EINSATZBESTIMMUNG
Der in dieser Anleitung beschriebenen Satz dient dazu, saubere und
gratfreie Löcher in Kunststo-Stoßstangen zu stanzen. Die ist nötig,
wenn die vom Hersteller gelieferte Ersatz-Stoßstange ohne Löcher für

den Einbau der Parksensoren geliefert wird.
Laut Reparaturanweisung einiger Hersteller sollen die Löcher
erst nach der Lackierung gestanzt werden, um so eine möglichst
originalgetreue Optik nach der Reparatur gewährleisten zu können.
Weiterhin sorgen die im Satz enthaltenen Zentrierdorne für die
exakte Ausrichtung der Sensorhalter bei der Befestigung mittels
Schweißklammer- oder Klebeverfahren.
Der Satz repräsentiert eine Auswahl der gängigsten Maße inkl.
ungerader Zwischenmaße, so wie sie vom Hersteller vorgegeben
sind. Er ist geeignet für Standard-Parksensoren (PDC=Park-Distanz-
Control) sowie für Sensoren der Einparkhilfen (PLA=Park-Lenk-
Assistent).
Die angezeigten OE-Nummern dienen nur
zur Zuordnung technischer Daten und der
Verwendungszwecke!
ARBEITSWEISE
Beachten Sie immer die Vorgaben und
Reparaturanweisungen des Fahrzeugherstellers!
- Die Position der Sensoren wird in der Regel durch werkseitige
Markierungen an der Innenseite der Stoßstange angezeigt.
(Abb.1+2) Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass im
Lieferumfang der Nachrüstsets eine Schablone passend zum
Fahrzeug bzw. zur Stoßstange enthalten ist.
- Bohren Sie mit dem Bohrer Ø10mm ein Loch pro Markierung.
Setzten Sie den Bohrer dabei genau in die Mitte der Markierung
und bohren Sie von der Innenseite zur Außenseite. (Abb.3)
- Wählen Sie die passende Lochstanze aus und stecken Sie die
Matrize auf den Lochstanzen-Antrieb. Die Önung der Matrize
muss dabei in Richtung Gewindeende zeigen. (Abb.4)
- Stecken Sie die Antriebs-Einheit mit dem Gewindeende in das
zuvor gebohrte Loch in der Stoßstange. (Abb.5)
- Schrauben Sie den Stempel auf das Gewindeende der Antriebs-
Einheit. (Abb.6+7)
- Verwenden Sie nun eine 3/8“ Ratsche und zum Gegenhalten
des Stempels von der Außenseite her einen Maulschlüssel. Durch
den Schraubvorgang wird nun der Stempel in die Önung der

Matrize gezogen. (Abb.8+9) Da wir von der Außenseite her
nach Innen arbeiten, entsteht ein sauberes und gratfreies Loch in
der Stoßstange. (Abb.10)
- Prüfen Sie ob der Zentrierdorn exakt zum Sensorhalter passt.
(Abb.11)
- Führen Sie den passenden Zentrierdorn von der Außenseite her
in das soeben gestanzte Loch der Stoßstange. (Abb.12)
- Platzieren Sie den Sensor-Halter von der Innenseite her direkt auf
den Dorn. (Abb.13)
Beginnen Sie nun mit der Befestigung des Haltern mittels
vorgeschriebenem Verfahren.

DESTINATION D'EMPLOI
Le kit décrit dans le présent manuel est utilisé pour percer des
orices propres et sans bavures dans les pare-chocs en plastique.
Cela est nécessaire lorsque le pare-chocs de rechange fourni par le
constructeur ne présente pas d'orices pour le montage des capteurs
de stationnement.
Selon les instructions de réparation de certains constructeurs, les
orices ne doivent être percés qu'après l'application de la peinture
an d'assurer, après la réparation, un aspect le plus proche possible
de l'original.
De plus, les goupilles de centrage fournies dans le kit garantissent,
lors de la xation (soudage/collage), la xation exacte et
l'alignement des supports des capteurs.

