◆Emergentservice
In anynation,ifwanting to dialemergenttelephone, then you can directly dial112 (orotheremergentservice
telephone), you must confirmyourmobile phonepoweris onandiswithintheservice region,theninputthe
emergent service number(112 or other numbers) and press send”keyto calltelephone.
Inanydigital network ,112emergenttelephoneserviceisset. InEnglandyou canalso use999backup
emergent calling number,but youmust insert validSIMcard.
Note：Because of the naturalproperty ofthecellnetwork, itcannot beensured that eachemergent call
canbesuccessful.
Individual
♦Whenusingtheradiodevice includingmobile phone,itispossible to have somedisturbance on
somemedicaldevices withbad shieldingperformance,suchas hearingaidand heartpacemaker.
Before usingthemobilephone, pleaseconsultwiththeproviderofthemedicaldevice oryour
doctor.
♦Fortheuser with heartdisease, theringsound volumeand setting for vibration reminder should be
especiallynoticed.
♦Intheplaces where explosive gas exists, suchas oilwarehouse, chemicalfactoryorexplosive
productionprocess,theuse limits for radiodevice shouldbe closely noticed. Whenyourmobile

1Startto use
Beforeusingthemobilephone,please read thischapter. Thechapter will tell you how to install, chargeand
maintainyourmobilephone’sbattery.It also tells you information ontheGSMnetwork andinstructs you
howto insert andunlock SIMcard. The detailed information on it willbe stated inthe chapter.
1.1 Battery
nThemobilephonecontainsonebattery.Whenpurchasing thebattery,thebatterisnot charged, butit
maysupporttoturn on thephone. Anew battershouldbecharged foratleast 16 hours,afterthebattery
is used up for thefirst time, then itischarged fully for use; it should also be used up for thesecondtime,
then itis recharged, after the three times circulation, the battery is easyto reachthe best use state.
1.1.1 Battery disassembly andinstallation
nWhendissembling,make themobile phoneback face upward, press theback cover’sbatterylock button
at thebottom ofthe mobile phone,thensliptheback coverdownward and takeofftheback cover. Pull
the tailof the batteryupward andtakeout the batter.
nWheninstalling, insert the clip atthetopofthebatteryinto thecorresponding clampingslotinthephone
and pressthebatterydownward.Thenitis ok to installthephone’s back cover.
1.1.2 Battery charging
nInsert the joint of the chargerintothe bottomof themobilephone.
nInsertthechargerintothepower supply.Atthistime, amarkstandingfor charging willappearand
means thebatteryin thecharging.
nWhenthechargingmark isstill (and prompt chargingis finished),thenwhichmeansthechargingis
finished.Duringthecharging, thebattery,mobilephoneandchargerwillbecomeheated,whichis
normal phenomena.
nAfter the charging isfinished, turnoff thepower supplyandpull off the charger.
Warn
Whencharging, thephonemust be placedattheventilated site withthe
temperaturebetween ＋5℃and ＋40℃and must use the chargerprovided by
theprovider. Whenusing the chargerwithoutpermission, it is possibleto result
indanger,moreover whichviolates thepermission and maintenance guarantee
terms for the mobile phone.
Theregulate chargingtemperature range isfrom 0 to45 ,ifitisbeyond the
range, please do not use the charging device.
1.1.3 Usefor battery
The phone idle duration provided by theprovideisbasedontheidealworkenvironment.Inthe
practicaluse, thebatteryworkduration will vary withthedifferent networkstate, work environment
anduse mode.
1.1.4 Battery capacity indication
When themobile phoneisin poweronmode, thebattery capacity leveldisplays at therightandtop corner of
thescreen.Theresidualpower capacityis represented byfourlevelsofindication bars.

1.2 Connectingnetwork
1.2.1 SIMcard
Yournetwork providerwill provide you withainsertion SIMcard(user identificationcard).SIMcardisthe
keyforyoutoenter theGSMnetwork. Beforeusingthemobilephone, youmust insert valid SIMcard
into themobile phone.
All information recordsrelated withnetwork connectionareintheSIMcard, also including name, telephone
number andshort message in thecard. SIMcard can alsobe takeoff fromyourmobilephoneand insertinto
anyGSMmobile phone for use (newmobile phone automatically reads SIMcard.).
Topreventfrom loss and damage ontheinformationinthecard, pleaseavoidtouching on metalplanearea
and put theSIM at the site farfrom current andmagnetism.
Warn
Before taking outSIMcard, themobilephonemustbe turnedoff.Itis
absolutelyprohibited toinsert intoor take outSIMcardwhenconnectingto
externalpower, or SIMcard maybedamaged.
1.2.2 SIMcard insertion
Generally SIMcardis put into a card, beforeinstallation, it must betakenout carefully.
nTurn off the mobile phone andremovethebatteryandother externalpower.
nInsertSIMcard into thebottomof theconnectioncardandensure themetalplaneisdownward and
corner positionis same to clamping slot corner;
nPushSIMcard ,lock SIMcard and install the battery;
nIf youneed take outSIMcard, pleasefirst turnoffmobile phoneand take outthebattery,thenremove
SIMcard.
1.2.3 Unlocking for SIMcard
Topreventfromillegaluse,SIMcardadopts PIN(personalidentificationnumber) code toencrypt for
protection.When selectingto use thisfunction (referto 4.4chapter), when you turn on the mobile phoneeach
time,youmust inputPINcode, so youcan unlock SIMcard ,thenyou cansend or answercalls. Ausercan
alsoremoveSIMcardprotection.(referto 4.4 chapter)
npress Pwr to turnonthe mobile phone;；
nInputPINcode, press left function keytoconfirm.Forexample:if PINisset as 1234, theninputas
follows:

