Antes deusarlalicuadoraporprimeravez o sinosehautilizado durantemucho tiempo, lavetodas las piezas
que vanaentrarencontacto conlos alimentos.
UTILIZACIÓNDELAPARATO
MONTAJE ANTESDELUSO:
•Coloquelabase-motor(7)sobreunasuperficieplana,porejemplo, laencimeradelacocinayasegúresede
que apoya bien sobrelascuatro ventosas quetienedebajo.
•Sitúe eldepósitoparalapulpa (6) conlacuchilla-filtrosobrelabase-motordemaneraque labocaparael
vertido dezumo(4) encajeenlaranuradel lateral delabase-motor.
•Presionelacuchilla-filtrohasta queseencajebienenelejedelmotor.Compruebequelacuchilla-filtrono
quedademasiado suelta sobrelabaseyque girauniformemente.
•Tengacuidado deno tocarlas piezas afiladas.
•Sitúe latapa (2)conelempujador(1)sobreeldepósitoparapulpa (6)yajústelaconlos2cierresde
seguridad laterales(3). El aparato tieneunsistemadeseguridad, sino sehamontado bien,nofuncionará.

PREPARACIÓNDE FRUTASYVERDURASPARA HACER ELZUMO
•Antesdehacerunzumo lavebienlas frutas ylas verduras.
•Noes necesario retirarlas semillas, huesos o pieles finas antes deutilizarlalicuadora.
•Lasfrutasconpielgruesa,comolasnaranjasylos limones, debenpelarseantesdehacerelzumo. Es
especialmenteimportanteretirarlapiel(incluidalaparteblanca),ya que incluso pequeñascantidadesde
piel puedendarun mal saboral zumo.
•Tambiénhay que quitarlos huesos grandes(comolos huesos deciruelayalbaricoque) paraevitarque el

•Asegúresedegirarelempujadordemaneraque laranuraen elempujadorcoincidaperfectamenteconla
del tubo.
•Lasverduraslargascomolaszanahoriasdebenintroducirseenelembudo conelextremomáspuntiagudo
haciaabajo.
•Empuje lasfrutasy/overdurasligeramente.Demasiadapresiónreduce lacantidaddezumoextraíday
puededañarel aparato.
•Detengael aparato antes deretirarel empujadorparaañadirmás fruta/verduras yevitarasísalpicaduras.
•Vigilesiempreel recipienteparapulpa ydeje delicuarantes deque éstesellenedemasiado.
•Apague siempreel aparato pulsando el botón“ON/OFF” enlaposición“0” antes deretirarlatapa.
Tengaencuenta lo siguiente:Nopermita que elaparatofuncione demaneracontinuadadurantemásde2
minutos cadavez. Sielaparatohaestado funcionado durante2minutos, deje que seenfríe durante20
minutos antes deutilizarlo denuevo.

Zumodenaranja, piñayfresas

frambuesas. Sírvalo bien frío.
Zumodekiwiyuvasblancas
Estezumoademásdeserricoen antioxidantescontienemuchafibra.Paraprepararlo necesita 3kiwis
pelados yentrozos y70gr. deuvas blancas sin pepitas.

•Utilicefrutas yverduras frescas, sonlas quemás zumo contienen.

tamaño adecuado conlashojas antes deintroducirlas porel embudo.
•Lasfrutasyverdurasmuy fibrosas,ademásdeaquellascontallo durocomoplátanos, mangos, papayasy
aguacatesnosonadecuadasparahacerzumo, ya quenormalmenteloqueseconsigue espurédefruta en
lugardezumo.
•Todos lostipos zumossedebenconsumirjustodespuésderealizarlos, yaqueelzumofrescopierdelos
nutrientesimportantesrápidamentecuandoseexpone aloxígenodelaire,lo que también puedeafectaral
sabor.
•El zumopurodemanzanaseponemarrónrápidamentecuando seexpone alaire.Paraevitaresta

POSITIONINGTHE APPLIANCE

•Ensurethat the cordis fullyextended.
•Donotallowthe cordtohang overtheedge ofatable/counter,andkeepitaway fromhotobjectsand

•Checkregularlythat neithercordnorplugisdamagedanddonotuseif theyare,oriftheappliance has
beendropped ordamaged in anyotherway.

USINGTHE APPLIANCE
ASSEMBLYBEFORE USE:
•Place thebase-motor(7) onaflat surface,e.g.akitchencounter,andmakesureitisstanding firmlyonthe
foursuctioncupsunderneath.
•Place thedepositforpulp(6) withthe blade-filteronthe base-motorso that the juice outlet(4)fitin the
sideslotofbase-motor.
•Press theblade-filteruntilitfitswell onmotorshaft.Makesurethat the blade-filterdoesn'tsittoo loosely
onthebaseand that itrotates evenly.
•Becarefulnotto touch the sharpparts ofthe blade-filter.
•Place lid(2) withpusher(1)ondepositforpulp(6)andfititwith2securitylockclamps(3).Theappliance
has asecurity system,if itis notwell assembled, itwon’twork.
•Place juicecup(5)orotherrecipientunderthejuice outlet(4).
•Theapparatus nowreadyforuse.
PREPARINGFRUITSANDVEGETABLESFOR JUICING
•Always washfruits and vegetables thoroughlybeforejuicing.
•Itis notnecessaryto removeseeds, pits orthinpeels beforeusing the appliance.
•Fruits withthick peels such as oranges and lemonsmustbepeeled beforejuicing. Itis particularlyimportant
toremoveall thepeel(includingthepith),asevensmall amountsofpeelcanimpartanunpleasanttasteto
the juice.
•Itis also necessaryto removelargepits (suchasplum and apricotpits)toavoid damagingtheappliance.
•Large fruits and vegetables should becutinto pieces that canfitinto the tube(1).

•Startthe appliance byturning theOn/Off buttonto position"1”.
•Feedtheselectedfruitsand/orvegetablesintotheappliance through thefunnelalittleat atime,pushing
themdownusing the tamper(1).
•Makesurethat youturnthe pusherso that the grooveinthe pusherfitsintothe tubeproperly.
•Long vegetables suchascarrots should befed intothe tubepointy end first.
•Press thefruitsand/orvegetablesgentlywiththetube.Toomuchpresserreducestheamountofjuice
extracted and candamagethe appliance.
•Stopthe appliance beforeremoving thetampertoadd morefruit/vegetables in orderto avoid splashes.
•Keepaneyeonthe fruitpulpholderand stopjuicing beforetheholderbecomes too full.
•Always turnoff thepowerbyturning the"On/Off"buttonto "0" positionbeforetakingoffthe lid.
Pleasenote:Donotleavethe appliance runningformorethan2minutesatatime.If the appliancehasbeen
running for2minutes, allowittocool downfor20 minutes beforeyouuseitagain.