Le kit présente une sélection des dimensions les plus utilisées,
y compris les tailles intermédiaires impaires prescrites par un
certain nombre de constructeurs. Il convient pour les capteurs de
stationnement standard (PDC=Park-Distance-Control) et pour les
capteurs d'aide au stationnement (PLA=Parking Assistant).
Les numéros OEM indiqués ne servent qu'à
l'attribution des données techniques et des
domaines d'application!
PROCÉDURE
Respecter toujours les indications et les
instructions de réparation du constructeur du
véhicule!
- La position des capteurs est généralement marquée en usine
par des repères à l'intérieur du pare-chocs. (Figures 1+2). Il est
possible que le kit de montage contienne un gabarit adapté au
véhicule et/ou au pare-chocs.
- Percer un orice avec un foret Ø10mm pour chaque repère sur
le pare-chocs.
Placer la perceuse exactement au milieu du repère et percer de
l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. (Fig.3)
- Choisir la douille adaptée à l'orice et l'insérer sur l'axe leté
doté de roulement. L'ouverture de la matrice doit être orientée
dans la direction opposée au roulement (Fig.4).
- Insérer l'unité d'actionnement avec la partie letée dans l'orice
préalablement percé dans le pare-chocs. (Fig.5)
- Visser le poinçon sur le letage de l'unité d'actionnement.
(Fig.6+7)
- Utiliser une clé à cliquet de 3/8" et, pour xer le poinçon de
l'extérieur, une clé à molette. Le poinçon est introduit dans la
douille par vissage (Figures 8+9). En opérant de l'extérieur vers
l'intérieur, un orice propre et sans bavures est créé dans le pare-
chocs. (Fig.10)
- S'assurer que l'axe de centrage est parfaitement adapté au
support du capteur. (Fig.11)
- De l'extérieur, insérer l'axe de centrage approprié dans l'orice
que l'on vient de percer dans le pare-chocs. (Fig.12)

- De l'intérieur, placer le support du capteur directement sur l'axe
(Fig.13). Commencer la xation du support selon la procédure
prescrite par le constructeur.

USO PREVISTO
El kit descrito en el presente manual sirve para practicar oricios
limpios y libres de rebabas en parachoques de material plástico.
Esta operación es necesaria cuando el parachoques de repuesto
suministrado por el fabricante no presenta los oricios para el
montaje de los sensores de estacionamiento.
Según las instrucciones de reparación de algunos fabricantes, los
oricios se deben realizar después de pintar, para poder garantizar
un aspecto lo más cercano posible al original después de la
reparación.
Además, los pernos de centrado contenidos en el kit garantizan la
exacta jación y alineación de los soportes de los sensores durante
la jación (soldadura/encolado).

El kit incluye las medidas más utilizadas y medidas intermedias
diferentes, según lo prescrito por varios fabricantes. Es apto para
sensores de estacionamiento estándar (PDC = Park-Distance-
Control) y para sensores de asistencia para el estacionamiento (PLA
= Parking Assistant).
¡Los números OEM indicados sirven solamente
para la atribución de datos técnicos y de los
campos de aplicación!
PROCEDIMIENTO
¡Cumpla siempre las indicaciones e instrucciones
de reparación del fabricante del vehículo!
- Normalmente la posición de los sensores está indicada de
fábrica mediante marcas en la parte interior del parachoques
(guras 1 y 2). Es posible que el kit de montaje incluya una
plantilla apta para el vehículo y/o para el parachoques.
- Con un taladro Ø 10 mm, practique un oricio para cada marca
presente en el parachoques.
Apoye el taladro exactamente en el centro de la marca y
perfore desde la parte interior hacia la parte exterior (g. 3).
- Elija el casquillo adecuado para el oricio e insértelo en el
perno roscado con cojinete. La abertura de la matriz debe estar
orientada en dirección opuesta al cojinete (g. 4).
- Introduzca el grupo de accionamiento con la parte roscada en
el oricio practicado previamente en el parachoques (g. 5).
- Enrosque el punzón en la rosca del grupo de accionamiento
(guras 6 y 7).
- Utilice una llave de trinquete ⅜" y, para bloquear el punzón
desde la parte exterior, una llave inglesa. Mediante el
enroscamiento, el punzón es tirado hacia el interior del casquillo
(guras 8 y 9). Trabajando desde la parte exterior hacia la
parte interior, se abre en el parachoques un oricio limpio, libre
de rebabas (g. 10).
- Verique que el perno de centrado sea perfectamente adecuado
para el soporte del sensor (g.11).
- Desde la parte exterior, introduzca el perno de centrado
adecuado en el oricio del parachoques recién cortado (g.
12).

- Desde la parte interior, coloque el soporte del sensor
directamente en el perno (g. 13).
Comience la jación del soporte siguiendo el procedimiento
prescrito por el fabricante.

INTENDED USE
The tool set described in this manual is used to make clean holes
in plastic bumpers without burrs. This is necessary when the
replacement bumper supplied by the manufacturer does not have
the holes for mounting the parking sensors.
According to some manufacturers' repair instructions, holes should
be drilled only after painting to guarantee, once repaired, an
appearance as close to the original as possible.
Furthermore, the centering pins contained in the tool set ensure the
correct xing and alignment of the sensor supports during fastening
(welding/gluing).

