NOTES
PRESENTATION
The TRAMPOLINE is a device allowing you to develop your lower body muscles, your endurance, your sense of balance and your
coordination. It is suitable for both young and old.
Minimum advised age: 6 years.
Read all warnings and instructions attached to the product. Before using, read all directions for use and the instructions
in the user’s manual. Keep this manual for future reference.
ANY USE YOU MAKE OF THE TRAMPOLINE IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
A. General principles for using your trampoline:
1. Read all the instructions in this manual before using the pro-
duct. Only use this product in the manner described in this
manual. Keep this manual for the entire life of the product.
2. The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this pro-
duct are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3. Domyos does not accept any liability for complaints of perso-
nal injury or harm caused to any person or any thing as the
result of improper use of the product by the purchaser or by
any other person.
4. This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use this
product in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
5. This product must be used outside on a solid flat surface in a
sufficiently large space. Make sure that there is sufficient space
for completely safe access to and safe movement around the
product.
6. The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and mainte-
nance of the equipment. After the product has been assembled
and prior to each use, check that the fasteners are properly
tightened and that none are protruding. Check the state of the
parts which are most subject to wear (such as the springs and
the rebound net).
7. In the event that your product becomes damaged, immediately
have any worn or defective parts replaced by the After-Sales
Service Department of your nearest DECATHLON store. Do not
use the equipment until it has been completely repaired.
8. Do not store this product in a damp place (e.g. edge of a pool,
bathroom etc.)
9. Wear sports shoes to protect your feet while exercising. DO
NOT wear loose or baggy clothing, since it may get caught in
the machine. Take off all jewellery.
10. Put your hair up so that it does not get in the way during
exercise.
11. If you feel any pain or if you become dizzy while exercising,
stop immediately, rest, and consult a physician.
12. Before undertaking this exercise programme, you should
consult a doctor in order to ensure that there are no counter-
indications, particularly if you have not done any sport for a
number of years.
13. Do not modify your product.
14. Maximum user weight: 80kg – 176lb
15. There is a risk of strangulation if the net’s string is badly fitted.
16. Please comply with the assembly instructions. Bad assembly
may lead to injuries, strangulation and even death.
17. Do not jump over the net.
18. Do not pass under the net.
19. Do not jump deliberately into the net.
20. Do not hang on to, hit, cut or climb on the net.
21. Do not hang anything onto the net that has not been appro-
ved by Domyos
22. Enter and leave through the designated door in the net.
23. Our nets are designed for Domyos trampolines only.
B. The place where you use your trampoline:
24. For outdoor use only.
25. In high winds, make sure you remove the safety net or prefe-
rably dismantle the trampoline and the net completely to pack
them away.
26. Position your trampoline away from walls, barriers, fences,
any interfering structures or any other activity areas.
27. Check that there are no pointed or cutting edges around your
trampoline.
28. Check that your chosen area is well-lit.
29. Make sure that your trampoline cannot be used unsafely. Do
not allow anybody to use it alone.
30. Check that there are no obstructive elements under the
rebound net.
31. Make sure that nobody is under the trampoline bed.

C. Using your trampoline:
32. Do not do acrobatic tricks. It is very dangerous to land on
your head or your neck – it can cause serious injury or even
death.
33. No more than one person at a time should use the trampoline
(to avoid impacts).
34. An adult who has read these instructions should supervise the
use of the trampoline.
35. Trampolines over 51cm in diameter are not advisable for chil-
dren under 6 years.
36. Do not jump on the trampoline in order to climb on top.
37. Do not jump directly out of the trampoline or bounce off the
bed in order to get off the trampoline. Sit on the side board
and put your feet on the ground.
38. Do not use your trampoline as a way of reaching an object
or to jump out of the trampoline.
39. You must know how to stop jumping before you master any
other action: to stop, flex your knees when your feet touch the
net.
40. Before you start, you must learn the basics about jumping.
41. Whatever your level, avoid jumping too high.
42. When jumping, you must always keep looking at the trampo-
line.
43. Do not use it if you feel tired.
44. Do not leave your trampoline freely accessible or unsupervi-
sed by an adult who knows how to use it.
45. Do not allow any object to drag on or next to your trampo-
line.
46. Do not use your trampoline under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or medicines.
47. Check that the bed of your trampoline is dry before using it.
48. If you would like to improve your performance please contact
an accredited trampoline instructor.
49. Do not use your trampoline if it is windy.
D. Maintaining your trampoline:
50. Read the assembly instructions before assembling your tram-
poline.
51. Check that your trampoline is in a good state of repair before
each use.
52. Before each use, check that the rebound net is not holed or
slack.
53. Before each use, check that the springs are not broken and
they are well covered by the circular protectors.
54. Remember to check the condition of the protection net before
using the trampoline. We recommend that you immediately
replace a net that has been damaged
Before starting any exercise programme, consult your doctor, especially if you are over 35 or if you have had health problems in the past.
Read all instructions before use. DECATHLON does not accept any liability for complaints of personal injury or harm caused to any person
or any thing as the result of improper use of the product.

MEDICAL WARNING
Protect your trampoline from the wet.
Use a sponge and clear water to clean the trampoline.Dry it with a dry cotton cloth.
If you leave your trampoline outside, dry it as soon as it gets wet.
Clear the bed of any snow in the event of snowfall to prevent it from losing tension.
CARE
WARRANTY
Guarantee 2 year subject to normal usage.
DOMYOS’ obligation with regard to this guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of DOMYOS.
All products for which the warranty is applicable must be received by DOMYOS at one of its approved facilities, delivery prepaid, accompanied by adequate proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to cases of:
• Damage caused during transport
• Improper or abnormal use
• Poor assembly
• Poor maintenance
• Repairs made by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
• Use in a non-domestic setting
This warranty does not exclude any legal guarantees applicable according to country and/or province.

JUMPING ON YOUR BUTTOCKS
❶ Land in a seated position.
❷ Place your hands on the bed alongside your buttocks.
❸ Get back into a standing position by pressing on your hands.
❶ Start with a little jump.
❷ Land on your stomach, keeping your arms and hands outstretched.
❸ Press your hands on the bed to return to a standing position.
THE BELLY FLOP
THE 180° JUMP
❶ Start in the position for the belly flop.
❷ Push with your left or right hand and arm
(depending on which way you want to turn).
❸ Keep your head and shoulders facing in the same direction,
remain parallel to the bed and jump.
❹ Land in a slanted position and return to a standing position
by pressing with your hands and arms.

THE BASIC JUMP
JUMPING ON YOUR KNEES
❶ Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart, your head up and your
eyes on the bed.
❷ Move your arms forward to back in a circular motion.
❸ Jump, keeping your feet pointing downwards.
❹ Keep your feet apart when you land on the bed.
❺ To stop, flex your knees when you land.
❶ Start with the basic jump.
❷ Land on your knees, keeping your back straight. Use your arms to keep your balance.
❸ Resume the basic jumping position.
