INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’UTILISATEUR
Le ferme-porte n’est prévue que pour fermer des portes battentes. Toute autre
utilisation peut occasionner des dommages et rend exempté le fabricant de toute
responsabilité civile. Le montage doit être réalisé par un installateur professionnel.
MAINTENANCE
Vérifier régulièrement que toutes les vis de fixage du ferme-porte et du bras, patin
inclu, soient bien serrées. Graisser la glissière périodiquement.
ATTENTION
En cas d’utilisation en tant qu’anti-incendie, la présence d’un dispositif arrêt
mécanique n’est pas consentie. En tout cas, se rapporter toujours aux prescriptions
locales en vigueur. Procéder au réglage de la vitesse de fermeture par quart de tour
chaque fois. A retenir que la vitesse maximale sera obtenue par 3 tours entiers, à
partir d’une vis complètement fermée.
Si la vis est tournée encore au-delà, une perte d’huile peut être occasionnée et
la garantie d’usine n’est plus donnée.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
The door closer has to be used solely single action. Any different use may cause
damages or hazards, and waives the manufacturer of any liability whatsoever.
The mounting must be carried out by a professional installer.
MAINTENANCE
Check regularly that all fixing screws of closer, of arm attachment to pinion and
to sliding piece are securely tightened. Grease the rail periodically.
WARNING
When used with fire / smoke door, it is not allowed to install any mechanical
devices that might keep it open or prevent the door from closing. In case of use
as a means of fire safety, always refer to requirements of local standards.
Act on speed valves a quarter of a turn each time, keeping in mind that from
closed valve position, with No. 3 full turns the max. closing speed is obtained.
Additional turns may cause hydraulic fluid spills and loss of warranty.

Il chiudiporta va utilizzato solo per la chiusura di porte a battente. Un utilizzo
diverso può causare pericolo ed esonera il produttore da ogni responsabilità
civile. L’installazione deve essere eseguita da personale specializzato. La
manomissione del chiudiporta può essere pericolosa e rende nulla la garanzia.
MANUTENZIONE
Controllare regolarmente il buon serraggio di tutte le viti di fissaggio del chiudiporta,
dell’attacco del braccio a slitta e del pattino. Ingrassare periodicamente la slitta.
ATTENZIONE
Per l’utilizzo nella protezione preventiva antincendio, non è consentita la presenza
di un arresto meccanico. In ogni caso, osservare sempre le normative nazionali
vigenti. Agire sulle valvole un quarto di giro per volta, tenendo presente che
partendo da valvola chiusa con 3 giri completi si ottiene la massima velocità di
chiusura. Ulteriori svitamenti possono determinare uscite di fluido idraulico e
causare la perdita della garanzia.
