YDME 70 - Essential Series
Important Tips
1.Please do not use the corrosive cleaner liquid on the lock surface.
Clean it with furniture spray wax.
2.Please adjust the door strike plate when the door deformed causing
unable to open the door or mortise unable to stretch out and draw back.
3. When adding new users, please keep the user No. for future use.
4. Power supply: 8 1.5V battery 5 Emergency battery:9V.
5. Please use the override key in case tha nger, code and cards disable
to open the door and keep them in a reachable place.
6. For those locks with electronic deadbolt function, if locked inside, only
the
opened, no matter inside or outside, the deadbolt function lost. But you
can still use the deadbolt function inside the door by hand.

Keypad Instruction
Touch the screen for electricity with sound "welcome to use".
Pressing "#" at the menu situation means confirm.
Voice indication
Each pressing of the keypad with a "Beep" sound.
Voice with "Please input again" for the incorrect operation.
Voice with "please change the battery" when low battery.
The keypad was lock for one minute if incorrect input for 3 times with the
sound"3
times of incorrect password, the keypad was lock".
When low battery, the voice indication will be lock automatically. With long
"Beep" for successfully operation, "Beep, Beep, Beep" for incorrect operation,
" Beep, Beep,
Beep, Beep" for low battery and " Beep, Beep" for other cases.

Factory Settings
The factory default master code is “111111”. please change the master code on
the initial use. After changing, all the existing useres are deleted automatically.
Reset
keep the battery on and press the “Reset ” button, when hearing the sound”
Successfully operation", means the lock was reseted successfully and the
master
code was back to "111111", all the users added before were deleted.

Door open operation
Touch the screen, the blue light on, sound with

Ways of opening:
Input the valid code ( has been enrolled)
Put the card ( had been enrolled) at the card
reading area.
If no incorrect operation, there will be a sound
"Beep" then you can press the handle to open
the door. If operate incorrectly, there will be a
sound " Please try again".

Use of the external 9V battery
For Low working voltage, or low battery and not able to change the new
battery, you can use the external 9 V battery to open the door.
Pull the panel cover Connect the external 9 V battery
according to their electrode.
Install back the panel cover
after door open.
Change Battery
Steps
Use the socket screw wrench to loosen and take
off the copper loop. (Picture 1 Bellow)
Take off the battery cover. ( picture2, 3)
Take off the all old batteries
install with new ones
Place back the battery cove and tighten the copper loop.
1Pay attention to the electrode when installing
the new batteries.
2.Do not mix the old ones with the new ones.
3.Please put the old batteries at the recycle
place to keep good environment.
