TurfCarePrecautionswhile
OperatinginStationaryModes
Important:Undersomeconditions,heatfromthe
engine,radiator,andmufercanpotentiallydamagethe
grasswhenoperatingthesprayerinastationarymode.
Stationarymodesincludetankagitation,handspraying,
orusingawalkingboom.
Usethefollowingprecautions:
•Avoidstationarysprayingwhenconditionsareveryhot
and/ordry,asturfcanbemorestressedduringthese
periods.
•Avoidparkingontheturfwhilestationaryspraying.Park
onacartpathwheneverpossible.
•Minimizetheamountoftimethemachineisleft
runningoveranyparticularareaofturf.Bothtimeand
temperatureaffecthowmuchthegrassmaybedamaged.
•Settheenginespeedaslowaspossibletoachievethe
desiredpressureandow .Thiswillminimizetheheat
generatedandtheairvelocityfromthecoolingfan.
•Allowheattoescapeupwardfromtheengine
compartmentbyraisingtheengineguard/seatassemblies
duringstationaryoperationratherthanbeingforcedout
underthevehicle.RefertoyourOperator’sManualfor
moreinformationonraisingtheseatassemblies.

duringstationaryoperationifyoudesireadditionalheat

ModetoHandSprayMode
1.Stopthemachineandsettheparkingbrake.
WARNING
Drivingwhileusingthehandsprayercan
causelossofcontrol,resultingininjuryor
death.Donotoperatethehandsprayerwhile
driving.
2.Setthethrottle25percentofthewaytowardtheFast
position.
3.EnsurethatthepumpswitchisonandthePro
Control™(ifapplicable)issetinthemanualposition.
4.Ensurethatthetriggerlockonthespraygunislocked.
5.Liftupthelever.
Note:Thelevelofperformanceexperiencedby
theoperatorisdependantuponaccessorypressure
required,accessoryspeedandotheradjustablevariables.
Formostreasonablesettings,attachmentswillmeet
andexceedoperatorrequirements.Pleaseconsultyour

desiredpressureisobtained.

pressureofthehandspraygunkitis150psi.
