2. Both tyres must be in contact with the ground at all times. Avoid obstacles and slippery surfaces (such as snow, ice,
oil, sand etc.), which could result in a loss of balance or traction and cause a fall. The Flowboard Pop is intended for
indoors or use on smooth, flat surfaces. To prevent loss of traction, you must always be careful when driving and
you must identify and avoid slippery and wet surfaces, loose materials, slopes, tram tracks, potholes and other
obstacles (especially higher than 1 cm). The wheels must be able to grip the ground for you to stay upright.
3. Abrupt manoeuvres and driving over slippery surfaces, bumps, and loose objects and materials, as well as
performing jumps and stunts and risky behaviour in general, may cause it to lose traction and pose a risk to the
operator and the device and must be avoided therefore. The driving speed must always be adjusted to given
conditions (e.g. light, weather, other traffic participants, etc.). Never jump/ride down stairs or use the Flowboard
Pop for special effects or dangerous action performance.
4. Always check the battery charge before using the Flowboard Pop. Do not drive when its battery is low. This may
lead the Flowboard Pop to stop operating and cause you to fall. Do not use it as a normal scooter (without the
engine on) for a longer period of time since this could damage the engine.
5. Driving in rainy and snowy weather is strictly forbidden. Also do not drive through puddles of water because the
water could damage the engine or the electricity.
6. Make sure to wear flat shoes (no high heels) when using the Flowboard Pop. Ask a person to help you if you are not
an experienced user. Wear bright and easily noticeable clothing to make sure that other traffic participants can see
you. Keep a relaxed posture while driving.
7. Protect the device from moisture when riding or while storing it (see point 5. Maintenance, repair, warranty).
8. Do not exceed the maximum weight of 265 pounds (120 kilograms) –including backpacks and other items that
might be carried. Exceeding the weight limit could lead to injury of the driver and/or the Flowboard Pop.

coordination, ability and judgement to use the Flowboard Pop properly.
10. Do not lift the device off the ground when it is turned on. Do not turn it on in mid-air. This could cause the wheels
to spin freely, which could result in injury to yourself or damage to things around you. Do not turn the device off
while driving.
11. Do not modify the Flowboard Pop. Modifications could interfere with operating and could result in serious injury
and/or damage. Modifications void your right to Warranty. Some modifications may be illegal according to local
traffic law.
12. The Flowboard Pop is designed for the use of one person only at a time. It must never be used by more than one
person at a time. Do not carry heavy or spacious objects with you when driving.
13. Hold the handle-bar tightly with both hands at any time when driving and keep your two feet on the pedal.
14. Do not drive in bad sight conditions (e.g. fog, darkness).
15. You must wear a complete protection equipment (helmet, kneepads, back protector, etc.) when driving the
