retractable reel, take care
to retract it slowly and avoid releasing it when
extended. The ZIPKA is not for use in harsh
environments (caving,diving...), as getting mud
or sand in the reel can permanently damage it.
The reel should not be opened, as it contains
a spring that can cause injury upon release.
Dismantling the reel voids the guarantee.
For safety reasons, do not put the lamp around
your neck : the cord breaks free of the reel
at around 20 kg, but be careful, the risk of
being strangled or cut by the cord is nonetheless
possible. The ZIPKA is not recommended for
children.
The PETZL guarantee
This product is guaranteed for 3 years against
all faults in materials or manufacture. Exclusions
from the guarantee : normal wear and tear,
modifications or alterations, incorrect storage,
damage caused by accidents, by negligence, or
by use for which this product is not intended.
Responsibility
PETZL accepts no responsibility for the
consequences, whether direct, indirect or
accidental, or for any other type of damage
arising or resultant from the use of this product.

Lampe frontale ultra légère à L.E.D à
enrouleur.
Petzl utilise pour la ZIPKA la nouvelle technologie
d’éclairage L.E.D. (Light Emitting Diode).
Les L.E.D. produisent une lumière blanche
homogène. Très résistantes, elles ont une
durée de vie de plusieurs années en utilisation
continue et consomment moins d’énergie que les
ampoules traditionnelles. Il n’y a plus d’ampoules
à remplacer. Eviter de regarder les L.E.D. de face.
Mise en place des piles
Utiliser des piles alcalines ou des accumulateurs.
Attention, respecter la polarité indiquée à
l’intérieur du boîtier. Manoeuvrer le bouton à fond
pour allumer et éteindre.
Entretien
Les L.E.D. ne sont pas démontables.
Après utilisation en milieu humide, retirer les
piles et sécher. Si de l’eau de mer pénètre à
l’intérieur, retirer les piles, rincer abondamment la
lampe et sécher.
En cas de dysfonctionnement
Vérifier les piles et le respect de leur polarité.
Vérifier l’absence de corrosion sur les contacts.
En cas de corrosion, gratter légèrement les
contacts sans les déformer.
Si votre lampe ne fonctionne toujours pas, faites
appel au Service Après-Vente PETZL.
Précautions enrouleur
Pour préserver l’enrouleur, il est préférable de ne
pas le relâcher brutalement.
La ZIPKA n’est pas destinée à des utilisations
en milieu hostile (spéléologie, plongée...),
la présence de sable ou de boue dans l’enrouleur
peut l’endommager définitivement. L’enrouleur
ne doit pas être ouvert, il contient un ressort
qui peut blesser en se libérant. Une lampe
dont l’enrouleur a été démontée n’est plus
couverte par la garantie. Pour des raisons de
sécurité, ne pas mettre la lampe autour du cou,
le fil se déboîte de l’enrouleur à 20 kg environ,
mais attention le risque d’étranglement ou de
coupure avec le fil reste néanmoins possible.
Lampe déconseillée aux enfants.
Garantie PETZL
Ce produit est garanti pendant 3 ans contre
tout défaut de matière ou de fabrication.
Limite de la garantie : l’usure normale,
les modifications ou retouches, le mauvais
stockage, les dommages dus aux accidents,
auxnégligences, aux utilisations pour lesquelles
ce produit n’est pas destiné.
Responsabilité
PETZL n’est pas responsable des conséquences
directes, indirectes, accidentelles ou de tout autre
type de dommages survenus ou résultant de
l’utilisation de ce produit.

Stirnlampe /Superleicht /L.E.D. mit
Aufrollband
Petzl nutzt für die ZIPKA die neue Leuchttechnik
LED (Leuchtdioden).
Die LED sorgen für ein homogenes weißes
Licht. Sie sind sehr widerstandsfähig, haben bei
ununterbrochenem Gebrauch eine Lebensdauer
von mehreren Jahren und verbrauchen weniger
Energie als herkömmliche Glühbirnen.
Ersatzbirnen werden nicht mehr benötigt.
Vermeiden Sie direktes Hineinschauen in die LED.
Einsetzen der Batterien
Alkalibatterien oder wiederaufladbare Batterien
verwenden. Beachten Sie die im Innern des
Behälters angezeigte Polarität! Zum Ein-und
Ausschalten Schalter an der Unterseite betätigen.
Wartung und Pflege
Die LED sind nicht abnehmbar. Entnehmen
Sie nach Gebrauch in feuchter Umgebung die
Batterien und trocknen Sie Lampe und Batterien.
Entnehmen Sie nach Eindringen von Salzwasser
in das Lampeninnere die Batterien, spülen Sie die
Lampe ausgiebig aus und trocknen Sie diese.
Bei Funktionsstörungen
Batteriezustand und Polung überprüfen.
Korrosionsfreiheit der Kontakte prüfen.
Bei Korrosion die Kontakte vorsichtig freikratzen,
ohne sie zu verbiegen. Sollte Ihre Lampe immer
noch nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an
den Kundendienst von PETZL.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zur Haspel
Zum Schutz der Haspel sollte diese nicht
abrupt entspannt werden. Die ZIPKA ist nicht
zum Gebrauch in ungeeigneter Umgebung
(Höhlenforschung, Tauchen) ausgelegt.
Sand und Schmutz in der Haspel können
diese irreparabel beschädigen. Die Haspel darf
nicht geöffnet werden, da sie eine Feder
enthält, die bei Entspannung Verletzungen
verursachen kann. Eine Lampe, deren Haspel
zerlegt wurde, fällt nicht mehr unter die Garantie.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen sollten Sie die Lampe
nicht um den Hals hängen. Obwohl die Schnur
bei ca. 20 kg Zugkraft aus der Haspel ausreißt,
bleibt trotzdem die Gefahr des Einschnürens oder
Einschneidens durch die Schnur. Die Lampe ist
nicht für den Gebrauch durch Kinder geeignet.
PETZL-Garantie
Auf dieses Produkt wird eine Garantie von
drei Jahren gegen jegliche Material-und
Fabrikationsfehler gewährt. Von dieser Garantie
ausgeschlossen sind normale Abnutzung,
Veränderungen oder Überarbeitungen, falsche
Lagerung, Beschädigungen aufgrund von
Unfällen, Unachtsamkeiten oder
Anwendungsbereiche, für die das Produkt nicht
ausgelegt ist.
Haftung
PETZL übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für direkte,
indirekte und unfallbedingte Folgen sowie jegliche
andere Form von Beschädigung aufgrund des
Gebrauchs dieses Produkts.

