Die in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschriebenen
Ventilatoren eignen sich zur Förderung von:
- sauberer Luft
- wenig staub- und fetthaltiger Luft der
Bestimmungsgemäße Betrieb ist vom
Planer der Anlage zu prüfen (ggf. Vorfilter
verwenden)
- leicht aggressiven Gasen und Dämpfen
- Medien bis zur max. Luftdichte von 1,2
kg/m3
- Medien bis zur max. Feuchte von 95 %
(nicht betauend)
- Fördermitteltemperatur bei Konvektions-
kühlung von - 25°C bis zur Typenschild-
angabe
- bei Konvektionskühlung ist um das Elekt-
ronikgehäuse ein Abstand von min. 250
mm einzuhalten.
- Bei GKH… Ventilatoren wird konstrukti-
onsbedingt von einer Luftgeschwindigkeit
von größer 1 m/s an der Elektronik bei
voller Leistung ausgegangen.

Das Gerät kann bei Umgebungsbedi
gungen, die nicht zur Kondenswasserbil-
dung führen, in beliebiger Einbaulage
montiert werden. Tritt Betauung auf, darf
das Gerät nur in der Einbaulage Welle
horizontal oder Rotor unten montiert
werden. Damit ist gewährleistet, dass
Kondenswasser kontrolliert entweichen
kann.

Betrieb ist der Betreiber. Entsprechende
Schaltgeräte sind als Zubehör verfügbar.

Ventilatoren sind für die
Betriebsart S1 – Dauerbetrieb konzipiert.
Es sind maximal fünf Ein- Ausschaltzyk-
len pro Stunde erlaubt. Bei der Betriebs-
art S1 wird davon ausgegangen, dass ein
Betrieb mit einer konstanten Belastung
ansteht und die Maschine den thermi-
schen Beharrungszustand erreichen
kann!
Rosenberg EC Fans are designed for S1
nonstop operation. A maximum of 5 ON-
OFF switches per hour is allowed. The
operation mode S1 is under the condition
of using the fan with constant load and
reaching the thermal persistence of the
machine.
