First of all, take away the helmet and detach the base as shown

Expand the base by the 1x2 plates provided, detach the sides and split the 1x8 1x10
Then reform it as shown with the 1x2 plates
There will be 2 studs extended at the front

Now do the same thing on the other side
Now assemble the spot lights on the extended corners
And detach the stand as shown

Restore the 2nd level, leave the brick facing the front away, put the led strip on the
studs first
Stick the led strip at the bottom level of the stand, then put the tall brick on it

Do the same thing as before, leave the brick facing the front, put the 3rd level on the
stand and stick the led at the front
Now put the brick back on the base

*Beware, if you powered by power bank with protection it might be turned off by
itself due to the power consume is too little, then you need to power by AC adaptor
or use the battery
Restore the stand, then you may choose to power up by either USB or battery
