1.1. What’s in the box

We recommend keeping your packaging for the length of warranty.
We have designed the packaging to be completely recyclable.
After this date, please recycle it responsibly.
Keep a hold of your box for the duration of your e-scooters warranty.

1.2. Setting up your new Scooter
Your new SoFlow scooter has been thoroughly checked and
part-assembled by our technicians.
It’s almost ready to ride – just follow these simple set-up
instructions and you’ll be ready to go!

1. Raise the stem
Remove the protective packaging but do
not lift the scooter out of the cardboard
frame just yet. Lift the stem until it clips
upright into the frame.
2. Secure the latch
Pull down the latch mechanism until it clips
securely.
Warning!
Do not ride the scooter if the latch is loose.

. Charge the battery
You can charge your e-scooter by plugging
the charging cable into the charging port.
Once fully charged the charger light will
change from red to green.

. Check the tire pressure
Make sure both tires are inflated with the
pressure as recommended as follow:
Driver weight Tire pressure
60-75kg 3,5bar / 50.5psi
75-90kg 3,7bar / 53.6psi
90-110kg 4,0bar / 58psi
110-120kg 4,3bar / 62.3psi

How to fold your scooter

Unlock the safety lock
Before folding the SO2 AIR MAX, make sure
that it is powered off. Push the safety lock
firmly upward.

Lock the handle bar
Proceed to fold down and fix it to the rear
end of the foot rest and until the folding
hook is hooked in into the rear buckle.

pull down the
safety latch.

Hold the safety latch to fold the stem
towards the rear end fender.

2. How to use your E-scooter safely
2.1. Riding instructions
1. First, turn on your e-scooter by pressing
and holding the power button for 2
seconds. The display will switch on.
2. To start riding, lift up the kickstand,
place one foot on the footpad and push
against the floor with your other foot to
propel you forwards.
3. After you’ve pushed yourself forwards,
press the throttle with your thumb
steadily to start accelerating. You will
need to achieve a speed of 3km/h before
the throttle will engage.
4. Steer by turning the handlebars left and
right. The steering mechanism is sprung-
loaded to help it return to centre, and to
make it easier to steer during prolonged
use.
5. You can slow down the e-scooter by
pulling the brake lever. Braking activates
both the electrical rear brake and the
front drum brake.
6. To come to a stop, slow to almost a
standstill. Then, place one foot on the
ground, leaning slightly onto that foot as
you come to a complete stop.

2.4. Quick tips to get going
1. The controls
Use your right thumb to operate the throttle and your left
hand for the brake and indicators.
2. Select mode
Switch on and double press the power button twice to select
your riding mode. To choose the long drive mode, please press
the button long drive mode on the display.
3. Push to start
Simply push off the ground, then press the throttle to activate
the motor.

You can connect to your Bluetooth-enabled SOFLOW SO2
AIR MAX using the app for iOS and Android devices. This
enables you to use your smartphone as a dashboard that
displays speed, battery level and predicted range, among
other metrics.

Once successfully
connceted you can
see the dashboard
and other useful
information.
The scooter can be
also locked by swiping
the lock function.
You can use NFC to lock
and unlock the scooter.
The location of NFC is
shown in the figure above.
Use your phone to touch
the NFC area. For Android,
open the SoFlow App,
connect your scooter, and
then touch NFC to lock or
unlock it. For iOS, except
operating as Android you
also need click the
notification to lock or
unlock your scooter.

2.6. Essential care tips & advice
1. Keep your tyres inflated
Get fewer punctures and better e-scooter performance.
2. Look after your battery
Charge your e-scooter fully at least once a month.
3. Ride safely & responsibly
Wear a helmet, use lights, indicators and respect local
laws.
4. Regular maintenance
Maintaining your SOFLOW Electric e-scooter
regularly, (following the steps in this user manual) helps
reduce the risk of issues that would affect your e-scooters
performance.

1.2. Einrichten Ihres neuen Scooters
Ihr neuer So Flow Scooter wurde von unseren Technikern
gründlich geprüft und teilweise zusammengebaut.
Er ist fast fahrbereit - befolgen Sie einfach diese
einfachen Aufbauanweisungen und schon kann es
losgehen!
Sehen Sie sich das SOFLOW-Video
zur Einrichtung Ihres E-Scooters an
1. Heben Sie den Vorbau an
Entfernen Sie die Schutzverpackung, aber
heben Sie das Elektromobil noch nicht aus
dem Kartonrahmen.
Heben Sie den Vorbau an, bis er aufrecht im
Rahmen einrastet.
2.
Sichern Sie die Verriegelung
Ziehen Sie den Verriegelungsmechanismus
nach unten, bis er sicher einrastet.
Warnung!
Fahren Sie nicht mit dem Scooter, wenn die
Verriegelung lose ist.
3.
Laden Sie die Batterie auf
Sie können Ihren E-
Scooter aufladen, indem
Sie das Ladekabel in den Ladeanschluss
stecken. Sobald er vollständig geladen ist,
wechselt die Ladeanzeige von rot auf grün
wechseln.
4.
Prüfen Sie den Reifendruck
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass beide Reifen den
empfohlenen Reifendruck haben, wie folgt:

90-110kg 4,0bar / 58psi

So falten Sie Ihren Scooter

Entriegeln Sie die
Sicherheitsverriegelung
Bevor Sie den SO2 AIR MAX
zusammenklappen, vergewissern Sie sich,
dass er ausgeschaltet ist. Drücken Sie die
Sicherheitsverriegelung fest nach oben.

Halten Sie den Sicherungsbügel fest, um
den Vorbau in Richtung des hinteren
Kotflügels zu klappen.

Sicherungsbügel nach unten ziehen.
4. Verriegelung von Lenker
Klappen Sie ihn herunter und befestigen
Sie ihn am hinteren Ende der Fußstütze,
bis der Klapphaken in der hinteren
Schnalle eingehakt ist.

2. Wie Sie Ihren E-Scooter sicher benutzen
2.1. Anweisungen für das Fahren
1. Schalten Sie zunächst Ihren E-Scooter
ein, indem Sie die Einschalttaste 2
Sekunden lang gedrückt halten. Das
Display schaltet sich ein.
2. Um loszufahren, klappen Sie den
Ständer hoch, stellen Sie einen Fuß auf
die Fußplatte und drücken Sie mit dem
anderen Fuß gegen den Boden, um sich
vorwärts zu bewegen.
3. Nachdem Sie sich vorwärts geschoben
haben, drücken Sie mit dem Daumen
gleichmäßig auf das Gaspedal, um zu
beschleunigen. Sie müssen eine
Geschwindigkeit von 3 km/h erreichen,
bevor die Drosselklappe einrastet.
4. Lenken Sie, indem Sie den Lenker nach
links und rechts drehen. Der
Lenkmechanismus ist federbelastet, damit
er leichter in die Mitte zurückkehrt und
sich bei längerem Gebrauch leichter
lenken lässt.
5. Sie können den E-Scooter durch Ziehen
des Bremshebels abbremsen. Beim
Bremsen werden sowohl die elektrische
Hinterradbremse als auch die vordere
Trommelbremse aktiviert.
6. Um zum Stillstand zu kommen,
verlangsamen Sie bis fast zum Stillstand.
Stellen Sie dann einen Fuß auf den Boden
und lehnen Sie sich leicht auf diesen Fuß,
während Sie zum vollständigen Stillstand
kommen.
