Dank der weit angelegten Modularität ist es möglich, Lagerbuchsen
mit einem Mindestdurchmesser von Ø62 mm bis zu einem
maximalen Durchmesser von Ø85mm abzuziehen und einzuführen.
Das Kit kann direkt am Fahrzeug eingesetzt werden, ohne die
Gruppe Achselschenkelbolzen-Nabe/Lagerbuchse vom Automobil
abmontieren und auf einer Presse montieren zu müssen.
BETRIEB
Sowohl die Abzieh- als auch die Einführungsphase
können an Bord der Maschine ausgeführt werden.
ABZIEHEN
In der Abziehphase ist die starke Modularität des Kits möglich dank
innovativer Abzieh-Halbringe (A), die ihren Durchmesser dank der
Zwischen-Distanzierelemente (B) (siehe Abb.3) ändern können, die
es möglich machen, sich an den Durchmesser der abzuziehenden
Lagerbuchse anzupassen.
Nach der Freilegung des Lagers von: Rad, Bremszange,
Bremsscheibe, Getriebewelle usw. (siehe Abb. 2) erfolgt das
Abziehen. Dazu sind folgende Komponenten des Kits wie in Abb. 3
zu montieren:
•2 Abzieh-Halbringe (A) wie in der Abb., mit eventuellen
Distanzierelementen (B);
•Abziehring mit passender Abmessung für den Durchmesser der
Lagerbuchse (C);
•Druckglocke (D);
•Schraube M20x1.5(E);
•Mutter + Lagerbuchse (F);
•Gegendruckmutter (G).
Manueller Eingri
- Der manuelle Eingri erfolgt einzig an Mutter + Lagerbuchse (F)
mit Festschrauben auf der Schraube M20x1.5 (E). Bei diesem
Eingri wird die Gegendruckmutter (G) fest verbunden mit
dem Abziehring (C) und der integrierten HBU- Lagerbuchse in
Richtung der Glocke verschoben bis zum vollständigen Austreten
aus dem Sitz (Abb.4).
Die Glocke ist so bemessen, dass sie die Nabe während der
Abziehphase (Abb.5) vollständig aufnimmt.
Eingri mit 17-T-Hydraulikzylinder (ERWEITERUNGS -
OPTIONEN - 1952 004 090)
- Der Eingri mit dem 17-t-Hydraulikzylinder erfolgt durch
Einführung des Zylinders zwischen die Glocke und eine zweite
Gegendruckmutter (G) (Abb. 6).

Der Zylinder wird nun aktiviert und sorgt für eine axiale
Verschiebung der Schraube, sodass das Abziehen der
integrierten Nabe aus ihrem Sitz möglich wird.
- Der Zylinder hat einen maximalen Hub von 43 mm. Wenn
das vollständige Abziehen nicht erreicht wurde, kann
der Eingri daher mehrmals wiederholt werden, indem
der Hydraulikzylinder (Einfachwirkender Zylinder mit
Federrückstellung) entladen und die Gegendruckmutter (G)
wieder gegen den Zylinder festgeschraubt wird.
Es empehlt sich die Verwendung des mit der Hand-Hydraulikpumpe
700bar, 1952 004 001 aus unserem WÜRTH-Katalog in
Kombination mit dem Zylinder.
EINFÜHRUNG
Bei der Einführung wird die Schubkraft in der Kehle am Sockel des
Außenkägs der Lagerbuchse (siehe Abb. 1) durch die Einführungs-
Halbringe (H) ausgeübt. Letztere werden durch die Glocke (D)
zusammengehalten.
In der Einführungsphase werden folgende Komponenten des Kits
wie in Abb.9 zusammengesetzt:
•2 Einführungs-Halbringe (H) mit passendem Durchmesser (siehe
Abb.1 und 8, für die korrekte Positionierung);
•Einführungsring (I) mit zum Durchmesser des Lagerbuchsensitzes
passendem Durchmesser.
•Druckglocke (D);
•Schraube M20x1.5 (E);
•Mutter + Lagerbuchse (F);
•Gegendruckmutter (G).
Manueller Eingri
- Der manuelle Eingri erfolgt einzig an Mutter + Lagerbuchse
(F) mit Festschrauben auf der Schraube M20x1.5 (E). Bei
diesem Eingri wird die Glocke (D) fest verbunden mit den
2 Einführungs-Halbringen (H) und der integrierten HBU-
Lagerbuchse gegen den Einführungsring (I) geschoben, bis die
integrierte HBU-Lagerbuchse vollständig in ihren Sitz geschoben
wurde (Abb.9).
Eingri mit 17-T-Hydraulikzylinder (ERWEITERUNGS -
OPTIONEN - 1952 004 090)
- Der Hydraulikzylinder wird zwischen die Glocke (D) und eine
zweite Gegendruckmutter (G) (Abb.11) gesetzt. Der Zylinder
wird nun aktiviert und sorgt für eine axiale Verschiebung
der Schraube, sodass die Einführung der integrierten HBU-

