1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Der Feldbusknoten 6 für die Ventilinseln Typ 03..05 ist
ausschließlich für den Einsatz als Teilnehmer am INTER
BUS bestimmt. Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte
der technischen Daten einzuhalten.
Ausführliche Informationen finden Sie in den Pneumatik−
Beschreibungen P.B E MIDI/MAXI−... und P.B E ISO−... und
der Elektronik−Beschreibung P.B E VIFB6−03/05....
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver
binder zusammen stecken oder trennen (Funktions
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri
sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/
EN 60742/VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kV Isolations
festigkeit gewährleisten (PELV). Schaltnetzteile sind
zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung im Sinne der
EN 60950/VDE0805 gewährleisten.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem Lei
tungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss an.
SNehmen Sie nur einen komplett montierten und ver
drahteten Knoten in Betrieb.

2 Konfiguration
Hinweis
Beim Öffnen des Knotens: Verbindende Kabel verhin
dern das komplette Abheben des Deckels.
Vorsicht
Die Komponenten der Ventilinsel enthalten elektronisch
gefährdete Bauelemente. Berühren der Kontaktflächen
an Steckverbindungen und Missachtung der Handha
bungsvorschriften für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bau
elemente können die Komponenten zerstören.
Bei einer regulären Inbetriebnahme muss der Knoten nicht
geöffnet werden.
Gehen Sie beim speziellen Konfigurieren wie folgt vor:
1. Betriebsspannung abschalten.
2. Knoten öffnen (Schrauben sind verlierbar).
3. Ventiltest einstellen.
4. Fehlermeldungen ein−/ausblenden.
5. Knoten schließen.

The fieldbus node 6 for valve terminals type 03..05 is de
signed exclusively for use as a slave on the INTERBUS. The
limit values of the technical specifications must be ob
served.
Please refer to the Pneumatics manuals" P. B E MIDI/
MAXI−... and P. B E ISO−... and the Electronics manual" P.B E
VIFB6−03/05... for detailed information.
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable isola
tion of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/
EN60742/VDE 0551 with at least 4 kV isolation resis
tance (Protected Extra Low Voltage PELV). Switch
power packs are permitted, providing they guarantee
reliable isolation in accordance with EN 60950/
VDE0805.
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross−sec
tional area to the terminal marked with the earth
symbol.
SOnly operate a node which is completely fitted and
electrically wired.

2 Configuration
Please note
The cover is connected to the internal PC boards via the
operating voltage cable. It cannot therefore be removed
completely.
Caution
The components of the valve terminal contain elements
which are liable to damage by electrostatic charges.
The components can also be destroyed if the contact
surfaces of plug connectors are touched, or if the re
gulations for handling electrostatically vulnerable com
ponents are not observed.
Please observe the following when configuring:
1. Switch off the operating voltage.
2. Open node (screws are liable to be lost).
3. Set DIL switch to valve test.
4. Set DIL switch: send error messages partly or send all.
5. Close node.

El nodo de bus de campo 6 para el terminal de válvulas
tipo 03..05 está diseñado exclusivamente para ser utili
zado como slave en el INTERBUS. Deben observarse los
valores límite de las especificaciones técnicas.
Para una detallada información, consultar los Manuales
de la parte neumática" P. B E MIDI/MAXI−... y P. B E ISO−... el
Manual de la parte electrónica" P. B E VIFB6−03/05.....
Atención
SDesconectar la fuente de alimentación antes de in
sertar o retirar conectores (de lo contrario, pueden
producirse daños).
SUtilizar solamente fuentes de alimentación que ga
ranticen un aislamiento fiable de las tensiones de
funcionamiento según IEC 742/EN 60742/VDE 0551
con una resistencia de aislamiento de por lo menos
4kV (PELV, tensión extra baja protegida). Se permi
ten fuentes de alimentación conmutadas, si se garan
tiza un aislamiento fiable según EN 60950/VDE0805.
SConectar un conductor de tierra de suficiente sección
transversal al terminal marcado con el símbolo de
tierra.
SPoner en marcha el nodo solamente cuando est com
pletamente montado y cableado.

2 Configuración
Por favor, observar
La tapa está conectada a los circuitos impresos inter
nos a través del cable de alimentación. Por ello no
puede retirarse completamente.
Precaución
Los componentes del terminal de válvulas contienen
elementos que son susceptibles de dañarse por descar
gas electrostáticas. Los componentes también pueden
destruirse si se tocan las superficies de contacto de los
conectores o si no se observan las normas para la mani
pulación de componentes sensibles a las descargas
electrostáticas.
Observar lo siguiente al configurar:
1. Desconectar la tensión de alimentación.
2. Abrir el nodo (cuidar de no perder los tornillos).
3. Situar el interruptor DIL a test de válvulas.
4. Situar el interruptor DIL a enviar mensajes de error
parciales o completos.
5. Cerrar el nodo.
