1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Der Feldbusknoten CPX-FB6 für CPX-Terminals ist aus-
schließlich für den Einsatz als Teilnehmer am Interbus be-
stimmt.
Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte der technischen
Daten einzuhalten. Ausführliche Informationen finden Sie
in der Beschreibung zum Feldbusknoten P.BE-CPX-FB6-..
sowie in der CPX-Systembeschreibung P.BE-CPX-SYS-.. .
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver-
binder zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktions-
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri-
sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV Isolations-
festigkeit gewährleisten (PELV). Schaltnetzteile sind
zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung im Sinne der
EN 60950/VDE 0805 gewährleisten.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem
Leitungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss des CPX-Terminals an.
SDer CPX-Feldbusknoten enthält elektrostatisch ge-
fährdete Bauelemente. Berühren Sie deshalb keine
Bauelemente. Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvor-
schriften für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente.
Hinweis
Nehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und verdrahte-
tes CPX-Terminal in Betrieb.

3 Installationshinweise
3.1 Montage
Der Feldbusknoten CPX-FB6 ist in einen Verkettungsblock
des CPX-Terminals montiert.

Demontage:
SSchrauben herausdrehen und Feldbusknoten vorsich-
tig abheben.
Montage:
1. Dichtung und Dichtflächen prüfen und Anschlussblock
wieder aufsetzen.
2. Schrauben so ansetzen, dass die vorgefurchten Gewin-
degänge genutzt werden. Schrauben von Hand über
Kreuz anziehen. Anzugsdrehmoment 0,9...1,1 Nm.

1) Der Protokoll-Chip SUPI3-OPC gewährleistet die automatische
Erkennung, ob weitere Interbus-Teilnehmer angeschlossen sind.
Daher ist keine Brücke zwischen Pin 5 und Pin 9 notwendig.
2) Die ankommende Schnittstelle ist galvanisch von der CPX-Periphe-
rie getrennt. Das Steckergehäuse ist über eine R/C-Kombination mit
FE des CPX-Terminals verbunden.
3) Das Steckergehäuse ist mit FE des CPX-Terminals verbunden.

3.4 Spannungsversorgung des CPX-Terminals
Die Betriebs- und Lastspannungsversorgung des CPX-
Terminals wird über Verkettungsblöcke zugeführt. Diese
leiten die Betriebs- und Lastspannung an die angrenzen-
den Module weiter.

3.5 Startverhalten des CPX-Terminals
Leuchtet nach dem Systemstart die M-LED permanent, so
ist “Systemstart mit gespeicherter Parametrierung und
gespeichertem CPX-Ausbau” eingestellt.
Vorsicht
Bei CPX-Terminals, bei denen die M-LED permanent
leuchtet, wird die Parametrierung bei Austausch des
CPX-Terminals im Servicefall nicht selbsttätig durch das
übergeordnete System hergestellt. Überprüfen Sie in
diesem Fall vor dem Austausch, welche Einstellungen
erforderlich sind, und stellen Sie diese Einstellungen
her.

The field bus node CPX-FB6 for CPX terminals is intended
exclusively for use as a slave on the Interbus.
The maximum values specified in the section “Technical
specifications” must be observed here. Detailed informa-
tion can be found in the manual for the field bus node
P.BE-CPX-FB6-.. as well as in the CPX system manual
P.BE-CPX-SYS-.. .
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable
isolation of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resis-
tance (Protected Extra Low Voltage PELV). Switch
power packs are permitted, providing they guarantee
reliable isolation in accordance with EN 60950/
VDE 0805.
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross-sec-
tional area to the connection on the CPX terminal
marked with the earth symbol.
SThe CPX field bus node contains electrostatically
sensitive components. Do not therefore touch any
contacts. Observe the regulations for handling elec-
trostatically sensitive components.
Please note
Commission only a CPX terminal which has been fitted
and wired completely.

3 Installation instructions
3.1 Fitting
Field bus node CPX-FB6 is mounted in a manifold sub-base
of the CPX terminal.

Dismantling
SRemove the screws and carefully lift up the field bus
node.
Fitting
1. Check the seal and sealing surfaces and refit the sub-
base.
2. Place the screws so that the self-cutting threads are
used. Tighten the screws by hand in diagonally oppo-
site sequence. Tightening torque 0.9...1.1 Nm.

1) Protocol chip SUPI3-OPC guarantees automatic recognition as to
whether further Interbus slaves are connected. A bridge between
pins 5 and 9 is not therefore necessary.
2) The incoming interface is electrically isolated from the CPX periph-
ery. The plug housing is connected to the FE of the CPX terminal by
means of an R/C combination.
3) The plug housing is connected to the FE of the CPX terminal.

3.4 Power supply for the CPX terminal
The operating and load voltage supplies for the CPX ter-
minal are provided via manifold sub-bases. These transmit
the operating and load voltages to the neighbouring mod-
ules.