Lagerbuchse in ihren Sitz möglich wird. Wie beim Abziehen
wird der Eingri entsprechend bis zur vollständigen Einführung
wiederholt.
Es empehlt sich die Verwendung des mit der Hand-Hydraulikpumpe
700bar, 1952 004 001 aus unserem WÜRTH-Katalog in
Kombination mit dem Zylinder.

Grâce à sa grande modularité, il est possible d’opérer l’extraction
et l’introduction de roulements d’un diamètre minimal de Ø 62 mm
jusqu’aux roulements d’un diamètre maximal de Ø 85 mm.
Le kit est utilisable directement sur le véhicule, sans devoir démonter
le groupe de l’axe fuseau-moyeu / roulement de l’automobile et le
positionner sur une presse.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Sowohl die Abzieh- als auch die Einführungsphase
können an Bord der Maschine ausgeführt werden.
EXTRACTION
En phase d’extraction, la grande modularité du kit est possible
grâce à des semi-anneaux d’extraction innovateurs (A) qui peuvent
modier leur diamètre grâce à des entretoises intermédiaires
(B) (voir g. 3) qui leur permettent de s’adapter au diamètre du
roulement à extraire.
Une fois le support libéré de : roue, pince de frein, disque de frein,
arbre de transmission etc. (voir g. 2), l’on procède à l’extraction, en
assemblant les composants suivants du kit comme dans la g. 3:
• 2 semi-anneaux d’extraction (A) comme dans la g., avec
entretoises éventuelles (B);
•Anneau d’extraction, de dimension appropriée au diamètre du
roulement (C);
•La cloche de poussée (D);
•La vis M20 x 1,5 (E);
•Ecrou + roulement (F);
•Ecrou de contre-poussée (G);
Operation manuelle
- Manuellement, l’on procède en agissant uniquement sur
l’écrou + roulement (F), en le vissant sur la vis M20 x 1,5 (E).
Par cette opération, l’on pousse l’écrou de contre-poussée
(G) solidairement avec l’anneau d’extraction (C) et avec
le roulement intégré HBU, vers la cloche, jusqu’à sa sortie
complète du logement (g. 4).
La cloche est dimensionnée de façon à accueillir complètement
le moyeu en phase d’extraction (g. 5).

- En eectuant l’opération avec le cylindre hydraulique de 17
t, l’on procède en insérant le cylindre entre la cloche et un
deuxième écrou de contre-poussée (G) (g. 6).

