lInstallation of electrical equipment
should only be carried out by authorised
electrician.
lRegulations of public ullity (EVU) as well
as appropriate VDE-rules (DIN VDE
0100) must be abided.
lAttention! Danger for life! Please do not
repair and install the equipment yourself.
The cover should only be removed by
qualified personnel only!
lThe equipment should be disconnected
from all power system! Power supply and
fuses have to be switched off completely.

Assembly the coloured light module in control unit EMOTEC HCS9003,

Please open the control unit just as described in the assembly instruction.

Please establish the electrical connection.
- The power supply line for the coloured
light module (longish wire) should be
connected with the clamps below the
transformer.
- The outgoing lines (shortish wire) should
be insert to the attached terminal. The
correct order of the wires has to access
to following colours (fig. 3):
N - red - yellow - green - blue
lease insert now the coloured light module
on to the plug border.

Fix the coloured light module with the
attached screw.
Attention:
Contact pins should catch the pin border.
Starting up
Please find the appliance of coloured light
modules in the instruction of the
appropriated control unit EMOTEC
HCS9003 / DC9000.

Please press the mounting nib into the
inside with a flat screwdriver.
Pivot the upper part to open it.
Open the control unit
Remove the safety spinner
Remove the both safety spinner Àand Á
with a screwdriver.

Open the clamp plate
Lift the clamp plate and turn it up.

Make plug connection
Connect the plug socket of coloured light
module with the pins of the plug at the
mainboard (fig. 9 and 11).

Connect the coloured light module to the
spacers with the 3 mounting screws.

Connect the plug
Insert the double-pole plug in the
appropriate socket at the mainboard (see
fig. 6) .
Install the clamp plate
Reinstall the clamp plate.
It must be catched into the 4 pins of the
plug.

Impress the safety spinner
Impress (tight fit) the both safety spinners
again.

Connection of cable
Please connect the cables with the upper
clamps sequential from left to right
according to the clamps inscription.

Connect the coloured light appliance with
those clamps which are marked in the
figure according to the clamps inscription.
Please regard the connection schema at
fig.1.
Maximum allowable light power: 100 W
Close the upper cover
Please close the upper cover.
