2. Safety
2.1 Warning
Whenever you drive the SO6 you risk serious injury or death from collisions, falls or loss of control. To drive safely, YOU
MUST READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS IN THIS MANUAL.
This manual includes basic operational instructions for the SO6. It cannot cover all situations where injury or death may
occur.
The seller or the company So-Flow do not hold any accountability for damages, loss of belongings, injuries and legal
disputes, which occurred due to disregard of any of the information in this manual or due to disregard of any traffic laws
by the user.
OPERATORS MUST USE GOOD JUDGMENT AND COMMON SENSE TO DETECT AND AVOID HAZARDS AND DANGERS that
they may encounter when driving the SO6. The SO6 operator must use the vehicle according to the local traffic law and is
not allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication treatment.
By using the SO6, you accept the inherent risks of operating this product.
Please do not charge the battery when unattended and disconnect the battery from the power source when it is fully
charged.
DANGER!

8
2.2 Risk of Injury
Whenever you drive the SO6, you risk injury from loss of control, collisions and falls. It is your responsibility to learn how to
safely drive the SO6 in order to reduce the risks of driving.
This manual is designed to help you learn safe driving techniques.
The SO6 must not be used unless the operator has read through and understood the entire manual.
Review this manual frequently to help remind you of proper driving techniques and safety procedures.
2.3 Attention!
There are risks to driving every vehicle. This one is no exception.
Start in a safe location without traffic and have somebody helping you with your first steps and start slowly. If you carefully
follow all the instructions and warnings in this manual, you should be able to teach yourself to drive. Avoid using the SO6 if
you are feeling tired, sleepy or you have a medical condition that reduces your ability to drive.
Please ensure this manual is read and understood beforehand, and do pay extra attention when driving.
1. All users of the SO6 must follow all traffic laws and regulations. Check whether you can use the SO6 on public
property before you drive it there. Especially keep track of pedestrians, children, animals and other road users
when you drive this device.
CAUTION!
WARNING!

9
2. Both tires must be in contact with the ground at all times. Avoid obstacles and slippery surfaces (such as snow, ice,
oil, sand etc.), which could result in a loss of balance or traction and cause a fall. The SO6 is intended for indoors or
use on smooth, flat surfaces. To prevent loss of traction, you must always be careful when driving and you must
identify and avoid slippery and wet surfaces, loose materials, slopes, tram tracks, potholes and other obstacles
(especially higher than 1 cm). The wheels must be able to grip the ground for you to stay upright.
3. Abrupt maneuvers and driving over slippery surfaces, bumps, and loose objects and materials, as well as
performing jumps and stunts and risky behavior in general, may cause it to lose traction and pose a risk to the
operator and the device and must be avoided therefore. The driving speed must always be adjusted to given
conditions (e.g. light, weather, other traffic participants, etc.).
4. Make sure to wear flat shoes (no high heels) when using the SO6. Ask a person to help you if you are not an
experienced user.
5. The SO6 may not be used by children under the age of 14 in accordance with legal requirements. These legal
requirements comply with German law. Check the relevant local and national laws of your country.
6. Do not exceed the maximum weight of 264 pounds (120 kilograms) – including backpacks and other items that
might be carried. Exceeding the weight limit could lead to injury of the driver and/or the SO6.
7. Never turn off the SO6 while you are riding.
8. Do not modify the SO6. Modifications could interfere with operating and could result in serious injury and/or
damage. Modifications will void the warranty.
9. The SO6 is designed for the use of one person only at a time. It must never be used by more than one person at a
time. Do not carry heavy or spacious objects with you when driving.

