Trouble shooting

1. The fixture cannot be switched on
1. Check the power switch if it’s turned on completely.
2. Check the main fuse on the power socket.
3. Check if the power cables is broken or get loose.
4. Check if the Power Supply has regular input and output.
2. The fixture doesn’t respond to the controller
No DMX 512 signal exists, the green LED doesn’t light.
The fixture is not configurated correctly, the DMX address is wrong.
The DMX cables are not clear or broken.
The Display PCB is failed.
The library file is not correct.
The misoperation of controller.

3. The Pan/Tilt is shaking or getting stuck
The mechanical resistance of pan/tilt itself is too big.
The fixing screws of belt gets loose.
Either of belt is too loose or tight.
The malfunction of pan/tilt drive PCB.
The Encoder tooth wheel is out of shape.
The malfunction of optical couple sensor.
The malfunction of motor.
The lamp cables, motor cables and sensor cables are interfered with each
other.
4. The fixture only functions intermittently
Check the power cables connection of the fixture.
Check the DMX signal is normal or not.
Check if the fans are dirty or not operational.
Check the ventilation condition of the fixture.

Cleaning
Power off the light.
Blow the dust away and loose particles of plastic or painted surfaces with a clean, soft,
lint-free cloth or low-pressure compressed air.
Under normal circumstances, it is recommended that the outside of fixture be
cleaned every one month.
Environmental factors that may result in a
need for frequent cleaning include:
• Use of smoke or fog machines.
• High airflow rates (near air conditioning vents,
for example).
• Presence of cigarette smoke.
• Airborne dust (from stage effects, building
structures and fittings or the natural
environment at outdoor events, for example).
Clean the surface：

Clean and check the head fan：
Normally , it is recommended that the head fan
should be cleaned every one month.
It depends on your using condition.
If you find the fan is noisy and dirty， you need
clean it.
