FASTENER (7F) into the lare holes in the BACK (F).
Repeat this step for the ENDS (A and B), BOTTOM (D),
and SHELF (E).

å Turn two CAM SCREWS (8F) into the DRAWER FRONTS (H).
å Push two HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the DRAWER BRACES (M63).

å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (J) from the EXTENSION RAILS (I) as shown in the upper diaram below. Be prepared,
the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (I) to the ENDS (A and B). Use eiht BLACK 9/16" PAN HEAD SCREWS (51S).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner
cartride of the EXTENSION RAIL in to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END. Turn a SCREW into this
hole. You may need to apply some pressure on the SCREW with your Screwdriver to et it into the hole.
Push the black lever up and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

å Fasten the INTERLOCK MECHANISM (34G) to the RIGHT
END (A). Use three BLACK 9/16" PAN HEAD SCREWS (51S).
å With your hammer, ently tap four SUPPORT PINS (5R)
into the ENDS (A and B).
å Fasten five METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the ENDS (A
and B) and BOTTOM (D). Use five BLACK 9/16" LARGE
HEAD SCREWS (1S).
å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edes of
the ENDS and BOTTOM. 34G

å Place a LEVELER BRACKET (17E) over the holes in the bottom
edes of the ENDS (A and B).
å Use a hammer to drive a PROPEL NUT (14M) throuh each
BRACKET and into the holes in the ENDS. Now, turn an
ADJUSTABLE GLIDE (16E) into each PROPEL NUT.
å NOTE: To raise a corner of the unit, turn the ADJUSTABLE
GLIDE counter-clockwise. To lower a corner, turn the
ADJUSTABLE GLIDE clockwise.

How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®FASTENER
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the
adjoinin part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully
inserted in the hole of the adjoinin part while lockin
the FASTENER.
2. Tihten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tiht
as possible.

å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D205 and D498) at an angle
into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (H).
å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (B35) into the grooves in
the DRAWER SIDES (D205 and D498) and DRAWER
FRONT (H).
å Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (M63) to the DRAWER
FRONT (H). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D499) to the DRAWER
SIDES (D205 and D498) and DRAWER BRACE (M63).
Use five BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S).
Repeat this step for the other DRAWER.

drawers and the lower set of holes in the other drawer as shown
in the diaram.
å Fasten the PULLS (12K) to the DRAWER FRONTS (H). Use four
BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREWS (37S).