10
10. You must wear a complete protection equipment (helmet, kneepads, back protector, etc.) when driving the SO6.
11. Hold the handle-bar tightly with both hands at any time when driving.
12. Always keep both your feet on the SO6 while riding, unless you’re accelerating. Wait until you have come to a
complete standstill before you get off the SO6.
13. Check the brakes before every ride. Never drive with damaged brakes, but contact your official dealer. You can slow
down the scooter by using the break lever on the left side of the handlebar. The brake lever activates both the
electric front brake and the drum brake of the rear wheel at the same time. For safety reasons remove the shown
sticker and the APP verification code (see assembly).
14. Do not use the SO6 in temperatures below -5°C. This can have a negative effect on the battery and the engine.
There is also an increased risk of slipping at these temperatures due to ice formation.
15. Driving in rainy and snowy weather is not recommended. You should also avoid driving through puddles of water
because the water could damage the engine or the electricity.
16. Always keep the device away from humidity, during usage as well as storage (see section 5 “Maintenance, repairs
and warranty”).
17. Always check the battery charge before using the SO6.
18. Never operate any SO6 while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, strong medication or other substances that can
influence your level of attention.

3.2 Assembly
This is how you unfold your SO6.
1
Open the packaging and check the scope of supply as stated in section 1
“Introduction”. Take out the folded scooter. For safety reasons remove the shown
barcode sticker and keep it in a separate place (However, make sure you have set up
the APP first before removing the sticker).
2
Unfold the kickstand on the side of the footrest and place the scooter on the floor.

13
3
The brake is already connected. Now connect the light, the display and the engine
cable, according to their respective colors (red and red, yellow and yellow, black and
black). Next insert the handlebar into the steering column. Fasten the screws using
the provided Allen key and the four flat head screws, if you are using your SO6 for the
first time.
4
Raise the steering column slowly until it is in line with the front fork.
5
Push the clamp up until you hear it snap into place.

14
This is how you fold your SO6 back together.
Unfold the kickstand and stand beside the scooter.
1
2
Hold the handlebar firmly with one hand and release the safety mechanism (red) before opening the
clamp with the other hand.

15
3
Slowly fold down the steering column. Adjust the clip and fix it to the hook on the rear
fender.

16
3.3 Mobile phone holder
Your SO6 comes with a mobile phone holder which can be easily attached or detached. Simply wrap the strap around the
handlebar, pull it through the buckle and make sure it is firmly secured. You can pull around the mount to check if your
mobile phone is firmly held in place. The stretchable silicon bands can hold all smartphones with a screen size from 4 to 6.2
inches.

17
3.4 Battery and charger
The engine of your SO6 is powered by a lithium-ion battery. The SO6 has to be fully charged before its first use. Only
charge the battery in a dry and clean environment. Plug one end of the charger into the socket and then the other end into
your SO6. Now a red light appears which indicates the battery level. The battery is now charging. The first charging cycle
can take up to five hours. The charger will stop the charging process automatically, once the battery has been fully
charged. This is indicated by a green light. When the light changes from red to green, first unplug the charger from the
socket and afterwards from the SO6. Please note that the battery is fully charged as soon as the display shows five bars,
even though one bar seems to be missing.
Do not charge the SO6 without supervision and remove the charger when the charging process is completed.
Never use any other charger than the original one which is delivered with the SO6.
Should you encounter any difficulties during the charging process, please contact your retailer.
If the SO6 is barley used, we recommend to recharge the battery monthly, to ensure its longevity. Before a long pause of
usage, we recommend to fully charge the battery.
WARNING!

18
3.5 Maintenance
Do not try to charge the SO6 when the battery is already full. This could diminish the battery’s capacity in the long run.
Check all screws before using the SO6, especially those of the handle bar, the brakes and the front- and rear wheel. Ensure
that all screws are tightened before you use the SO6.
Thoroughly clean the SO6 with a dry cloth after usage. The front and rear ball bearings must be lubricated from time to
time. Ordinary bicycle oil can be used. Oil the area where the axle runs into the wheel to ensure better durability.

19
3.6 Water-resistant IP65
The SO6 can be used in an outside setting and is water-resistant but not waterproof. Therefore, you may use the SO6
during light rain and ride through puddles on the ground, but avoid soaking it in water or exposing it to strong rain for a
longer period of time. Otherwise the electronics might be damaged. Further information on the scope of protection
according to IP65 can be found on the internet.
The SO6 is protected against jet water and is dustproof according to IP65 but not waterproof. You may use the SO6 in light
rain and drive through puddles on the ground, but do not immerse the SO6 in water or expose it to heavy rain. Otherwise
the electronics may be damaged. Further information about the scope of protection according to IP65 can be found on the
Internet.
