Secure the top runner (C) to the frame (A) using
2 x M6 locking washers (K), and 2 x M6 Hexagon
nuts (L).

4 x M5 x 22.0 mm

Check off components as shown in diagram and lay on flat surface
1Working outside of the carcase, secure the two part frame (A) together by
inserting 1 x M4 x 10.0 mm flat head screw (O) into one end of a M5 x 22.0 mm
threaded insert (N). Then place 1 x frame connector (B) into the bottom section of
frame (A) and align the connection holes. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LET THE FRAME
CONNECTORS SLIP DOWN INSIDE THE MAIN FRAME! Insert the M5 x 22.0 mm
threaded insert with the already fitted screw in one side, through the already aligned
holes in the frame. Secure using another M4 x 10.0 mm flat head screw (O). Repeat
process for the other side and top half of frame.

Position bottom runner (C) to the internal side of the
carcase at floor level with the front fixing hole centre
43 mm from the front edge of the carcase.
Then secure using 8 x M4 x 15.0 mm pan head screws (J).
Steps 3 to 6

Locate and secure frame (A) on bottom runner (C) and
secure top runner (C) to the internal face of the carcase using
8 x M4 x 15.0 mm pan head screws (J).
Attach the top and bottom door panel hanging brackets (D)
to frame (A) using 2 x M6 x 10.0 mm round head bolt (H). If a false double door effect is to be used, then connect
the two door panels using the 2 door panel connectors (G)
and 8 x M4 x 15.0 mm pan head screws (J).

Insert loosely 2 x M5 x 6.0 mm round head bolts (I)
into each of the door panel hanging plates (E), then
locate these screws into the door panel hanging
brackets (D) attached to frame (A). Then secure the
2 x M5 x 6.0 mm round head bolts (I) on each of the
door panel hanging plates (E).

Attach the top & bottom door panel hanging plates (E) to
the door panel using 4 x M4 x 15.0 mm pan head screws
(J) per bracket. Use the measuring guide above to assist.
Then attach the third door panel hanging plate close to the
door handle position, again using 4 x M4 x 15.0 mm pan
head screws (J).

Attach the third door panel hanging bracket (D)
around the frame (A) onto the door panel hanging plate
closely situated behind the door handle position to
stop the centre of the door flexing, using
2 x M5 x 6.0 mm round head bolts (I).

Place the baskets (F) in the desired positions on
the frame using 2 x metal pins (P) to hang the baskets (F).
Then place 2 x end caps (M) on each end of the metal pins (P)
to lock them in place.

12 Finished unit with larder pull-out.
Adjustment of the door can be achieved by partially unscrewing,
Screws 1 for horizontal adjustment,
screw 2 for vertical adjustment,
until the desired position is achieved. Screws 3 can then be
losened / tightened for in and out adjustment.