A ce point, l’on actionne le cylindre, qui, en faisant eectuer un
mouvement axial à la vis, permet l’extraction du moyeu intégré
de son logement.
- Le cylindre a une course maximale de 43 mm, si bien que, si l’on
n’a pas eu une extraction complète, l’on peut répéter l’opération
plusieurs fois, en déchargeant le cylindre hydraulique (cylindre
à simplet eet avec retour à ressort), et en revissant l’écrou de
contre-poussée (G) contre le cylindre.
Il est conseillé d’utiliser le cylindre conjointement à la pompe
hydraulique manuelle 700 bars, 1952 004 001, gurant dans
notre catalogue WÜRTH.
INTRODUCTION
Dans l’introduction, la force de poussée est exercée dans la gorge
située à la base de la cage externe du roulement (voir g. 1),
à travers les semi-anneaux d’introduction (H). Ces derniers sont
maintenus unis au moyen de la cloche (D).
En phase d’introduction, l’on procède en assemblant les composants
suivants du kit comme dans la g. 9:
•2 semi-anneaux d’introduction (H), du diamètre approprié (voir
g. 1 et 8, pour le positionnement correct);
•Anneau d’introduction (I), de dimension appropriée au diamètre
du logement du roulement;
•La cloche de poussée (D);
•La vis M20 x 1,5(E);
•Ecrou + roulement (F);
•Ecrou de contre-poussée (G).
Operation manuelle
- Manuellement, l’on procède en agissant uniquement sur l’écrou
+ roulement (F), en le vissant sur la vis M20 x 1,5 (E). Par cette
opération, l’on pousse la cloche (D) solidairement avec les 2
semi-anneaux d’introduction (H) et avec le roulement intégré
HBU, contre l’anneau d’introduction (I), jusqu’à l’introduction
complète du roulement intégré HBU dans son logement (g. 9).

- Le cylindre hydraulique est placé entre la cloche (D) et un
deuxième écrou de contre-poussée (G) (g. 11). A ce point, l’on

à la vis, permet l’introduction du roulement intégré HBU dans
son logement. Comme dans le cas de l’extraction, l’on répète
l’opération jusqu’à l’introduction complète.

Este kit WÜRTH es una solución PATENTADA y UNIVERSAL para

62 mm y 85 mm.
El kit se puede utilizar directamente en el vehículo, sin necesidad de
desmontar el grupo pivote-cubo/cojinete y colocarlo en una prensa.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
Tanto la extracción como la introducción se pueden
realizar en el coche.
EXTRACCIÓN
Durante la extracción, la gran modularidad del kit está garantizada
por innovadores semianillos de extracción (A), que, gracias a los
distanciadores intermedios (B) (véase la g. 3), pueden modicar
su diámetro para adaptarse al diámetro del cojinete que se debe
extraer.
Una vez liberado el soporte de la rueda, la mordaza del freno, el
disco de freno, el eje de transmisión, etc. (véase la g. 2), se procede
a la extracción, ensamblando los siguientes componentes del kit, tal
como se muestra en la g. 3:
•2 semianillos de extracción (A), tal como se muestra en la
gura, con eventuales distanciadores (B);
•anillo de extracción de dimensiones adecuadas al diámetro del
cojinete (C);
•campana de empuje (D);
•tornillo M20 x 1,5 (E);
•tuerca + cojinete (F);
•tuerca de empuje (G).
Operación manual
- Para operar en forma manual, gire únicamente la tuerca y el
cojinete (F), enroscándola en el tornillo M20 x 1,5 (E).
Con esta operación se empuja la tuerca de empuje (G) hacia
la campana, solidariamente con el anillo de extracción (C) y
con el cojinete integrado HBU, hasta su completa extracción del
alojamiento (g. 4).
La campana está dimensionada de tal forma que puede alojar
completamente el cubo durante la extracción (g. 5).
Operación con cilindro hidráulico 17 t (OPCIÓN DE
ACTUALIZACIÓN - 1952 004 090)
- Para realizar la operación con el cilindro hidráulico de 17 t,
introduzca el cilindro entre la campana y una segunda tuerca
de empuje (G) (g. 6). A continuación accione el cilindro que,
desplazando axialmente el tornillo, permite la extracción del
cubo integrado de su alojamiento.

