5 Einsatzbedingungen Condition of use

mal gekühlten Motor sind auf das
Metall-Motortypenschild gestempelt
und Inhalt der EG- Baumusterprüf-
bescheinigung.

tor type plate. These data are content
of the EC- type examination certifi-
cate.
Rosenberg riemengetriebene Radialventila-
toren eignen sich zur Förderung von:
- sauberer Luft
-leicht aggressiven Gasen und
Dämpfen (gegebenenfalls ist die
chemische Beständigkeit zu tes-
ten!)
-Medien bis zur max. Luftdichte von
1,3 kg/m3
- Fördermitteln mit einer Temperatur
von –20 °C bis + 40 °C. Höhere
Temperaturen auf Anfrage. (Bei
höheren Temperaturen verringert
sich die Lagerlebensdauer, die
Riemenlebensdauer und die abge-
gebene Motorleistung)
- Medien bis zur max. Feuchte von
95%
Rosenberg belt driven radial fans atmos-

Explosionsgeschützte Ventilatoren entspre-

The temperature of the motor coolant has to

Durch die X-Markierung in der ATEX-
Bezeichnung wird auf besondere Bedin-
gungen für den sicheren Betrieb hingewie-
sen. Im Einzelnen sind dies:
1. Es sind nur EG-Baumustergeprüfte
Motoren für Zone 1 zulässig.
2. Erhöhte Belastungen (FU-Betrieb, Nicht-
horizontale Welle, ...) vermindern die La-
gerlebensdauer des Motors!
Generell sind die Lager nach 20.000h zu
wechseln, bzw. nach Angaben des Mo-
torherstellers nachzuschmieren.
3. Die Motor-Leistung für explosionsge-
schützte Ventilatoren ist auf 11 kW be-
schränkt.
4. Der Ventilator ist nicht gasdicht! Die Auf-

converter, non-horizontal shaft, …) re-
