1Benutzerhinweise
Die Ventilinsel Typ 10 mit Anschluss für den Installations-Lokal-
bus ist ausschließlich zur Steuerung von pneumatischen Aktua-
toren bestimmt und nur für den Einsatz in InterBus Installations-
Lokalbussystemen geeignet. Hierbei sind die angegebenen
Grenzwerte für Drücke, Temperaturen, elektrische Daten,
Drehmomente usw. einzuhalten.
Installations-Lokalbussysteme und -Ventilinseln dürfen nur von
hierfür geschultem Fachpersonal installiert werden. Angaben
zur Konzeption und Adressierung finden Sie in der Dokumenta-
tion zum InterBus. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der aus-
führlichen Beschreibung und der Pneumatik-Beschreibung
P.BE-CPV-....
WARNUNG:
• Verwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektrische
Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/EN 60742/
VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV Isolationsfestigkeit gewähr-
leisten (protected extra low voltage, PELV). Schaltnetz-
teile sind zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung in Sinne
der EN 60950/VDE 0805 gewährleisten.
• Schalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckverbinder
zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktionsschädigung).
• Verbinden Sie den Erdungsanschluss der Ventilinsel
niederohmig (kurze Leitung mit großem Querschnitt)
mit dem Erdpotenzial.
HINWEIS:
Nehmen Sie nur eine komplett montierte und verdrahtete
Ventilinsel in Betrieb.

3Montage der Anschlusskabel
3.1 Konfektionieren der Kabel
Dem QUICKON Anschluss-Set (Teile-Nr. 175485) liegt eine
Kurzanleitung bei. Bitte befolgen Sie die Hinweise zur Kabel-
konfektionierung. Damit stellen Sie sicher, dass eine zuverlässi-
ge Kontaktierung erfolgt.
3.2 Anschließen der Kabel
Gehen Sie nach dem Kabelkonfektionieren wie folgt vor:
1. Stecken Sie die konfektionierten Kabel auf die entsprechen-
den Anschlüsse der Ventilinsel (Bus IN; Bus OUT; 24 V).
2. Drehen Sie das jeweilige Kabel so lange, bis die Codier-
nasen in die Führungen passen. Die Codierungen
sichern die korrekte Polung.
3. Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmuttern fest. Dabei werden
die Aderenden in die Schneidklemmen gedrückt und die
Aderisolation aufgeschnitten. Damit wird sicher elektrisch
kontaktiert.

3.3 Anschließen der Lastspannung für Ventile
HINWEIS:
Versorgen Sie die Ventile der Ventilinsel immer mit
24 V-Lastspannung. Schließen Sie diese an den
Anschlüssen "24 V" an.
Beachten Sie den Abschnitt "1. Benutzerhinweise".
Beachten Sie die maximale Stromaufnahme aller gleichzeitig
geschalteten Ausgänge.

1User instructions
Valve terminal type 10 with connection for the installation local
bus has been designed exclusivley for controlling pneumatic ac-
tuators and is only suitable for use in InterBus installation local
bus systems. The specified values for pressures, temperatures,
electrical data, tightening torques, etc. must be observed here.
Installation local bus systems and valve terminals may only be
installed by specially qualified personnel. Details on the design
and on addressing can be found in the documentation for the
InterBus. Further information can be found in the detailed ma-
nual and in the Pneumatics manual P.BE-CPV-.... .
WARNING
• Use only power units which guarantee reliable electrical
isolation of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resistance
(protected extra low voltage, PELV). Switch power packs
are permitted, providing they guarantee reliable isolation
as per EN 60950/VDE 0805.
• Switch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plug connectors (otherwise functional
damage may occur.
• Connect the earth/ground connection of the valve
terminal with low impedance (short cable with large
diameter) to earth potential.
PLEASE NOTE
Commission only a completely fitted and wired valve
terminal.

3Fitting the connecting cables
3.1 Preparing the cables
Brief instructions are supplied with the QUICKON set (order no.
175485). Please follow the instructions on preparing the cables.
You can then be sure that you have created a reliable contact.
3.2 Connecting the cables
After preparing the cables proceed as follows:
1. Connect the prepared cables to the appropriate connections
of the valve terminal (Bus IN; Bus OUT; 24 V).
2. Turn the cable until the coded noses fit into the grooves. The
codes ensure the correct polarity.
3. Tighten the union nuts. The ends of the cores will then be
pressed into the piercing device and the insulation will be
cut. Reliable electrical contact will then be made.

3.3 Connecting the load voltage for valves
PLEASE NOTE
Always supply the valves of the valve terminal with 24 V
load voltage. This voltage should be supplied via the connec-
tions marked "24 V".
Observe section "1. User instructions."
Observe the maximum current consumption of all the outputs
switched at the same time.

1Instrucciones para el usuario
El terminal de válvulas tipo 10 con conexión al bus local de
instalación, ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el control de
actuadores neumáticos y solamente es adecuado en los siste-
mas de bus local InterBus de instalación. Deben respetarse los
valores especificados para presiones, temperaturas, datos eléc-
tricos, pares de apriete, etc.
Los sistemas de bus local de instalación y los terminales de
válvulas sólo deben ser instalados por personal cualificado. Los
detalles sobre el diseño y el direccionamiento pueden hallarse
en la documentación de InterBus. La información detallada puede
hallarse en el manual de la parte neumática P.BE-CPV-... .
ATENCIÓN:
• Utilizar solamente fuentes de alimentación que garanticen
un aislamiento fiable de las tensiones de funcionamiento
según IEC 742/EN 60472/VDE 0551 con una resistencia
de aislamiento de por lo menos 4 kV (Protected Extra-Low
Voltage, PELV). Pueden utilizarse fuentes de alimentación
conmutadas, siempre que garanticen un aislamiento fiable
según EN 60950/VDE 0805.
• Desconectar la fuente de alimentación antes de conectar
o desconectar clavijas (de los contrario pueden producirse
daños funcionales).
• Unir la conexión de tierra/masa del terminal de válvulas
con un cable de baja impedancia (cable corto con un
gran diámetro) al potencial de tierra.
POR FAVOR, OBSERVAR:
Ponga en marcha el terminal de válvulas sólo cuando esté
completamente montado y cableado.
