Glide Replacement for 4-Leg Chair
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Use pliers to remove any glides to be replaced.
3. Align new glides and apply pressure to install.

Glide Replacement for Sled Base, Counter Height &
Bar Height Chairs
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove two (2) torx drive, pan head screws for any glides that
need to be replaced.
3. Using new torx drive, pan head screws provided, align new
glides with pilot holes and tighten to 30 in-lbs (3.4 Nm).

Stack Pad Replacement for 4-Leg, Sled Base,
Counter Height, Bar Height, Lounge, and Rocker Chairs
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove two (2) screws and stack pad as shown.
3. Reverse step 2 to install new stack pad and screws.
Tighten new screws to 15 in-lbs (1.7 Nm).

Frame Replacement for 4-Leg, Sled Base, Counter
Height, Bar Height, Lounge, and Rocker Chairs
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove stack pad as shown on page 3 and set aside.
3. Remove four (4) hex head bolts with spacers on each
side of the frame and remove old frame.
4. Align seat shell with the new frame. Make sure spacers
have been placed on each side of the new frame.
NOTE: Spacers have adhesive on one side.
Place adhesive side onto frame. Reinstall
four (4) hex head bolts to 30 in-lbs (3.4 Nm).
5. Reinstall stack pad per page 3
& glides per page 2.

Seat Cushion Replacement for Sled Base Chair, Lounge, or Rocker Chair
1. Place chair or lounge, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove five (5) flat head screws and washers (on chair) or eight (8)
flat head screws and washers (on lounge and rocker), then remove old
seat cushion.
3. Align new seat cushion, screws and washers. Tighten new seat cushion
screw to 9 in-lbs (1 Nm).

Seat Cushion Replacement for 4-Leg and Counter
Height & Bar Height Chairs
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove stack pad as shown on page 3 and set aside.
3. Remove frame as shown on page 4, step 4 and set aside.
4. Remove five (5) flat head screws and washers, then remove
old seat cushion.
5. Align new seat cushion, screws and washers. Apply pressure
between seat cushion and seat shell and tighten new seat
cushion screws to 9 in-lb (1 Nm).
6. Reinstall frame per page 4 and stack pad per page 3. SCREW

Shell Replacement for Fully Upholstered,
¾ Upholstered or Seat Pad Replacement for 4-Leg,
Sled Base, Counter Height, Bar Height, Lounge,
Rocker Chairs
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove stack pad as shown on page 3.
3. Remove frame as shown on page 4, step 4 and set aside.
4. Align new seat shell with holes in frame. Tighten new seat
shell screws to 30 in-lb (3.4 Nm).
5. Reinstall stack pad per page 3.

Replace Cantilever Arm Cap
1. Remove three (3) torx drive, pan head screws.
2. Remove cantilever arm cap (2a) & decorative cover (2b).
3. Reverse step 2 to install new cantilever arm cap and screws.
Tighten new screws to 18 in-lbs (2 Nm).

Replace Runners
1. Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2. Remove two (2) screws with spacers and runners.
3. Reverse step 2 to install new runners and screws.
Tighten new screws to 53.1 in-lbs (6 Nm).
