Product description 1
EasyCheck is part of the mySpreader app.
With EasyCheck, the lateral distribution of the
fertiliser is measured and setting recommendations
are given to improve the lateral distribution. The
fertiliser is collected on 16 rubber mats. The rubber
mats are photographed with a smartphone or tablet,
and the pictures are evaluated. Depending on the
selected fertiliser spreader, the EasyCheck app
calculates the correct values for the spreading disc
speed, the delivery system or the spreading vane
position.

16 mats are placed on the field at specific intervals.
The distances between the mats depend on the
working width of the fertiliser spreader and are
displayed in the EasyCheck app. While spreading, the
fertiliser is collected on 16 mats. In the EasyCheck
app, there is a symbol for each of the 16 mats.
Using the mat symbols, a picture can be taken and
evaluated for each corresponding mat.
The exact procedure is described in the following.
NOTE
With transparent, very fine or dark fertiliser, the
pictures might not be evaluated correctly in some
cases.
REQUIREMENTS
Spreader profile and spreading procedure are
created in the mySpreader app
1. In the mySpreader app, tap on "Optimisation".
2. Select the desired spreading procedure.
3. Tap on EasyCheck.

4. Check spreader settings.

5. Place 16 mats at the distances specified in the
app.
NOTE
The first row of mats must be placed in a tramline.
The mat spacing specified in the EasyCheck app
is based on the centre of the mats.
In the direction of travel, the mats must be spaced
at least 1 m apart.

6. In tramline

, drive over the row of mats while
spreading.

, drive and spread.
8. If the fertiliser spreader spreads beyond the
next tramline,
drive in tramline

and spread.
9. To take a picture of a mat,
tap on a mat symbol in the EasyCheck app.
NOTE
The following table shows a correct example and
a negative example for the picture.
Rules for the picture:
The white squares must be loacted in the
notches on the mats.
They may not be any shadows on the mat.
The mat may not be covered by plants or
objects.
The mat must be clean and free of dust.

10. Take a correct picture of the mat corresponding to
the mat symbol.
The results of the evaluation is shown.
NOTE
Each white spot on the figure represents a grain
of fertiliser. Only the area between the inner
corner points of the notches are evaluated.

11. If the results match with the distribution on the
mat,
Confirm the determined value with "OK"
or
If the results do not match with the distribution
on the mat,
select "DISCARD".

12. Take a valid picture of each mat using the
corresponding mat symbol.
13. Select "CONTINUE".

14. Adjust the fertiliser spreader using the values
under "Optimised settings".
NOTE
The values under "Optimised settings" can
be changed as needed. The values will be
documented.
15. Select "FINISHED".
16. Confirm spreader settings.
The results of the check will be stored in the
history of the mySpreader app.

Clean the mats thoroughly with normal household
cleaning agents.
