Assembly checklist
Useful Information
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most commom mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasterners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.
! If you are having any difficulties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin. Make sure you have all the required tools.

- Insert 4 x cam nuts (H1) into panels (P1) & (P2) x 2.
- Rotate the cam nuts, so the arrow points towards the incoming cam bolt (H2).
- Screw 4 x cam bolts (H2) into panels (P1) & (P2) using a philips head screwdriver.

- Insert 6 x dowels (H3) into panels (P1) & (P2) by hand or gently using a soft head mallet.
- Fix 4 x PVC nails (H8) into panels (P1) & (P2) using a soft head mallet.

- Insert 10 x dowels (H3) into panels (P3) & (P5) & (P6) by hand or by using a soft head mallet.

You will need
- Insert 4 x cam nuts (H1) into panel (P3).

You will need
- Attach panels (P3) & (P5) to panels (P1) & (P2), aligning the cam bolts and dowels with their corresponding holes.
The raw edge of panel (P5) should face panel (P3).
- Turn the cam nuts on panel (P3) clockwise with a philips head screwdriver to lock in position.

- Turn the unit upright and attach panel (P6) to panels (P1) & (P2), aligning the cam bolts and
dowels with their corresponding holes.
- Turn the cam nuts on panels (P1) & (P2) clockwise with a philips head screwdriver to lock in position.

- Align the holes on the printed side of panel (P7) with the dowels on panels (P1), (P2), (P3) and (P6). Push
the back panel (P7) and the frame together.
- Further attach panel (P7) to panels (P1), (P2), (P3) and (P6) with 6 x long screws (H4) with a philips
head screwdriver.
- Make sure it is firmly attached and make sure it is snug fit.
** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Ruler is provided on page 4.

- Insert 4 x metal shelf supports (H7) into panel (P1). Repeat for (P2), positioning the metal shelf supports
(H7) in corresponding positions.
- Insert 2 x panels (P4) into bookcase with the raw edge facing the back panel (P7).
- Push the panels to the back of the available space.

- Attach the hinges on door panel L (P8) to side panel L (P1), using 4 x short screws and the predrilled holes on panel
(P1) with a philip head screwdriver. Follow these steps:
1) Align the bottom of door panel L (P8) to underside of panel (P3). Holding in position, attach the top hinge to
pre-drilled holes in side panel (P1) using a short screws (H5) and a philips head screwdriver.
2) Keeping the door panel L (P8) aligned, repeat this step for the lower hinge.
3) Repeat for door panel R (P9) and side panel R (R2).
** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Ruler is provided on page 4.

- Insert hinges (H6) into panels (P8) & (P9) and attach hinges (H6) with 8 x short screws (H5) using the
predrilled holes and a philips head screwdriver.
