Luxaflex® SimpleFit Plissé & Duette® Shades
Dear Customer,
We thank you for choosing Luxaflex®products. In the unlikely event that the Luxaflex product
guarantee service is needed, please contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased. Alter-
natively you may contact a member of our authorised Luxaflex®service network. In order
to minimise any unnecessary inconvenience, we suggest that the product installation instructions
are read carefully before contacting the dealer on our service network.
GUARANTEE
Luxaflex®guarantees that all Luxaflex®window covering products are free from material and
assembly defects, provided that such products were properly installed in a domestic situation.
For non-domestic installations, refer to the Luxaflex®general sales conditions. The obligation of Lux-
aflex®is limited to repair or replacement of the defective materials or components. Repairs
will be made with like or similar parts. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.
To obtain the gurantee service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The
dealer will request Sunway® to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components.
Guarantee claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as details regarding the nature of
the problem.
This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure is caused by:
• Accident • Misuse/Abuse • Alteration • Motorised devices • Exposure to elements
• Normal wear and tear • Blinds that are not fitted in a domestic situation.
• Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning and maintenance instructions
The guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no
event shall Luxaflex be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other
direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
The guarantee does not affect the consumers statutory rights under applicable national laws in force,
nor the consumers rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.

1. Fitting tool required includes
Bracket Insertion Tool
2. Position top fixing bracket into
the purpose made slot in the
Bracket Insertion Tool.
3. Position bracket behind rubber
bead and carefully push the
metal legs behind the bead.
4. Check bracket is squarely
secured. Repeat both sides.
5. Position bottom fixing bracket
into the purpose made slot in
the Bracket Insertion Tool.
6. Position bracket behind rubber
bead and carefully push the
metal leg behind the bead.
7. Check bracket is vertically
secured. Repeat both sides.
8. Place the side profile against the side
frame with flat face towards the glass
and the notch to the bottom.
9. Slide the top edge into the slot
of the bracket . Push profile fully
into position.
10. Slide bottom slot of profile
over the bottom bracket.
Repeat both sides.
11 . At the appropriate position(s)
on each side profile, fit retention
clips (long side profiles only).
12. Press home using the insertion
tool. Fully located the clip will
sit over the side profile.
13. Align the headrail end cap
slot with bracket arms.
14. Ensure head rail is correctly
aligned and firmly press
home. Carefully lower the
slats to the bottom frame.

!
• Young children can STRANGLE in the loop of pull
cords, chains and tapes and cords that operate
window coverings. They can also wrap cords around
their necks.
• To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords
out of the reach of young children.
• Move beds, cots and furniture away from window
covering cords.
If your blind has visible inner cords these can pull out to
form a loop which can STRANGLE a young child.
Persons in charge of children are ultimately responsible
for following the safety instructions provided by the
manufacturer and to use any safety device supplied.
15. With cord at bottom of
bracket, slide onto clip.
Repeat both sides.
16. To align the bottomrail
horizontally, simply pull it
into the position desired. It
will stay in position under
tension from the cords.
Check the blind operation,
raise/lower is satisfactory.
