Intended use
Hand fixation intended to fixate the patient hand when the arm is stretched during surgery. The
product is to be used by medical professionals within a medical facility.
Safety regulation
Before use, ensure correct function!
Service and preventive maintenance shall be performed by authorized personnel.
User instruction
Installation
Hand positioning
Place the patient hand on the plate and position the fingers between the rubber studs. Push the
studs in between the fingers for hand fixation. Increased traction of the hand fixation increases the
fixation force of the patient hand.
Maintenance
Service, preventive maintenance, adjustment and repair shall be performed by authorized personnel
only. Altering the construction without a written consent from the manufacturer, is strictly forbidden.

Cleaning
Clean with antiseptic detergent with pH 6 –8 and warm water. Wipe dry with soft cloth. Do not use
strong acidic or alkaline detergent.
Control
Check the function and that there are no loose parts or damage to any part
Annual Service
Once a year the hand fixation shall be carefully cleaned, threading’s shall be lubricated, the locking
function shall be tested.
