Step 1
å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor.
å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (1) into a SHELF (F) so the
WOOD DOWELS are showing on both surfaces.
å Push two UPRIGHTS (E) onto the WOOD DOWELS in
the SHELF (F).

and fasten the SAFETY STRAP to the TOP (B). Use the
provided SHORT SCREW.

Meet Part (B). This component has been
engineered to be lighter, stronger, faster…
well ok. Not technically faster. But
definitely makes for a sturdier 8-Cube
Organizer that’s easier to assemble and
friendlier to the environment.

å Push two UPRIGHTS (E) onto the WOOD DOWELS
showing through the SHELVES (F).
å Insert four WOOD DOWELS (1) into the edges of
the UPRIGHTS (E).
å Push the BOTTOM (A) and TOP (B) onto the
WOOD DOWELS in the UPRIGHTS (E).

å Fasten the END (C) to the BOTTOM (A), TOP (B),
and SHELVES (F). Tighten four 3-5/16" HEX HEAD
SCREWS (3) using the L-WRENCH (4).
å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns
before completely tightening any of them.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the END insert
into the SHELVES.

å Insert six WOOD DOWELS (1) into an END (C).
å Fasten the END (C) to the BOTTOM (A), TOP (B),
and SHELVES (F). Tighten four 3-5/16" HEX HEAD
SCREWS (3) using the L-WRENCH (4).
å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns
before completely tightening any of them.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the END insert
into the SHELVES.

å NOTE: The unit can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
å Carefully stand your unit upright against the wall in its final location. If you are standing your unit horizontally, the
SAFETY STRAP is not needed.
å NOTE: The following instructions show your vertical unit being fastened to a wall stud. If you are not fastening your unit
to a wall stud, go to the next step now.
å 1st- Locate the center of a stud in your wall near your unit and mark it with a pencil just below the top surface of your
unit so the SAFETY STRAP will not be visible.
å 2nd- Drill a 1/8" hole on the mark and into the stud in your wall.
å 3rd-
Fasten the unit to the wall. Use the LONG SCREW through the other end of the SAFETY STRAP and into the 1/8" hole.

å 1st- With your pencil, strike a mark through the center of the hole in the SAFETY STRAP just below the top surface of
your unit so the SAFETY STRAP will not be visible.
å 2nd- Drill a 3/8" hole on the mark.
å 3rd- While you squeeze the wings together, gently tap the WALL ANCHOR from the FURNITURE TIPPING
RESTRAINT KIT (96) into the hole until it is even with the surface of the wall.
å 4th- Turn the LONG SCREW through the hole in the SAFETY STRAP and into the WALL ANCHOR.
å NOTE: You will need to turn the LONG SCREW multiple turns to completely tighten and secure your unit to the wall.

