Introduction
The WS-20 Battery-Powered Outdoor Siren is a wireless,
weatherproof strobe siren designed to be used with the
smanos K1 or K2 alarm systems. The WS-20 will emit a loud
siren and ash rapidly to deter any would-be intruders.

Flashes once every 5 seconds: the siren is in Arm/Home
Mode.
Flashes once every 2 seconds for 2 hours: the alarm timed
out without a disarm operation.
No light indication: the siren is in Disarm Mode.
Tamper Switch
The siren will sound at the set volume and an alarm signal
will be sent to the paired K1/K2 hub when the tamper switch
is triggered on the WS-20.
Pairing to the K1/K2 Hub
This siren needs to be paired to the K1/K2 Hub before use. To pair
the siren, please navigate to the smanos home app accessories
page and press the "+" button on the top right corner to add a new
accessory. The following in-app instructions will guide you through
the pairing process.
Once the siren has been paired, you can check the siren’s
connection with your K1/K2 hub on the accessories page. There
are many settings you can customize on your WS-20. To access the
settings page, please navigate to the smanos home app accessories
page and tap on your WS-20.

Installation
The WS-20’s tamper switch is disabled by default so the switch does
not get triggered during installation. Once your WS-20 is properly
installed, you then can enable the tamper switch in your WS-20’s
settings page in your smanos home app.
1. Set the positioning paper on the wall and place the leveler on the
paper. Adjust accordingly for correct alignment.
2. Install the two screws into the top screw holes.
3. Mount the bracket into the bottom screw holes and tighten it
with the screws.
4. Tear off the positioning paper.
5. Mount the siren to the wall and tighten the screws.

Removing the WS-20 from your K1/K2 Hub
You can remove your WS-20 by navigating to the accessories page
on your smanos home app of the selected hub. Then, slide your
nger over the WS-20 from right to left. Tap on the trash bin icon to
remove the WS-20 from your hub.

At the end of its life, the device has to be separated from the other waste. Consign the
device and all its components together to a center of electronical and electrotechnical
waste recycling center, designated by your local authorities.