- El cilindro tiene una carrera máx. de 43 mm; por lo tanto, si no
se alcanza la extracción completa, repita la operación varias
veces, descargando el cilindro hidráulico (cilindro de efecto
único con retorno de muelle) y atornillando nuevamente la
tuerca de empuje (G) contra el cilindro.
Se recomienda utilizar el cilindro combinado con la bomba
hidráulica manual de 700 bar (1952 004 001), disponible en el
catálogo WÜRTH.
INTRODUCCIÓN

garganta presente en la base de la jaula externa del cojinete (véase
la g. 1), a través de los semianillos de introducción (H). Estos
últimos son mantenidos unidos entre sí por la campana (D).
Durante la introducción, ensamble los siguientes componentes del
kit, tal como se muestra en la g. 9:
•2 semianillos de introducción (H), de diámetro adecuado
(véanse las guras 1 y 8 para su correcta colocación);
•anillo de introducción (I) de medida adecuada al diámetro del
alojamiento del cojinete;
•campana de empuje (D);
•tornillo M20 x 1,5 (E);
•tuerca + cojinete (F);
•tuerca de empuje (G).
Operación manual
- Para operar en forma manual, gire únicamente la tuerca y el
cojinete (F), enroscándola en el tornillo M20 x 1,5 (E). Con
esta operación se empuja la campana (D) contra el anillo
de introducción (I), solidariamente con los 2 semianillos de
introducción (H) y con el cojinete integrado HBU, hasta la
completa introducción del cojinete integrado HBU en su
alojamiento (g. 9).
Operación con cilindro hidráulico 17 t (OPCIÓN DE
ACTUALIZACIÓN - 1952 004 090)
- El cilindro hidráulico se encuentra entre la campana (D) y una
segunda tuerca de empuje (G) (g. 11). A continuación se
acciona el cilindro que, desplazando axialmente el tornillo,
permite la introducción del cojinete integrado HBU en su
alojamiento.
Al igual que en el caso de la extracción, la operación se repite
hasta la completa introducción.

Its extensive modularity allows the removal and insertion of bearings
having a minimum diameter from 62 mm up to a maximum diameter
of 85 mm.
This tool set can be used directly on the car, without having to
disassemble the king pin/hub/bearing unit from the car and placing
it on a press.
OPERATION
Both the removal and the insertion steps can be carried
out on-board the car.
REMOVAL
During the removal stages, the tool set's modularity consists in
its innovative removal semirings (A) the diameter of which can be
changed by means of intermediate spacers (B) (see g. 3) so as to
adapt to the diameter of the bearing to be removed.
After releasing wheel, brake caliper, brake disc, drive shaft, etc.
(see g. 2) from the support, remove the bearing, by assembling the
following tool set components as shown in g. 3:
• 2 removal semirings (A) as shown in the gure, with spacers (B),
where applicable;
•Removal ring, sized according to the bearing diameter (C);

Manual operation
- Manually tighten only the nut + bearing (F) on the screw
M20x1.5 (E). During this phase it is important that the counter-
nut (G), the removal ring (C) and the integrated HBU bearing
all move together (jointly) towards the bell until it comes out
completely from its seat (Fig.4).
The bell is sized such that it can fully house the hub during the
removal stages (g. 5).
Operation with 17-ton hydraulic cylinder (UPGRADE
OPTION - 1952 004 090)
- EWhen performing the operation using the 17-ton hydraulic
cylinder, t the cylinder between the bell and a second counter-
nut (G) (Fig.6).
Now actuate the cylinder that, by axially translating the screw,
allows you to remove the integrated hub from its seat.

