Assembly checklist
Useful information
Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws
until the item is fully assembled.
Make sure you have all the required tools.
Never use power tools unless instructed.

Attach 2 x headboard legs (P6) to the bottom of the headboard (P1) using 4 x small washers (H7),
4 x small bolts (H2), tightening using allen key (H9).

Further secure the legs (P6) using 4 x small screws (H5), tightening with a phillips
head screwdriver.

Attach 2 x footboard legs (P6) to the bottom of the footboard (P3) using 4 x small
washers (H7), 4 x small bolts (H2), tightening using allen key (H9).
Further secure the legs (P6) using 2 x small screws (H5), tightening with a phillips

Insert 4 x medium bolts (H3) into the nuts of the headboard (P1), and install 4 x big head
bolts (H1) to the brackets of footboard (P3) and tighten two thirds of the way with the

Attach 2 x side rails (P4/P5) to the headboard (P1) and footboard (P3) by slotting the
brackets on the side rails (P4/P5) over the bolts as shown.
Do not fully tighten the bolts yet.

large washers (H8) , tightening with the large allen key (H10).

Ensure the inner space is square.
Attach the felt pad (H6) to the centre of the centre rail (P7) as shown. Secure the timber cross
fully tightening using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
