• Ellenőrizze az elosztókörök és a gép általános tisztítását.
• Ellenőrizze a kefeegység állapotát; ha szükséges, akkor tisztítsa
meg és töltse fel a kefetartót megfelelő folyadékkal (a folyadék
kiválasztása a színezőanyagok természetétől függ és közvetlenül
a használt termékek gyártója válasszon).
• Végezze el a rendszer Tisztítását.

• Soha ne hagyja kikapcsolva a gépet.
• A tartályokban a színezőanyagok automatikusan felrázásra
kerülnek (egyéni idők beállíthatók).
• Ügyeljen, hogy ne töltse fel a tartályokat túlzottan
színezőanyaggal. Túlzott feltöltés esetén a kézikönyvben
megadottak szerint dolgozzon.
• Kézzel rázza fel a színezőanyagot a tartályokban. Ne használjon
automatikus rázóberendezést.
• Fedővel zárja le a tartályokat a feltöltés után.
• Ne feledje a tartályok feltöltési szintjét frissíteni a
kezelőszoftverben.

• Töltse fel a tartályokat.
• Frissítse a tartályok feltöltési szintjét a kezelőszoftverben.
• Kapcsolja ki a számítógépet. Ne kapcsolja ki a gépet.

QUICK GUIDE

• Check that the dispensing circuits and the machine in general are
clean.
• Check the conditions of the cleaning brush unit; if necessary,
clean and ll the brush container using only appropriate liquid
(the choice of the liquid depends on the nature of the colorants,
and must be done directly by the manufacturer of the products
used).
• Carry out system Purge.

• Never let the machine in the OFF position.
• In the canisters, stirring of each colorant takes place automatically
(stirring times can however be customized).
• Be careful not to ll the canisters with too much colorant. In case
of overlling, act as indicated in the user’s manual.
• The colorant to be poured inside the canisters must be stirred
manually. Do not use automatic shakers.
• Close the canisters with their lids right after lling operations.
• Remember to update accordingly the canisters lling levels via
the management software.

• Rell the canisters.
• Update the canister lling levels in the management software.
• Shut down the computer. Do not shut o the machine.


1 ÁLTALÁNOS ADATOK

Ez a kézikönyv, amely a termék csomagolásában található, a gép
használatára és a rendszeres karbantartására vonatkozó utasításokat
tartalmazza, hogy megtartsa a gép teljesítményét. A tartalmazott
információk a gép használatához és a balesetek elkerüléséhez
szükségesek.
A kézikönyv a gép teljes része és a végső leselejtezésig meg kell
tartani.
A gépre vonatkozó előkészítésének időpontjában rendelkezésre álló
összes információt tartalmazza; a kiegészítőket változatokban vagy
módosításokban találja, amely eltérő működési módokat jelent.
Ha elvész vagy részben megrongálódik, és részben nem olvasható a
tartalma, akkor kötelező újat kérni a gyártótól.


1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 

This manual, inserted in the product packaging, contains instructions
on the use and routine maintenance needed to uphold the machine’s
performance over time. The manual contains all information needed
to correctly use the machine and avoid any accident.
The manual is to be considered an integral part of the machine, and
must be stored until it is fully dismantled.
The manual contains all information available at the time of
preparation regarding the machine and any accessories; for
accessories, the manual includes any variations or changes that
involve dierent operating procedures.
Should it be lost or partially ruined, so that its contents can no longer
be read in full, you must request a new manual from the manufacturer.


OPERATOR
A person familiar with the methods to produce paints or similar
products, trained and authorized to operate and use the machine
by its controls and to load and unload production materials with all
safety devices installed and enabled. He or she must work only in
safety conditions and is allowed to carry out routine maintenance
operations.

Specialist prepared and trained in a technical eld (mechanical
and electrical) and assigned by the manufacturer to work on the
machine to perform machine installation, adjustments, repair
breakdowns or carry out maintenance.

Az automatikus adagoló egy olyan - ebben a kézikönyvben
meghatározott méretű - tartályokban (dobozokban, fém-, vagy
műanyagtárolókban) lévő folyékony színezőanyag automatikus
adagoló-, (vagy elosztó)berendezés, amelyeket azért töltöttek meg,
hogy festékeket, lakkokat, zománcokat, tintákat tartalmazzanak,
amelyeket a gép kezelőszoftverén keresztül lehet kiválasztani.
 FEATURES
 
The automatic dispenser is a device to automatically dispense uid
colorant products into containers (metal or plastic canisters, cans
or bins) of the size indicated in this manual, pre-lled with base, to
produce nished products such as paints, dyes, enamels, and inks
of the desired hue, chosen by means of the machine management
software.

The dispenser consists of:

The dispenser is fully managed by a normal personal computer that
can be provided upon request, since it is not supplied as standard
together with the machine. The manufacturer can also supply a
wide range of software applications to manage all of the machine’s
functions.

A gép tartályainak kapacitása

A gép felső részén a fedél lehetővé

A forgóasztal egy olyan szerkezet, amelyben a tartályok és a
hozzátartozó elosztóegységek vannak szivattyúkkal és dugattyúkkal.

Félautomata zsámoly - A zsámolyt
egy kezelő vezérli aktiváló
gombokkal (két kezes vezérlés);
a zsámoly akkor áll le, amikor a
fotocella érzékeli a dobozt.

The machine canisters can be of
dierent capacities and are suitable
for containing the product to be
dispensed.
The cover in the upper part of the
machine provides access for lling
the canisters.
Each canister has its own lid.

The turntable is a rotating structure that houses the canisters and the
corresponding dispensing groups with piston pump.
Themanagementprogrammovesautomaticallytheturntable,inboth
directions, during the dispensing stage, bringing the circuit involved
in the dispensing operation to the front position. The turntable is also
autimatically moved to carry out the automatic timed processes of
the machine.
   

Each circuit is equipped with a
dispensing nozzle, from which the
tinting product to ll the can is
dispensed.
Amechanical groupplaced frontally,
in the dispensing area, operates the
piston pump and opens and closes
the dispensing valve.

The can shelf allows for the correct positioning of the can under the
dispensing nozzle.
Manual shelf - The shelf is xed to
the machine and can be raised or
lowered by the operator. The shelf
is provided with a locking handle
that must be pulled to release the
shelf and allow it to be moved to
the desired height.
Semiautomatic shelf - The shelf
is commanded by the operator
with the activation buttons (two-
handed control); the shelf stops
when the can is detected by the
photocell.

Kiegészítőként kérhető, hasznos, amikor a dobozokat előre

A gépet szakképzett használatra tervezték színezőanyag adagolására
kiskereskedésekben, közepesés nagyboltokbanilletveszakkereskedő
központokban, színes festékek és lakkok elkészítéséhez.
A gépet a 2.3. fejezetben megadott csomagokkal használja
(Kezelhető csomagok) a 8.1. fejezetben leírt táblázatban megadott
színezőanyagokkal (Műszaki adatok) a kézikönyvben megadott
módon.
A gép előírttól eltérő minden más használata, amely ebben a
kézikönyvben nem szerepel vagy az itt leírtakból nem levezethető,
helytelen használatnak minősül, és a gyártót minden felelősség alól
felmenti, ha ezeket az előírásokat nem tartja be.
 
A gépen van egy azonosító tábla (3.4. fejezet), amelyen a következő
adatok olvashatók:
1. Gyártó neve.
2. Márka.
3. Gépmodell.
4. Gyártási év.
5. Törzskönyvi szám.
6. Elektromos sajátosságok.
Ne vegye le és ne rongálja meg az azonosító táblát.

Available as an optional accessory, it is useful for positioning pre-
punched cans under the dispensing nozzle.

The brush allows to clean the
dispensing nozzle of each circuit.
The brush is placed in a small
container which holds the cleaning
liquid.
During normal machine operation,
the brush is in rest position. During
the cleaning process, the brush
rotates and the bristles wipe the
nozzle of the circuit brought to the
cleaning position.
A sensor checks for the correct position of the cleaning brush
container. If the container is not rmly in place, the turntable does
not rotate.
 
* Due to the high ll level of 0.5 and 1-liter cans (1-Pint and 1-Quart cans), COROB advises not
to perforate them.
 

The machine is intended for professional use to dispense colorants
in small, medium and large point of sales or professional paint stores.
The machine must be used only with cans within the limits set forth
in chapter 2.3 (Usable cans), with the colorants specied in the table
of chapter 8.1 (Technical data) and according to the procedures
described in this manual.
Any use of the machine other than that stated, which cannot be
implied or deduced from this manual, is to be considered improper
and unintended therefore it voids any manufacturer’s liability arising
from non-compliance with these requirements.
 
The machine has an identication plate (chapter 3.4) indicating:
1. Manufacturer’s name.
2. Marking.
3. Machine model.
4. Year of manufacture.
5. Serial number.
6. Electrical specications.
Do not remove or tamper with the identication plate in any
way.

3 BIZTONSÁG
3.1 

KÖTELEZŐ
•        

• A gépet csak a rendeltetésszerű használat szerint működtesse, a
gyártási célnak megfelelően.
• Figyeljen oda a gépre helyezett jelzésekre.
• Az előírtak szerint alkalmaznia kell az egyéni védőfelszereléseket.
• Csak képzett és megfelelően betanított személyzet
(KARBANTARTÓ) léphet a gép panellel védett részeihez a
különleges karbantartási és javítási folyamatok végrehajtásához.
• Akezelőbármilyenrendszereskarbantartási folyamatátkikapcsolt
gép mellett, az elektromos hálózatról leválasztott tápvezetékkel
végezze.
• A gépet csakhasználhatja; tilos más kezelők jelenléte,

TILOS

működtetni. A paneleket szigorúan kötelező zárva tartani.
• Ne forgassa el a forgóasztalt kézzel, amikor az adagoló be van

baleset-megelőzési normák szerint. A helytelen földelés áramütés
veszélyekhez vezethet.
• Ne próbálja meg a gépet az azonosító táblán megadott adatoktól
eltérő jellemzőjű elektromos áramforrással ellátni.

3 SAFETY
3.1 
COMPULSORY
•         

• The machine must be used only for its intended purpose.
• Pay close attention to the signs on the machine.
• When prescribed, wear personal protective equipment.
• Only qualied and appropriately trained personnel
(MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN) are authorized to access the
machine parts protected by panels for extraordinary maintenance
and repair interventions.
• Any routine maintenance intervention performed by the operator
must be carried out with the machine o and the power supply
cable disconnected from the mains socket outlet.
• The machine must be used by . Unauthorized
people who could reach or touch machine parts during operation
must not be admitted in the nearby area.
• The machine must be used by an operator who has attained
the age of majority and is in suitable psychophysical conditions
dened by an occupational physician.
• The substances that may be used on the machine -- such as
colorants, paints, solvents, lubricants and cleansers -- may
be hazardous to your health; handle, store and dispose of
these substances in keeping with current regulations and the
instructions provided with the product.
PROHIBITED
• The machine must not be used with cans exceeding the limits set
forth in chapter 2.3 (Usable cans) and with colorants other than
those specied in the technical data table.
• THE MACHINE MUST NOT BE USED IN AREAS AT RISK FOR
EXPLOSION.
• Avoid naked ames or material that may create sparks and cause
a re.
• The machine must not be employed for food use.
• The OPERATOR must not carry out operations reserved to the
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN or the INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN.
The manufacturer CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for damages
deriving from the non-observance of this prohibition.
• It is strictly forbidden to use the machine without protections or
with any safety devices present on the machine disabled, broken
down, or removed. The panels must be kept closed at all times.
• Do not rotate the turntable manually when the dispenser is
switched on. This may cause personal injury or damage to the
machine.
• If the machine catches re,   . Use only dry
powder or carbon dioxide re extinguishers, and strictly follow
the instructions and warnings indicated by the manufacturer and
listed on the extinguisher.
ELECTRICAL DANGER
• ALWAYS PLUG THE MACHINE INTO A SOCKET THAT ENSURES
PROPER GROUNDING. The line must be protected from
overloads, short-circuits and direct contacts according to current
accident prevention regulations. Incorrect grounding may lead to
the risk of electrical shock.
• The machine must not be powered by a power source having
specications other than those listed on the identication plate.
• In the event of a sudden power outage, when power returns the
machine will automatically be switched on to allow the automatic

• To prevent any risk of electrical shock or injuries, use the machine
indoors only. It is prohibited to use the machine outdoors where
it could be subjected to rain or high humidity.
• Always unplug the power supply cable from the socket outlet
before carrying out any maintenance operations.
• The machine is isolated from the power supply line when the
power cable is disconnected; it must therefore be installed near
an easily accessible mains socket outlet.
• Do not use extension cords to power the machine.
• Do not use multisockets to connect other equipment to the same
socket that powers the machine. Make sure that the power supply
of the equipment connected to the machine via serial port, like
the computer, is equipotential (which has a single access point to
earth) because potential dierences cause interferences and/or
damage to the serial ports.
• Periodically check the condition of the power supply cable;
if it is damaged, replace it with a new cable supplied by the
manufacturer.
 
DANGER
The machine is suitable for use with tinting products in general.
Scrupulously follow the instructions for use given on the colorant
package and carefully read the MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS
 that the dealer or manufacturer of the product is required
to provide.
Observe all of the safety instructions provided. When compulsory,
wear the specied personal protective equipment.
Below are some of the most common warnings and safety precautions
provided by colorant manufacturers.
1. Harmful if swallowed.
2. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of eye and skin contact, rinse
with plenty of water.
3. Keep out of the reach of children.
4. When compulsory, wear the specied personal protective
equipment.
5. In case of accidental product leaks or spills, thoroughly ventilate
the area and proceed as indicated in this manual and in the
instructions provided with the product itself.
6. Do not dispose of colorant in the sewage system. Follow local
regulations when disposing of waste.

A gép az alábbi biztonsági felszerelésekkel rendelkezik:


VESZÉLY
Ha a biztonsági berendezés hibás, akkor tilos nem a gyártó által
szállított alkatrészek használata. Szükség esetén keresse fel a gyártó
által engedélyezett ügyfélszolgálatot.
 
Hiba vagy veszélyhelyzet esetén nyomja meg a vészhelyzet gombot
(olyan gépeken van, amelyek félautomata zsámollyal működnek)
(3.5. fej). A gomb megnyomásával a gép összes veszélyes mozgása
leáll az összes teljesítménykör ellátás eltávolításával.
Avészhelyzetigomb nem vezeta számítógép kikapcsolásához,
amelyet különleges módon kell kikapcsolni.
Ha nincs vészhelyzeti gomb, akkor üzemzavar vagy a gép leblokkolása

The machine is equipped with the following safety devices:

unit. If the brush container is not
fully inserted, table rotation is
prevented.
 
5. Safety switch of the upper cover
(only FLEX 540). It stops rotation of
the turntable.
 
6. Safety bars on the canisters access
door (only FLEX 540). If touched, they
will activate microswitches that stop
turntable rotation.
 
DANGER
In the event of a breakdown of the safety devices, it is forbidden
to use components not provided by the manufacturer. In case
of need, contact only the service organization authorized by the
manufacturer.
 
In case of a breakdown or dangerous conditions, press the
emergency stop button (present only in the machine equipped with
semiautomatic shelf) (chapter 3.5). Pressing this button causes all
machine dangerous movements to be stopped, by cutting o power
supply to all power circuits.
The emergency button does not turn the computer o, since it
requires special shut-down procedures.
If the emergency button is not provided, in case of malfunction or
machine block, use the machine on/o switch and disconnect the
power supply cable.
After eliminating the cause of the malfunction or solved the
dangerous condition, reset the button by pulling it.
WARNING
The use of the emergency stop button is to be considered as an
emergency action exclusively, and not as a standard stop mode, in
order to prevent machine deterioration.

Environment requirements for the site where the machine is to be
used:
• Clean and dust-free.
• With level and stable oor.
• Fitted with a grounded power supply socket.
• Equipped with sucient lighting to ensure good visibility from
every point of the machine (light value not lower than 500 Lux).
• Ventilated to prevent the concentration of harmful fumes: for
example, for a 3 m high, 4x4 m room (total volume of 48 m3) an air
change rate [ac/h] of 3 required.
• Temperature between 10 °C (50 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F) and relative
humidity between 5% and 85%, without condensation.
WARNING
The environment working conditions are strictly related to the type
of colorants used (ask for information from the paint manufacturer).
The requirements indicated above are valid for the machine only.
Do not place the machine near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
Also humidity sources should be avoided. The machine must be
used indoors only.
Environment conditions outside the values indicated (chapter 8.1)
may cause serious damage to the machine, especially the electronic
equipment.

4 SZÁLLÍTÁS ÉS MOZGATÁS
4.1 

VESZÉLY

Tegye vissza a csomagolóanyagot későbbi használatra vagy
semlegesítse az érvényben lévő normák szerint. Minden esetben
ajánlatos megtartani a gép garanciás időszaka alatt.

          

1. Távolítsa el a kartont.
2. Távolítsa el a gépet körülvevő burkolatot. Vegye le az esetleges
kiegészítőket és/vagy anyagokat.
VESZÉLY
Ha a gép károsodottnak néz ki a szállítás miatt, akkor ne
próbálja meg üzembe helyezni és keresse fel a kijelölt műszaki
ügyfélszolgálatot vagy a viszonteladót.
4 SHIPPING AND HANDLING
4.1 
Personnel in charge of these operations
must wear the following personal
protective equipment.
DANGER
To avoid personal injuries and property damage, use the utmost
care and caution when handling the machine, and carefully follow
the instructions given in this chapter.
WARNING
The packing must be handled only by qualied personnel using
appropriate handling equipment. Do not stack items on the
packing.
If the machine is installed near a wall, keep it at least 10 cm (4”)
away to prevent the cables from being crushed.
 

DANGER
The following procedure must be carried out by at least 2 people.
Store the packing material for future use, or dispose of it according to
current regulations. In any case, we recommend that you keep it for
the entire duration of the machine warranty.



1. Remove cardboard box.
2. Remove machine wrapping. Take out any accessories and/or
material supplied with the machine.
DANGER
Should the machine appear damaged during shipping, do not
attempt to start it and contact the authorized technical service or
dealer.

3. Távolítsa el a kengyeleket és a csavarokat, amelyek a gépet a
raklaphoz rögzítik (Aés Ba FLEX 500 - Ca FLEX 540 gépekhez).
A FLEX 540 modellhez a csavarok eltávolításához nyissa ki a felső
burkolatot és távolítsa el az oldalsó paneleket.
4. Emelje fel a lábakat.
5. Engedje le mindkét lábtámaszt D.
6. Fogja meg a gépet az oldalánál és tegye a földre, a hátsó
kerekeken görgetve.
7. Helyezze a gépet munkavégző helyzetbe.
8. Engedje le a lábakat, hogy a gépet szintbe állítsa és ellenőrizze,
hogy a kerekek nem támaszkodnak.
Szükség esetén ismét csomagolja be a gépet, ismételje meg a
kicsomagolás folyamatát ellenkező sorrendben. Minden alkalommal,
amikor a gépet szállítani kell vagy be kell küldeni, ajánlatos az eredeti
csomagolóanyagokat használni.
3. Remove brackets and screws that hold the machine to the pallet
(Aand Bfor FLEX 500 - Cfor FLEX 540). For the model FLEX 540,
in order to remove the screws, you have to open the upper cover
and remove side panels rst.
4. Raise the feet.
5. Lower both platforms D.
6. Grasp the machine on the sides, then slide it slowly to the ground
by moving it on its wheels.
7. Place the machine in its working position.
8. Lower the feet to support and level the machine properly, and
make sure that the wheels are not resting.
To repack the machine, follow the unpacking instructions in reverse
order. We recommend reusing the original packing any time the
machine must be moved or shipped.
