Replace Seat Cushion
1. Grasp onto the seat cushion assembly and
lift up forcefully.
2. Align seat & shell. Firmly pinch shut at all
five (5) star nut locations.

Replace Back Cushion
1. Grasp onto the back cushion assembly and
pull out forcefully.
2. Align new back cushion assembly & shell.
Apply firm pressure to the back cushion
assembly at all velcro locations.

Replace Chair Shell with or
without Back Cushion
1. Remove the seat cushion assembly from current chair
per “Replace Seat Cushion” on page 2.
2. Install two (2) star washers with screw provided onto
all five (5) emboss locations in the new chair shell.
NOTE: Star washers need to taper downward when
installed onto new chair shell.
3. Install the seat cushion assembly from current chair
on new chair shell per “Replace Seat Cushion” on page 2.
4. If current chair has a back cushion, remove and install
per “Replace Back Cushion” on page 3.
5. Using a mallet, remove the old chair shell.
6. Install new chair shell onto the chair cylinder.
NOTE: Sit in chair to make sure there is a good connection
between the taper of the cylinder and the chair shell.

Replace Column Cylinder
1. Using a mallet, remove the seat assembly.
2. Using a mallet, remove the base from the old cylinder.
3. Reverse steps to re-assemble chair.
NOTE: Sit in finished chair to make sure there is a good
connection between the tapers of the cylinder & chair shell
and cylinder & base assembly.
