
•Release the jug byturning it throughinananticlockwise direction on the base and lifting.
Replacingandremovingtheconicalpress
The small press isplaced directlyon the drive axleuntil it isflush withthe filter.
1. Placethe deviceon afirm and fl at surface. Position it suchthat it cannot tilt over.
2. Placethe juginthe centre ofthe housing(position the recess inthe jugover the drive axle)
and turn until tight.
3. Nowinsert the filter intothe jug.
4. Insert the plug inadulyinstalled 230V/50 Hzsocket.
5. Halve the citrus fruit inthe middle. Pressthe fleshysideofonehalfofthe fruit ontothe
conicalpress andkeep pressed.The machine startsturningautomatically.Resultscanbe
improved byreleasing the pressure and then pressing again.
CAUTION: Donot use thedevicefor more than5minutes!
6. The juicenowflowsintothe container (max.0,5l).The flesh ofthe fruit andthe pips remain
inthe filter.
7. Nowtakeoutthe jugtopour the juice. You canalso placethe juginthe refrigerator withthe
lid closed inorder tostore the juice.
8. Pull the plug out ofthe socket after use and cleanthe deviceasdescribed below.

IMPORTANT
•The citrus juices should be consumed assoon aspossible.
•Never store suchjuices inmetal containers.
CLEANING
•Please remove the mainsplug before the deviceiscleaned.
•Cleanthe lemon squeezereverytimeit isused.
•Cleanthe juicecontainer, the filter, the twopressingcones andthe transparentlid insoap
and water.
•Pull the small pressingcone carefullyoutofthefilter strainer inordertocleanit.Donotuse
abrasive or aggressive cleaners.
•Cleanthe outer motor casingandthe wire withaslightlymoistclothandthen wipe witha
drycloth.
•Never immerse the housing withmotor inwater!
•After cleaning all the partsyou canassemblethem again.
