The PV installation wrench PV-MS-PLS is intended for the
assembly and unlocking of screw and plug connectors from
the MC4 family (see utilisation matrix)

Η συναρμολόγηση και η εγκατάσταση των συνδετήρων της Stäub-
li με το σετ κλειδιών σύσφιξης μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν
μόνο από κατάλληλα εκπαιδευμένο και εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό
με την εφαρμογή όλων των ισχυόντων κανονισμών ασφαλείας. Η
Stäubli Electrical Connectors (Stäubli) δεν φέρει καμμία ευθύνη

The assembly and installation of Stäubli plug connectors with
the PV installation wrench may be carried out only by trained
and qualied personnel and in accordance with all legally ap-
plicable safety rules and regulations.
Stäubli Electrical Connectors (Stäubli) can accept no liability
in the event of failure to observe these warning instructions.
Χρησιμοποιείστε μόνο τα εξαρτήματα και εργαλεία που
προτείνονται από την Stäubli. Μην αποκλείνετε από τις οδηγίες
προετοιμασίας και συναρμοόγησης που περιγράφονται εδώ

Use only the components and tools stated by Stäubli Electri-
cal Connectors. Do not deviate from the procedures descri-
bed here for the use of the tool and the assembly of the plug
connectors, since otherwise no guarantee can be given with
regard to safety or conformity with the technical data. Do not
use the tool for the assembly of plug connections not made by
Stäubli. Stäubli accepts no liability for damage resulting from
the use of this tool for the assembly of plug connections not
made by Stäubli.

Protection from electric shock must be assured by
the correct handling of the tool and by the user.

Plug connections may not be disconnected under
load, even by means of the PV assembly tool. Plug-
ging and unplugging when in the live state is per-
mitted.

The utilisation of the tool for its intended purpose is a basic
requirement for its safe use and the correct assembly of the
plug connectors.
Το σετ κλειδιών σύσφιξης PV-MS-PLS προορίζεται για την
σύσφιξη και απασφάλιση των συνδετήρων της Stäubli, και μετά
την χρήση του θα πρέπει να φυλάσσεται στην θήκη του. Κάθε
άλλη χρήση που δεν προτείνεται από την Stäubli θεωρείται μη
αποδεκτή.
The PV installation tool PV-MS-PLS is intended for the assem-
bly and unlocking of Stäubli plug connections, and after use it
must be kept in the belt pouch which is supplied with it. Any
utilisation differing from or going beyond that stated, and the
use of the tool for the assembly of plug connectors not made
by Stäubli, is deemed to be an inappropriate use.

- Use on parts which are carrying current or under load

the socket and pull the socket out of the
plug housing.

Push the unlocking pins of
PV-MS-PLS/1 into the openings pro-
vided in PV-SSH4 and onto the locking
clips of the socket, and pull the socket
out of the socket housing.

Insert the releasing pins of
PV-MS-PLS/2 through the openings
provided in the male connector onto
the latches of the female connector and
separate the halves of the coupling.

Push the unlocking pins of

provided in the plug and onto the latch
clips of the socket, and pull the socket
out of the plug housing.
Note:
The tool must not remain in the
plug housing in order to effect discon-
nection�

Unlocking the Twin Box plug
Push the unlocking pins of
PV-MS-PLS/1 onto the latch clips of
the MC4 socket and pull the socket out
of the plug housing of the TwinBox.
Note:
For unlocking operations on other
product combinations not shown in
the illustrations, please see the utilisa-
tion matrix�

Τοποθετείστε το περίβλημα της
υποδοχής ή του βύσματος MC4
στο άνοιγμα συναρμολόγησης
(σφυγκτήρα) του PV-MS-PLS/2 και
βιδώστε πάνω στον στυπειοθλίπτη με
το στρόγγυλο κλειδί του
PV-MS-PLS/1.
Σύσφιξη των MC4-EVO 2
Τοποθετείστε το περίβλημα της
υποδοχής ή του βύσματος
MC4-EVO 2 στο άνοιγμα
συναρμολόγησης (σφυγκτήρα) του
PV-MS-PLS/1 και βιδώστε πάνω
στον στυπειοθλίπτη με το στρόγγυλο
κλειδί του PV-MS-PLS/2.

Screw xing of MC4
Insert the housing of the MC4 socket or
plug in the assembly opening (holder)
of the PV-MS-PLS/2 and screw on the
cap nut with the ring spanner of the
PV-MS-PLS/1.
Screw xing of MC4-EVO 2
Insert the housing of the MC4-EVO 2
socket or plug in the assembly opening
(holder) of the PC-MS-PLS/1 and screw
on the cap nut with the ring spanner of
the PV-MS-PLS/2.
Note:
Further details on screwing the cap
nut onto the plug connector are given
in the assembly instructions MA231
(MC4) and MA273 (MC4-EVO 2)�
