PRESENTATION
Trampolining helps you develop lower body muscles, endurance, balance and coordination.
This trampoline is designed for children over the age of 6 and adults.
INSTRUCTION LEAFLET
Read carefully and keep for future reference.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1 . Warning. Maximum user weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
2 . Warning. Designed for outdoor use only.
3 . Warning. Exclusively for family use.
4 . Warning. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Risk of falling.
5 . Minimum recommended age: 6 years
6 . Warning. One user at a time. Danger of collision.
7 . Warning. Only for use under the supervision of an adult.
8 . Warning. Do not perform dangerous jumps. Landing on your
head or neck can cause serious injuries, even death.
9 . Warning. Always close net before jumping.
1 0. Warning. Replace net every 3 years.
1 1. Warning. Wear shoes. To avoid damaging the trampoline mat,
ensure that your shoes are free of any earth, sand or gravel.
1 2. Warning. Do not use trampoline when damp.
1 3. Warning. Before using the trampoline, make sure that your
pockets are empty and keep hands free.
1 4. Warning. Always jump in the centre of the trampoline mat.
1 5. Warning. Do not eat while jumping on the trampoline.
1 6. Warning. Do not jump off the trampoline.
1 7. Warning. Restrict the length of continuous use. Have regular
breaks.
1 8. Place the trampoline on a stable, flat, horizontal surface at least
2 metres from any potential obstacle (fence, garage, house, tree
branches, clothes line, electric cables etc.)
1 9. Do not place trampoline on concrete, tarmac or any other hard
surface or near any unsuitable structures (inflatable pools, swings,
slides, climbing walls etc.).
2 0. Any modification must be carried out in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.
2 1. Check that there is no object or person under the trampoline.
2 2. No sharp or dangerous objects should be left on, under or near
the trampoline.
2 3. Ensure that the trampoline is used in a well-lit area.
2 4. Recreational trampolines are not intended for professional use.
2 5. Only perform the jumps recommended in these instructions.
2 6. Do not use the trampoline if pregnant, if you suffer from high
blood pressure or have cardiovascular problems.
2 7. Do not use the trampoline when under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or medication.
2 8. Do not smoke while jumping.
2 9. Do not deliberately jump against the net.
3 0. Only DOMYOS approved products should be attached to the net.
3 1. Our nets are designed exclusively for DOMYOS trampolines.
3 2. Do not wear baggy clothing.
3 3. Take off jewellery.
3 4. Tie up your hair.
3 5. When the air is dry, repeated rubbing on the trampoline mat or
net may generate static electricity. This does not pose any risk for
users. To limit the generation of static electricity:
• Ensure that the trampoline frame is in contact with the
ground. If necessary, you can use an electrical conductor to
link the frame to the ground.
• Wear shoes.
• Avoid repeated contact with the net.
• Avoid wearing synthetic or wool clothing.
3 6. Check your fitness level with your medical practitioner. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 or persons
with pre-existing health problems.
3 7. DOMYOS does not accept any liability for injuries or damage
inflicted on a third party or property resulting from misuse of the
product.
3 8. The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product
are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3 9. If you experience pain or dizziness, stop exercising immediately
and consult a doctor.
MAINTENANCE
The checks specied below should be carried out at the start of every season and at regular intervals during the season. Failure to carry
out such checks may result in serious injury.
1 . Checked that the bolts are correctly screwed and re-screw if
necessary.
2 . Check that the springs are intact and cannot come unhooked
when jumping.
3 . Check that the circular protective pad covers the springs.
4 . Check that the bolt and edge protection caps are in place and
replace if necessary.
5 . Check the cord used to secure the net. Danger of suffocation.
6 . Check that the net, trampoline mat and all protective elements are
in good condition and capable of supporting the user's weight.
Sun, rain, snow and extreme temperatures may reduce lifespan of
trampoline component parts. Replace them, if necessary.
7 . Strong winds can cause your trampoline to fly away. In such
conditions, you should secure your trampoline by removing the
bounce mat and the net to reduce windage. A ground anchoring
system advised by an outdoor equipment specialist can also
reduce the risk.

8 . In some countries, during winter, snow and extreme cold can
damage your trampoline. We recommend that you dismantle
the net, trampoline mat and protective elements and store them
indoors.
9 . Replace the net, trampoline mat and protective elements every
3 years.
1 0. Any defective parts must be replaced in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.

MOVING AND TRANSPORTATION
1 . A minimum of 2 people is required to move the trampoline.
Position yourselves around the trampoline, gently lift structure
and move to desired location.
2 . The trampoline must be fully dismantled if transported by car,
over a longer distance. Check the assembly instructions and
follow each step, starting at the end. Removing springs is a
delicate operation which must only be carried out using the tool
provided.
JUMPS
You must master the basic jump and the stopping technique before trying any other jump.
BASIC JUMP
1 . Start in an upright position, feet shoulder-width apart, head
straight and eyes focused on trampoline mat.
2 . Swing the arms back and forth in a circular motion.
3 . Jump by pushing down on your toes.
4 . Keep your feet slightly apart as you land.
5 . To stop, bend your knees as your feet come into contact with the
trampoline.
KNEE JUMP
1 . Begin with a basic jump.
2 . Land on your knees, keeping your back straight.
3 . Use your arms to help you balance.
4 . Return to basic jump position.
SEAT DROP
1 . Land in a seated position
2 . Place hands on the trampoline surface, next to your hips.
3 . Using your hands, push yourself up to standing position.
FRONT DROP
1 . Begin with a small jump.
2 . Land on your stomach with your hands stretched out in front of
you.
3 . Push into your arms to return to standing position.
180° TWIST
1 . Start by performing a front drop.
2 . Push with your left hand and arm, or right (depending which side
you want to turn).
3 . Keep head and shoulders facing in the same direction and body
parallel to trampoline surface.
4 . Land in an inclined position and then return to standing position
by pushing with your hands and arms.
COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
DOMYOS guarantees this product in normal conditions of use, 5 years for the structure and 2 years for other parts and labour, from the date of
purchase, the date on the receipt is binding.
DOMYOS'S obligation with regards to this guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of DOMYOS.
This guarantee doesn't apply in cases of:
• Damage caused during transportation
• Poor assembly
• Misuse or abnormal use
• Poor maintenance
• Repairs made by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
• Use in a non-domestic setting
This guarantee does not cancel the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.
