● Check to be sure that you have all parts and hardware.
● Remove all wrapping materials, including staples & packing straps before you start to assemble.
● Do not tighten all screws/bolts until completely assembled.
● Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children.

Hardware:
H) Large Assembly Key ● I) Small Assembly Key ● J) Short Bolts/ Washers(4) ● K) Long Bolts/Washers(6)
NOTE: ALL BOLTS ARE INITIALLY IN PLACE ON SEAT AND BACK. REMOVE BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Parts:
A) Right Arm ● B) Left Arm ● C) Seat ● D) Back ● E) Cylinder ● F) Base ● G) Casters(5)

STEP 1: Insert 5 Casters(G) into Base(F). STEP 2: Insert Cylinder(E) into Base(F).

STEP 3: Attach the Right Arm(A) and Left Arm(B) to the Seat(C) using 3 Long Bolts/Washers(K) each arm.
Note: Do NOT tighten bolts on each arm until all bolts have been started.

STEP 4: Attach Back(D) to Seat(C) using 4 Short Bolts/
Washers(J).
Note: Do NOT tighten bolts until all bolts have been started.
STEP 5: Finish by placing Seat(C) into
Cylinder(E) on Base and apply force to the
seat to ensure connection.