ÉTAPE 6 (SUITE)
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS de
l’EXTRÉMITÉ dans les TABLETTES.
ÉTAPE 7
REMARQUE : L'unité peut être positionnée horizontalement
ou verticalement.
Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale et
placer l'élément dans son emplacement final. Si vous placez
votre unité horizontalement, la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ n'est
pas nécessaire.
REMARQUE : Les instructions suivantes montrent votre unité
verticale fixé à un montant mural. Si vous ne fixe pas le meuble à
un montant mural, passer à l’étape suivante maintenant.
1- Repérer le centre d’un montant dans le mur près de votre unité et
le marquer avec un crayon en-dessous de la surface supérieure de
l’unité de sorte que la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ ne soit pas visible.
2-Percer un trou de 3 mm sur la marque et dans le montant dans
le mur.
3-Fixer l’unité au mur. Utiliser la VIS LONGUE à travers l'autre
extrémité de la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ et dans le trou de 3 mm.
ÉTAPE 8
1-Avec un crayon, mettre une marque à travers le centre du
trou dans la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ, en-dessous de la surface
supérieure de l’unité de sorte que la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ ne
soit pas visible.
2-Percer un trou de 9,5 mm sur la marque.
3-Tout en pincer les ailes ensemble, enfoncer légèrement le
DISPOSITIF D’ANCRAGE MURAL du KIT DE RETENUE
ANTI-BASCULEMENT POUR MOBILIER (96) dans le trou jusqu’à
ce qu’il soit à fleur avec la surface du mur.
4-Utiliser la VIS LONGUE à travers le trou dans la SANGLE DE
SÉCURITÉ et dans le DISPOSITIF D’ANCRAGE MURAL.
REMARQUE : Il faudra tourner la VIS LONGUE de plusieurs tours
pour serrer complètement et fixer votre appareil au mur.
ÉTAPE 9
Décoller les APPLIQUÉS de la FICHE D'APPLIQUÉS (2) et les
coller sur chaque tête de VIS visible.
REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la
sécurité figurant sur les pages arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer avec un tissu
humide. Essuyer.
ÉTAPE 5
Insérer six CHEVILLES EN BOIS (1) dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ (C).
Fixer l’EXTRÉMITÉ (C) au DESSOUS (A), au DESSUS (B) et aux
TABLETTES (F). Serrer quatre VIS TÊTE HEX 84 mm (3) à l’aide
de la CLÉ EN L (4).
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS de
l’EXTRÉMITÉ dans les TABLETTES.
ÉTAPE 2
Insérer quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (1) dans les bords
des MONTANTS (E).
Enfoncer deux TABLETTES (F) sur les CHEVILLES EN BOIS
dans les MONTANTS (E).
REMARQUE : Les CHEVILLES EN BOIS doivent traverser
les TABLETTES.
ÉTAPE 3
Ouvrir le KIT DE RETENUE ANTI-BASCULEMENT POUR
MOBILIER (96), et fixer la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ au DESSUS (B).
Utiliser la VIS COURTE fournie.
ÉTAPE 4
Enfoncer deux MONTANTS (E) sur les CHEVILLES EN BOIS
visibles à travers les TABLETTES (F).
Insérer quatre CHEVILLES EN BOIS (1) dans les bords
des MONTANTS (E).
Enfoncer le DESSOUS (A) et le DESSUS (B) sur les CHEVILLES
EN BOIS dans les MONTANTS (E).
ÉTAPE 1
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol.
Insérer deux CHEVILLES EN BOIS (1) dans une TABLETTE (F) de
sorte que les CHEVILLES EN BOIS montrent sur les deux surfaces.
Enfoncer deux MONTANTS (E) sur les CHEVILLES EN BOIS dans
la TABLETTE (F).

PASO 6 (CONTINUACIÓN)
NOTA: Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de
apretar cualquier tornillo firmemente.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA en el
EXTREMO se inserten en los ESTANTES.
PASO 7
NOTA: La unidad se puede colocar horizontal o verticalmente.
Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical contra
la pared en su posición final. Si está colocando su unidad
horizontalmente, la CORREA DE SEGURIDAD no es necesaria.
NOTA: Las siguientes instrucciones muestran que su unidad
vertical está siendo fijada a un montante de la pared. Si no

PASO 8
1-Con su lápiz, ponga una marca a través del centro del agujero
en la CORREA DE SEGURIDAD, debajo de la superficie superior
de su unidad para que la CORREA DE SEGURIDAD no sea visible.
2-Taladre un agujero de 9,5 mm en la marca.
3- Mientras empuje las alas juntas, ligeramente golpeé el ANCLAJE
DE PARED desde el KIT DE CONTROL ANTI-INCLINACIÓN PARA

PASO 9
Separe las APLICACIONES de la TARJETA CON APLICACIONES (2)
y aplique las sobre cada cabeza visible de TORNILLO.