This tool set features a choice of the most used measures, also
including odd intermediate measures, as prescribed by dierent
manufacturers. It is suitable for standard parking sensors (PDC=Park-
Distance-Control) and for parking assistance sensors (PLA=Parking
Assistant).
The OEM numbers shown are used only for
assigning technical data and elds of use!
PROCEDURE
Always adhere to the vehicle manufacturer's
recommendations and repair instructions!
- As a rule, the position of the sensors is marked by the
manufacturer with markings on the inside of the bumpers (Figures
1+2). The supplied assembly tool set may contain a template
suitable for the vehicle and/or the bumper.
- Use a Ø10 mm drill to drill a hole for each marking on the
bumper.
Place the drill exactly in the middle of the marking and drill from
the inside to the outside (Fig.3).
- Select the bushing suitable for the hole and insert it on the
threaded pin with bearing. The opening of the matrix should face
the direction opposite the bearing (Fig.4).
- Insert the drive unit with the threaded part into the hole
previously drilled in the bumper (Fig.5).
- Screw the punch on the drive unit's thread (Figures 6+7).
- Use a 3/8" ratchet wrench and then a monkey wrench to lock
the punch from the outside. The punch is pulled into the bushing
as it is screwed (Figures 8+9).
A clean hole is created in the bumper without burrs by working
from the outside towards the inside (Fig.10).
- Ensure the centering pin is perfectly suited to the sensor support
(Fig.11).
- From the outside, insert the appropriate centering pin into the
hole of the newly cut bumper (Fig.12).
- From the inside, place the sensor support directly on the pin
(Fig.13).

DESTINAZIONE D‘USO
Il Kit descritto nel presente manuale serve per eettuare fori puliti e
privi di bave in paraurti di materiale plastico. Questo è necessario
quando il paraurti di ricambio fornito dal costruttore non presenta i
fori per il montaggio dei sensori di parcheggio.
Secondo le istruzioni di riparazione di alcuni costruttori i fori
dovrebbero essere praticati solo dopo la verniciatura per poter
garantire, dopo la riparazione, un aspetto il più possibile vicino
all’originale.
Inoltre i perni di centraggio contenuti nel kit, garantiscono durante il
ssaggio (saldatura/incollaggio), l’esatto ssaggio ed allineamento
dei supporti dei sensori.
Il kit presenta una scelta delle misure di maggior impiego,
includendo anche misure intermedie dispari, cosi come prescritte

da diversi costruttori. E’ adatto per i sensori di parcheggio standard
(PDC=Park-Distance-Control) e per i sensori di assistenza al
parcheggio (PLA=Parking Assistant).
I numeri OEM indicati servono solo
all’attribuzione di dati tecnici e dei campi
d’impiego!
PROCEDURA
Osservare sempre le indicazioni e le istruzioni di
riparazione del costruttore del veicolo!
- Di norma la posizione dei sensori viene contrassegnata dalla
fabbrica mediante marcature sul lato interno del paraurti.
(Figg.1+2) E‘ possibile che nell’entità di fornitura del kit di
montaggio sia contenuta una dima adatta al veicolo e/o al
paraurti.
- Con un trapano Ø10mm praticare un foro per ogni marcatura
presente sul paraurti.
Appoggiare il trapano esattamente al centro della marcatura e
forare dal lato interno verso l’esterno. (Fig.3)
- Scegliere la boccola adatta al foro ed inserirlo sul perno lettato
con cuscinetto. L’apertura della matrice deve essere orientata in
direzione opposta al cuscinetto. (Fig.4)
- Inserire il gruppo di azionamento con la parte lettata nel foro
praticato precedentemente nel paraurti. (Fig.5)
- Avvitare il punzone sulla lettatura del gruppo di azionamento.
(Fig.6+7)
- Utilizzare una chiave a cricchetto 3/8“ e, per bloccare il
punzone dalla parte esterna, una chiave inglese. Tramite
l’avvitamento il punzone viene tirato all’interno della boccola.
(Figg.8+9) Lavorando dalla parte esterna verso l’interno, nel
paraurti si crea un foro pulito privo di bave. (Fig.10)
- Vericare che il perno di centraggio sia perfettamente adatto al
supporto del sensore. (Fig.11)
- Dalla parte esterna inserire il perno di centraggio adatto nel foro
del paraurti appena tranciato. (Fig.12)

- Dalla parte interna posizionare il supporto del sensore
direttamente sul perno. (Fig.13)
Iniziare il ssaggio del supporto seguendo la procedura
prescritta dal costruttore.
