before using this vehicle stand. Personnel involved in the
use and operation of equipment shall be careful,
competent, trained, and qualified in the safe operation of
the equipment and its proper use when servicing motor
vehicles and their components. Warning information
should be emphasized and understood. If the operator is

warnings shall be read to and discussed with the operator
in the operator’s native language by the purchaser/owner,
making sure that the operator comprehends its contents.

punch and hammer. Lift release lever and lift ratcheting
bar to desired height. Check to make sure the dog
engages each tooth properly on the ratcheting post.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by setting parking brake on vehicle and blocking
all wheels. Make sure vehicle is raised to desired height
and is stable. Extend the post to height close to the
support member. Check the load locking and release
handle to insure that the dog portion has engaged a
tooth on the post.Make sure both jack stands are at an
equal height and will support the load equally when the
lifting device is removed.Place jack stands carefully under
support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. Do not
crawl under vehicle when placing or removing stands!
SLOWLY lower the load onto the jack stands and check to
insure the load is located on the center portion of the
post saddle. Check the load for stability. If the load is NOT
located on the center of the post saddle, or if the load is
not stable, re-lift the load and reposition the jack stands
to insure proper loading before continuing with work or
repairs. NOTE: When using jack stands for body shop
work such as straightening of frame and/or body of
vehicle, use caster wheel type jack stand dollies to
prevent load from being pulled off jack stands. When
removing stands, carefully raise vehicle enough to clear
the stands, making sure the vehicle remains stable.
Remove stands, being careful not to crawl under vehicle
while doing so. Carefully lower vehicle to floor.