Lampada frontale ultra leggera con L.E.D
con avvolgitore.
Petzl utilizza per la ZIPKA la nuova tecnologia
d’illuminazione L.E.D. (Light Emitting Diode).
I L.E.D.producono una luce bianca omogenea.
Molto resistenti, hanno una durata di parecchi
anni con utilizzo continuo e consumano meno
energia delle lampadine tradizionali. Non ci sono
più lampadine da sostituire. Evitare di guardare i
LED direttamente.
Inserimento pile
Utilizzare pile alcaline o accumulatori. Attenzione,
rispettare la polarità indicata all’interno del
corpo lampada. Per l’accensione e lo
spegnimento compiere lo spostamento completo
dell’interruttore.
Manutenzione
I L.E.D.non sono smontabili. Dopo l’utilizzo in
ambiente umido, togliere le pile e fare asciugare.
Se penetra acqua all’interno, togliere le pile,
sciacquare la lampada abbondantemente e fare
asciugare.
Se la lampada non funziona
Controllare le pile e rispettarne la polarità.
Verificare l’assenza di corrosione sui contatti.
In caso di corrosione, raschiare leggermente i
contatti senza deformarli. Se la lampada non
funziona ancora, rivolgersi al Servizio Post
Vendita PETZL.
Precauzioni avvolgitore
Per proteggere l’avvolgitore è preferibile non
rilasciarlo bruscamente. La ZIPKA non è destinata
ad utilizzi in ambiente ostile (speleologia,
subacquea...), la presenza di sabbia o di fango
nell’avvolgitore può danneggiarla definitivamente.
L’avvolgitore non deve essere aperto, contiene
una molla che, liberandosi, può ferire. Una
lampada con l’avvolgitore smontato non è più
coperta dalla garanzia. Per ragioni di sicurezza,
non mettere la lampada attorno al collo,
il filo si stacca dall ’avvolgitore a 20 Kg circa,
ma attenzione, il rischio di strangolamento o
di taglio con il filo rimane tuttavia possibile.
Lampada sconsigliata ai bambini.
Garanzia PETZL
Questo prodotto ha una garanzia di 3 anni contro
ogni difetto del materiale o di fabbricazione.
Limitazione della garanzia : non sono coperti
dalla garanzia l’usura normale, le modifiche o i
ritocchi, la cattiva conservazione, i danni dovuti
agli incidenti, alle negligenze e agli utilizzi ai quali
questo prodotto non è destinato.
Responsabilità
PETZL non è responsabile delle conseguenze
dirette, indirette, accidentali o di ogni altro tipo di
danno verificatosi o causato dall’utilizzo di questo
prodotto.

Linterna frontal ultraligera de L.E.D. con
enrollador
Para la ZIPKA, Petzl utiliza la nueva tecnología
de iluminación L.E.D. (Light Emitting Diode).
Los L.E.D.producen una luz blanca homogénea.
Muy resistentes, tienen una duración de varios
años en utilización continuada y consumen
menos energía que las bombillas tradicionales.
Ya no hay bombillas que cambiar. Evite mirar
directamente los L.E.D.
Colocación de las pilas
Utilice pilas alcalinas o acumuladores.
Atención, respete la polaridad indicada en el
interior de la caja portapilas. Para encender y
apagar accione el interruptor.
Mantenimiento
Los L.E.D. no son desmontables. Después de un
uso en medio húmedo, retire las pilas y séquelas.
Si penetra agua salada en el interior, retire las
pilas, enjuague con abundante agua dulce la
linterna y séquela.
En caso de mal funcionamiento
Compruebe las pilas y el respeto de su
polaridad. Verifique la ausencia de corrosión
en los contactos. En caso de corrosión,
frote ligeramente los contactos sin deformarlos.
Si su linterna sigue sin funcionar, póngase en
contacto con el Servicio Post-Venta de PETZL.
Precauciones con el enrollador
Para conservar el enrollador, es preferible no
soltarlo de golpe. La ZIPKA no está destinada
a ser usada en medio hostil (espeleología,
inmersión...), la presencia de arena o barro
en el enrollador puede dañarlo definitivamente.
El enrollador no debe abrirse, ya que contiene
un muelle que puede causar heridas al usuario
si se suelta. Una linterna cuyo enrollador ha sido
desmontado no está cubierta por la garantía.
Atención, por razones de seguridad no se coloque
la linterna alrededor del cuello, pues, aunque el
cable se desengancha del enrollador a partir de
20 kg, el riesgo de estrangulamiento o de corte
con el cable es posible. Linterna desaconsejada
para los niños.
Garantía PETZL
Este producto está garantizado durante 3 años
contra cualquier defecto en los materiales
o de fabricación. La garantía no cubre el
desgaste normal, las modificaciones o retoques,
un almacenamiento inadecuado, los daños
debidos a accidentes, negligencias o utilizaciones
para las que este producto no está destinado.

PETZL no es responsable de las consecuencias
directas, indirectas, accidentales o de cualquier
