1Cierre el suministro de agua. / Close the water supply.
Ubique y cierre las válvulas de suministro de agua.
Generalmente se encuentran debajo del lavabo. Si se trata de un
reemplazo de grifo, quite el grifo viejo y limpie completamente la
superficie del lavabo.
Locate and close the water supply valve.
Usually found under the sink. If it is a replacement faucet, remove
the old faucet and clean the entire surface of the sink.

Desenrosque el conector “Y” y la
tuerca, retire la rondana y el separador.

nut, remove the shank gasket and
stainlees steel washer.

Por la parte inferior del lavabo o superficie inserte los cuerpos laterales con su tuerca y
rondana. Por la parte superior, inserte el empaque y enrosque la contra tuerca a tope,
coloque la extensión vástago y la arandela, enrosque el tornillo y una vez montados los
cuerpos laterales, enrosque los manerales alineándolos a la posición deseada. / On the
bottom of the sink or surface insert the side bodies with their nut and washer. At the top,
insert the gasket and screw the lock nut to stop, place the stem extension and washer,
screw the screw and once the side bodies have been assembled, thread the handles by
aligning them to the desired position.

Coloque la contra con su empaque en el lavabo, inserte el empaque cónico, la rondana
y apriete la tuerca. / Place the drain with the gasket in the sink, insert the conical gasket,
the washer and tighten the nut.

Mantenimiento del Valvex
Enrosque nuevamente el aireador. /
Reassemble the aerator.
Cierre el suministro de agua antes de comenzar, desenrosque el maneral y tornillo, retire la
arandela y extensión vástago, desenrosque la contra tuerca y empaque, finalmente
desenrosque el valvex V, reemplace y vuelva a ensamblar. / Close the water supply before
starting, unscrew the handle and screw, remove the washer and the stem extension, unscrew
the lock nut and gasket, finally unscrew valvex V, replace and reassemble.

Las válvulas angulares no estan totalmente abiertas. /
Angle valves are not fully open.
Retire el aireador y límpielo. / Remove the aereator and clean.
Verifique las especificaciones de presión mínima (página 1) /
Verify the specifications the minimum pressure (page 1).
Abrir totalmente las válvulas angulares. (Pag. 3, paso 13)
/ Fully open angle valves (page 3, step 13)
La salida está floja.
/ The faucet is loose.
La tuerca espárrago no está apretada.
/ The shank nut is not tight. Apriete firmemente la tuerca espárrago (Pag. 2, paso 4).
/ Tigthen the shank nut /Page 2, step 4).
Hay fuga en las conexiones.
/ There are leaks in the
connections.
Posiblemente no estén firmemente apretadas.
/ Possibly not tight.
Apriete firmemente la conexión (Pag. 2, paso 7) instalación de
mangueras. / Thigten the connection (page 2, step 7) Install hoses.
Filtración por la contra.
/ Filtration by the drain.
Coloque el empaque de la contra superior y apriete firmemente.
/ Place the gasket drain and firmly tighten.
Existe poco flujo de agua. /
There is some water flow
Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.
