ZTEwarrantsthat,foroneyearfromthedateofdeliverybyZTEtopurchaser's
designatedcarrier,theequipmentwillremainfreefromdefectsindesign,ma-
terialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandserviceandwillconforminall
materialrespectstotheapplicablespecicationssetforthinpurchaseorder
oragreement.ZTEdoesnotwarrantthatoperationoftheequipmentwillbe
error-freeoruninterrupted.
InaccordancewithZTE'sstandard,warrantyterms,ZTEshall,atitsoption,
repairorreplaceanydefectiveornonconformingitem,providedthat(a)pur-
chaser/EndUsergivesZTEwrittennoticeofthedefectornonconformitywithin
thewarrantyperiodspeciedabovepromptlyafterResellerisnotiedbythe
EndUserofthesame;and(b)EndUserreturnsthedefectiveitematitsex-
pensetoZTE’snominatedCustomerServiceDepartmentinaccordancewith
ZTE’sstandardpartsexchangeprocedures.
ThiswarrantydoesnotapplytodefectsorerrorsintheEquipmentcaused
by:(a)reasonableabrasionofequipments;(b)EndUser’sfailuretofollow
ZTE’sinstallation,operationormaintenanceinstructionsorprocedures;(c)
EndUser’smishandling,misuse,negligence,orimproperinstallation,un-in-
stallation,storage,servicingoroperationoftheEquipment;(d)modications
orrepairsnotmadebyZTEoraZTE-certiedindividual;(e)powerfailures,
surges,re,ood,accident,actionsofthirdpartiesorothereventsoutside
ZTE’sreasonablecontrol;(f)usageofproductsofthirdParties,orusagecon-
junctionwiththirdpartiesprovidedthatsuchdefectsareduetotheconjunc-
tion;(g)anyothercausebeyondtherangeofnormalusageforequipments.
EndUsershallassurethatequipmentisinstalledandmaintainedbyZTEor
ZTE-certiedindividualsinaccordancewithZTE’scerticationprocedures;
providedthatifEndUsercausesorpermitsservicestobeprovidedbyindivid-
ualswhoarenotZTE-certied,theWarrantyshallbevoidastoallEquipment
servicedinbreachofthisagreement.EndUsershallhavenorighttoreject,
return,orreceivearefundforanyEquipmentfromZTE.Anyitemrepairedor
replacedbyZTEshallcontinuetobewarrantedforthelongeroftheremain-
deroftheoriginalwarrantyperiodor90daysfromthedatetherepairedor
replacedpartisdeliveredtothecarrier.

TheZXHNH108NisanADSLaccessdevicethathasmultiplelinetransmis-
sionmodes.Attheuserend,itnotonlyprovidesfour10/100Base-TEther-
netinterfacesbutalsosupportswirelessuseraccessesincompliancewith
theIEEE802.11b/g/nstandard.Withthehigh-speedADSLaccess,theZXHN
H108Ncanprovidethebroadbandinternetserviceorenterprisenetworkac-
cessserviceforusers.
