1 The Kaleido-Dome with Shapes requires six 1 5-volt C
size batteries Alkaline batteries are recommended
because they last longer Do not use rechargeable
batteries because they supply lower voltage and the
unit may not perform as well
2 The battery compartment is located under the Kaleido-
Dome with Shapes To remove the battery
compartment cover, gently pull on the cover to release
the Velcro strip hold Install new batteries, being
careful to observe battery polarity
3 Replace the battery compartment cover Press down
on the ends of the battery case cover to secure the
Velcro strips
4 Turn unit on by moving the toggle switch, located on
the back of the unit, to the “ON” position Turn unit
“OFF” when not in use