Ifyou inputwronglyfor continuous three times, thenyourSIMcardwillbelocked, themobilephonewill

Especially note
Yournetwork operator willset astandard PINnumber(from 4bits to 8bits)
for yourSIM card, you shouldchange itto yourprivatepassword as rapidlyas
possible.
1.2.4 Connect tonetwork

2Dialandanswertelephone
Afterthemobilephoneisset, youcandialoranswer phone. Thischapterwill provide withallbasic
informationneededbyyou.
Note Whendialingandreceivingcall, thephonesearches matched namein thephonebook,forthephone
number,itonlyjudges whetherthelast11 numbers ofthe numberissame, for othernumber,itonlyjudges
whether the last 7numbersofthenumber is same.
2.1 Turnonandturnoff phone
1. Press Pwr keylong to turnonphone, the starting animated picture appear.
2. Ifrequiring to input PINcode, please referto1.2.3chapter.
3. Inthe poweron state,press Pwrkeylong toturnoff phone.
2.2 Dialphone
When themark fornetwork operatorappears inthedisplay screen,then phoneenter the idlescreen,you can
dialor answercalls.Theinformationbarat theleftand topcorner of screendisplaysnetwork signalintensity
(foursignalbars mean thestrongest signal).Thebarrierhas great influence on thecommunicationquality,so
if moving ina small range,thesignalintensitycanbe enhanced remarkably.
Thenumber canbe dialed bymultipledialingmodes from theidle screen, including:direct dialing, phone
bookdialing, rapid dialing and SIMcardposition dialing.
2.2.1 Directdialing
Dialdomestic phone
Thesimplest methodto dialisto usedigitalkey toinputthephonenumber (ifdialingdomesticlong-
distancenumber,pleaseaddregionnumber), thenpress Snd keyandstart call.Whendialing, the
displayscreenwilldisplaynameandtelephonenumber,after thetelephoneisconnected,
communicationduration , another party’s phone number or name is displayed.
Afterusingdigitalkeyto inputtelephone, please press Menu keyto activate themenu,thefollowing
menuitemswillappearin themenu.
Select calling to callout telephone
Select save number to savethetelephonenumber (refer to 10.12chapter fordetailed operation)
Select SendSMS toentershort messageeditingwindowandfinishcorresponding operation(referto
6.2chapter foroperationonshort message function);
Select Countdown tostart Countdownfunction (refer to 11.12chapter fordetailed functionsetting).

Forexample: if dialingFrenchphone, youneed press 0keylong(untilthesymbol +”appears),then
input Frenchcode 33”and completetelephonenumber.
2.2.2 Dial telephonefromtelephonebook
Select thephonebook fromthemainmenu,after entering phonebook, activate Menu to select andsearch,
findcorresponding personand select corresponding phone, thenitistook topress Snd keyto dial.
Wheninidlestate, press rightdirection Rkeyto enter phonelist, select corresponding personandselect
corresponding phone, thenit is ok topress Sndkeytodial.
2.2.3 Rapiddialing
Therapiddialingisalso called as abbreviated dialing, youcanrespectivelyset 9numberkeysas telephone
number (refer to 4.3.7chapteronphone book for setting).
Inidlescreen,pressthenumberkeyfrom2to 9whichisset as speed dialing, youcanautomatically dial
correspondingsetphonenumber.Ifyourselected numberkeyisnot set as speed dialing,themobilephone
willpromptyou telephoneis empty”
2.2.4 SIMcard position dialing
Inidle screen,pressnumber keyand #keyinturn,you canimplementSIMcard positiondialing, that isto
displaythephonenumber stored at thecorresponding position in SIMcardautomatically,activateOptions
menuto select callor press Snd key, thenyoucandialout phone.
2.2.5 Phone cannot be called
Whendialing, thephonemaynot becalled,forexample:another partylineoccupation,denyinganswer,
anotherparty isnot within service region andanother party’sphoneisnot in power onmode, the phonewill
prompt you phonecannot be called”.Atthistimeifyou setautomaticdialing(referto 4.3.4chapter),the
phonewill automaticallydialthenumber youjust have dialed,untilthenumberisdialed for continuous10
timesand phone is not called , oryouproactivelycanceldialing.
2.3 Answercall
Whenanewcallcomes, thephonewilldisplay thephonenumber or nameof thenewcall,moreover
accordingto yoursetting,byvibration/ring/vibration and ringand keyboard light/ keyboard lightandidle
mode to informyouofthenewcall.
Whenthe phone vibrates and rings , screendisplays theindication forcall, press Snd key or Answer key to
answercall.
Aftercommunication is terminated, press Pwr key to hang up phone.
