Make sure you have all the required tools.
Never use power tools unless instructed.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws
until the item is fully assembled.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed.They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
!The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.

Attach Long Canopy Bar (2 x P6) using 8 xThin Short Bolts (H4),
Tighten with a Small Allen Key (H10).

Repeat this step with (P11&P12);

Attach 2 x Connect Bar (P3) and 1 x Wide Connect Bar (P4) to Headboard Leg (P1&P2) by
using 8 x Big Bolts (H1) tighten with Large Allen Key (H11). Attach 1 x Connect Bar (P3) and
1 x Wide Connect Bar (P4) to Footboard Leg (P11&P12) by using 6 x Big Bolts (H1), tighten
with a Large Allen Key (H11).

8x Metal Washer (H7), 8 xThin Bolts (H5) and 8 x Metal Cap (H6). Do not tighten fully.

Attach the Cross Bar (P9) onto the 2 x Side Rails (P5) using 4 x Long Bolts (H2) and
4 x Hex Nuts (H8).
Tighten with the Allen Key (H10) and Spanner (H9) as shown.

Attach the Center Rail (P8) under the Crossbar (P9) by using 4 x Thin Short Bolts (H4),
Tighten with a small Allen Key (H10).
Attach 3 x Support Legs (P10) under the Centre Rail (P8), Using 12 x Metal Washer (H7),
6 xThin Short Bolts (H3) and 6 x Hex Nuts (H8). Tighten with a small Allen Key (H10) and a
Spanner (H9).

Push 2 x Slat Caps (P13), 2 Slats (P15) and 1 x Centre
Plastic Slat Caps (P14) together. Lower the fully assembled slat
into side rails (P5). Ensure the connectors are in place over the
side rail holes and apply down ward pressure on the slat with
the end connectors until the end plastic cap is fully inserted into the rail.
Repeat for all 13 Slats.
