To move this bed it must be lifted and moved.
The bed has a centre rail and a support leg that may be
damaged when dragged, which may in turn damage the
bed frame.
!

! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your
components or hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most commonmistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or
getting components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your
product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they
will be used as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasterners. Check the product care label or
website for product care instructions.
! If you are having any difficulties assembling your product, missing any hardware or

Attach the support leg (P7) to the centre support (P6) with 2 x large screws
(H4), 2 x washers (H6) and 2 x hex nuts (H5) using an allen key (H1) and spanner
(H8) as shown.

Insert 4 x cam nuts (H2) into the side rails (P2) & (P3). Rotate the cam nuts (H2) so the
arrows point towards the incoming cam bolts.
Insert 8 x dowels (H3) into the side rails (P2 & P3) by hand or gently using a soft headed
mallet.
Insert 4 x barrel nuts (H11) into side rails (P2) & (P3). Ensure the opening of the nuts face
the incoming screws.

Attach the side rails panels (P2 & P3) to the head board (P1).
Align the dowels (H3) in the side panels with the holes on the
head board (P1). Fix the side rails (P2 & P3) with 4 x screws (H4) through the head
board and rotate clockwise to tighten with an allen key (H1).
Then fix the side rails (P2 & P3) to the head board (P1) with 4 x bolts (H10) using a
phillips head screwdriver.

This is how a cam nut works........
The head of the cam bolt goes
into the open mouth of the cam
nut. You then turn the cam nut
so it tightens over the bolt.

Attach the side rails (P2 & P3) to the foot board (P4).
Align the dowels (H3) in the side panels with the holes on the foot board (P4).
Turn the cam nuts (H2) on the side panels (P2 & P3) clockwise with a phillips head
screwdriver to lock into position.
Then fix the side rails (P2 & P3) to the foot board (P4) with 4 x bolts (H10) using a phillips
head screwdriver.

Attach the metal centre support (P6) to the head board (P1) and foot board
(P4) with 4 x small screws (H7) using an allen key.
Ensure all bolts are fully tightened.

Use two people to lift and move this bed to its final resting position.
Extend the adjustable foot so that it sits 10mm above the floor before you place the mattress
on the bed.

Secure the first base panel (P5) to the rails on the side panels (P2 & P3) in the
position closest to the head board (P1) with 4 x large screws (H4), 4 x washers (H6),
4 x hex nuts (H5) using an allen key (H1) and spanner (H8) as shown.
Repeat this process with 1 x base panel placed closest to the foot board (P4).
Then repeat this process for the remaining 4 x base panels and place in the middle.
Ensure bolts are fully tightend.
