M NTAGEHANDLEIDING:
Voordat u met de montage begint dient u op het typeplaatje te kijken welke
schets, in de handleiding, van toepassing is.
1. Demonteer de achterlicht units.
2. Demonteer de bumper inclusief de stalen stootbalk van het voertuig, de
stootbalk wordt niet meer gebruikt. Herplaats de bouten.
3. Zaag het aangegeven deel uit de bumper met behulp van de sjabloon.
(sjabloon op buitenzijde van bumper plaatsen).
4. Demonteer de kunststof beschermkappen. Deze komen te vervallen.
Zie figuur 1. Zaag overeenkomstig figuur 3 de aangegeven delen uit.
5. Monteer trekhaak in chassis.
6. Monteer het kogelhuis inclusief beugel en stekkerplaat.
7. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig tabel vast.
8. Plaats de twee PE schuimblokken als afdichting in de chasisbalken (zie
fig. 2).
9. Monteer de bumper
10.Stel de beugel 4988/13 af op de bumper..
11.Plaats indien kogel niet geplaatst is, de afdekplaat.
12.Monteer de achterlicht units.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogelsys-
teem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
FITTING INSTRUCTI NS:
Before you start the fitting you must check the type plate to determine
which sketch, in the fitting instruction, is applicable.
1. Remove the rear-light units.
2. Remove the bumper and the steel buffer beam from the vehicle. The
buffer beam will no longer be needed. Replace the bolts.
3. Use the template to saw out the indicated section from the bumper.
(place the template on the outside of the bumper)
4. Remove the plastic protective caps. They will no longer be needed. See
figure 1. Saw out the portions as indicated in fig. 3.
5. Fit the tow bar to the chassis.
6. Fit the ball-hitch including bracket and socket plate.
7. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
8. Place the two PE foam blocks as sealing on the chassis members (see
fig. 2).
9. Fit the bumper.
10.Adjust the 4988/13 bracket to the bumper.
11. f the ball hitch is not fitted, fit the cover.
12.Fit the rear-light units.

* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