- Since the cylinder has a max stroke of 43 mm, if the removal
was not performed completely, this operation can be repeated
several times by discharging the hydraulic cylinder (single-acting
cylinder with spring return) and then tightening the counter-nut
(G) again against the cylinder.
We recommend the use of the cylinder combined with the 700-bar
manual hydraulic pump, 1952 004 001, in our WÜRTH catalog.
INSERTION
During insertion, the thrust force is exerted in the groove at the bottom
of the bearing's outer cage (see g. 1), through the insertion semirings
(H) that are held together by means of the bell (D).
Carry out the insertion by assembling the following tool set
components as shown in g. 9:
• 2 insertion semirings (H), of suitable diameter (see g. 1 and 8,
for correct positioning);
•Insertion ring (I), appropriately sized to the diameter of the
bearing seat;
•Thrust bell (D);
•Screw M20x1.5 (E);
•Nut + bearing (F);
•Counter-nut (G).
Manual operation
- Manually tighten only the nut + bearing (F) on the screw
M20x1.5 (E), so as to push the bell (D), jointly with the 2
insertion semirings (H) and the integrated HBU bearing, against
the insertion ring (I), until the integrated HBU bearing has been
fully inserted into its seat (g. 9).
Operation with 17-ton hydraulic cylinder (UPGRADE
OPTION - 1952 004 090)
- The hydraulic cylinder is placed between the bell (D) and a
second counter-nut (G) (g. 11). Now actuate the cylinder
that, by axially translating the screw, allows you to insert the
integrated HBU bearing into its seat. As when the bearing
had been removed, repeat the operation until it is completely
inserted.

Questo kit è una soluzione BREVETTATA e UNIVERSALE in grado di
estrarre e rimontare i moderni mozzi con cuscinetto integrato tipo
HBU2 (unità preassemblata che combina cuscinetto e mozzo - Hub
Bearing Unit).
Grazie alla sua ampia modularità è possibile operare l’estrazione
e l’introduzione da cuscinetti che hanno un diametro minimo di

Ø62mm sino a cuscinetti con un diametro massimo di Ø85mm.
Il kit è utilizzabile direttamente sul veicolo, senza dover smontare il
gruppo del perno fuso-mozzo/cuscinetto dall’automobile e andarlo
a posizionare su di una pressa.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Sia la fase di estrazione che quella di introduzione si
possono eseguire a bordo macchina.
ESTRAZIONE
In fase estrattiva la grande modularità del kit è possibile grazie
a innovative semianelle estrattive (A) che possono modicare
il loro diametro grazie a distanziali intermedi (B) (vedi g. 3) che
consentono loro di adattarsi al diametro del cuscinetto da estrarre.
Una volta liberato il supporto da: ruota, pinza freno, disco freno,
albero di trasmissione, ecc. (vedi g. 2), si procede all’estrazione,
assemblando i seguenti componenti del kit come in g. 3:
• 2 semianelle di estrazione (A) come in g. 3, con eventuali
distanziali (B) ;
•Anello di estrazione, di misura adeguata al diametro del
cuscinetto (C);
•La campana di spinta (D);
•La vite M20x1.5 (E)
•Dado + cuscinetto (F)
•Dado di controspinta (G);
Operazione manuale
- Manualmente si procede agendo unicamente sul dado +
cuscinetto (F), avvitandolo sulla vite M20x1.5 (E).
Con questa operazione si spinge il dado di controspinta (G)
solidalmente con l’anello di estrazione (C) e con il cuscinetto
integrato HBU, verso la campana, no alla sua completa uscita
dalla sede (g. 4).
La campana è dimensionata in modo tale da accogliere
completamente il mozzo in fase di estrazione (g. 5).
Operazione con cilindro idraulico 17ton (ACCESSORIO
SUPPLEMENTARE - 1952 004 090)
- Eettuando l’operazione con il cilindro idraulico da 17ton, si
procede inserendo il cilindro tra la campana ed un secondo
dado di controspinta (G) (g. 6).
A questo punto si aziona il cilindro, che, facendo traslare
assialmente la vite, consente l’estrazione del mozzo integrato
dalla sua sede.