PASO 5
Inserte seis PASADORES DE MADERA (1) en el EXTREMO (C).
Fije el EXTREMO (C) al FONDO (A), al PANEL SUPERIOR (B) y
a los ESTANTES (F). Apriete cuatro TORNILLOS DE CABEZA
HEXAGONAL de 84 mm (3) utilizando la LLAVE EN L (4).
NOTA: Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de
apretar cualquier tornillo firmemente.
NOTA: Asegúrese de que los PASADORES DE MADERA en el
EXTREMO se inserten en los ESTANTES.

Inserte cuatro PASADORES DE MADERA (1) en los bordes de
los PARALES (E).

NOTA: Los PASADORES DE MADERA deben pasar por
los ESTANTES.
PASO 3
Abrir el KIT DE CONTROL ANTI-INCLINACIÓN PARA
MOBILIARIO (96) y fijar la CORREA DE SEGURIDAD al PANEL
SUPERIOR (B). Utilice el TORNILLO CORTO provisto.
PASO 4
Empuje dos PARALES (E) sobre los PASADORES DE MADERA
que se muestran a través de los ESTANTES (F).
Inserte cuatro PASADORES DE MADERA (1) en los bordes de
los PARALES (E).
Empuje el FONDO (A) y el PANEL SUPERIOR (B) sobre los
PASADORES DE MADERA en los PARALES (E).
PASO 1
Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón
vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
Inserte dos PASADORES DE MADERA (1) en un ESTANTE (F)
por lo que los PASADORES DE MADERA están mostrando en
ambas superficies.
Empuje dos PARALES (E) sobre los PASADORES DE MADERA en
el ESTANTE (F).

• Improper loading can cause the
product to be top-heavy.

• Top-heavy furniture can tip over.
• Overloaded shelves can break.
• Never exceed the weight limits shown in
the instructions.
• Work from bottom to top when loading
shelves. Place the heavier items on the
lower shelves.
• Improperly moving furniture that is not
designed and equipped with casters. • Furniture can tip over or break if improperly moved.
• Physical injury. Furniture can be very
heavy.
• Unload shelves from top to bottom before
moving the furniture.
• Do not push furniture, especially on a
carpeted floor. Have a friend help you lift
the item and set it in place.
• This unit must be positioned against a
wall.
• Children climbing on the shelves can
cause the product to tip. • Risk of injury or death. • Do not allow children to climb on the shelves. Avoid placing items like toys or
candy on upper shelves.
• Use the supplied tipping restraint kit for
added stability.
• Placing TVs on furniture items that are
not designed to support a television is
hazardous.
• Risk of injury or death. TVs can be very
heavy. Plus the weight and location of the
picture tube tends to make TVs unbalanced
and prone to tipping forward.
• This product is not designed to support a
television.

• Déplacement inadéquat d’un mobilier qui
n’est pas conçu pour avoir des roulettes et
n’en est pas équipé.
• Le mobilier risque de se renverser ou de
casser en cas de déplacement inadéquat.
• Blessure physique. Le mobilier peut être
très lourd.
• Décharger les tablettes en commençant
par celui du haut avant de déplacer le
mobilier.
• Ne pas pousser le mobilier, surtout sur
la moquette. Se faire aider par une autre
personne pour soulever l’élément et le
mettre en place.
• Cette unité doit être placée contre un mur.
• Les enfants qui grimpent sur les tablettes
risquerait de déséquilibrer ce dernier et de
le faire tomber.
• Risque de blessures graves, voire
mortelles. • Ne pas laisser les enfants grimper sur les tablettes. Ne pas placer de jouets ou
d’aliments sur les tablettes supérieures.

against defects in materials or workmanship of Sauder furniture components.
As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which
substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure
to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse,
intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, or use of the
product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting
from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no
warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at
a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.
3. As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Sauder will (at its sole option) repair,
replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. Sauder may require
independent confirmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement
parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. SAUDER
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such
as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near
the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
4. This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that first arise and are reported to
Sauder within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to
subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the
event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person
other than the original purchaser.
5. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under
the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all
implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law.
TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law,
whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
