
Be especially attentive when using the vacu-•
um cleaner on stairs.
Never use the vacuum cleaner to pick up flam-•
mable liquids such as petrol, solvents, and
never use it where such liquids are stored.
Never use the vacuum cleaner to pick up wa-•
ter or other liquids, burning or smoke-emit-
ting cigarettes, matches, smoldering ashes
or fine dust such as from plaster, cement,
flour or cinder.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner:•
- without the container for dust and rubbish;
- the НЕРА-filter, the foam filter and the cone
filter are not installed.
Check the power cord and the power plug for•
damages regularly. If there are some dam-
ages in the power cord, the power plug, or if
the unit malfunctions, apply to the authorized
service center.
The unit is intended for household usage only;•
commercial usage of the vacuum cleaner is
prohibited.
BEFORE FIRST USAGE
Unpack the vacuum cleaner and check its integ-
rity. If there are any damages in the unit, do not
use it.
Note:
Before turning on the vacuum cleaner, make•
sure that the voltage of the mains corre-
sponds to the voltage of the vacuum cleaner.
Always turn off the vacuum cleaner and un-•
plug it from the outlet before changing the
brushes/attachments, and before cleaning.
- Insert the end of the flexible hose (16) in the
air inlet (7). Insert the hose until a click, which
confirms proper connection. To remove the
flexible hose end press the clamp (17) and
disconnect the hose.
- Attach the telescoping extension pipe (10) to
the flexible hose handle (8).
- Extend the lower part of the telescoping pipe
to the desired length by pressing the clamp
button (13).
- Select the desired attachment: universal
brush (14), crevice attachment (32), small
brush (33) or the attachment for furniture up-
holstery (34) and connect it to the telescop-
ing extension pipe (10) during operation you
can put one of the attachments (32, 33, 34)
on the holder (11).
For convenient usage the attachments (32,
33, 34) can be set on the flexible hose handle
(8).
Using the brushes/attachments
Carpet/floor brush (14)
Set the switch on the brush to the desired posi-
tion (depending on the type of the surface you
wish to clean).
Crevice attachment (32)
The crevice attachment (32) is intended for
cleaning of radiators, crevices, corners and be-
tween sofa pillows.
Small brush (33)
The small brush (33) is intended to collect dust
from the surface of the furniture, presence of
pile prevents polished surface of the furniture
from damages.
Attachment for furniture upholstery (34)
The attachment (34) is intended to clean fabric
surface of upholstered furniture.
OPERATION
Attention!
Always turn on the vacuum cleaner only•
with the installed dust collecting contain-
er (6) and installed filters (29, 30, 31)
If there is no the HEPA-filter (31) in the•
container (6) the lockout system (25) will
not allow you to set the container (6) in its
place.
- Before using the vacuum cleaner, pull the
power cord out to the desired length and in-
sert the plug into an outlet.
- Yellow mark on the power cord warns you
about the maximal power cord length.
- Never pull the power cord past the red mark.
- To turn on the vacuum cleaner press the On/
Off button (1).
- During operation you can control suction
power rotating the control handle (1) or the
mechanical control (9), situated on the flex-
ible hose handle (8).
