Thank you for purchasing QLight products. Please read this manual
carefully before installing this product for safe and long use.
▪Having long life of light source by adopting high-brightness LED
and suitable for machines having lots of vibration and impact with
high durability.
▪Excellent in diffusing effect by employing our own unique direct-
diffusion system.
▪Possible to select suitable operation by using built-in
steady/flashing selection switch according to the purpose of use.
▪Possible to install various way according to installing condition.
Q125LW: Wall mounting type, Q125LP: Pole mounting type

Power line UL1015-NO.18 (0.75sq) x 2C 400mm comes out from the
product.
▪In case of product using AC voltage, connect the line without
Polarity(wire color).
▪In case of product using DC voltage, black line is negative(-).
▪If possible, please mount as the direction of vertical and at the
place where low vibration and low impact.
▪Please make a suitable hole on the place where the product will
be mounted by a Drill by referring to dimension on the below
drawing.
▪In case of direction mounting type, fix the product by using
Nuts(M4-3EA) attached on mounting bolt on the bottom of the
product.
▪In case of pole mounting type, mount it by using nuts attached
on the Pole.
▪Mount it by using mounting bolts M8-2EA for L-type bracket and
mount it by using another mounting bolts M5-4EA for Wall
mounting type and round type bracket.

■POLE mounting type detailed specification
In case of pole mounting method, there are mainly 5 types
according to purpose or condition of mounted place. And
please mount it according to the kinds of mounting bracket by
refer to below contents.

There is built-in Switch to select Steady/Flashing operation on the
assembling circuit board for convenience of user. Refer to the
following drawing and explanation for right operation.
1) Lens Removal
Remove lens by turning it counterclockwise and make sure
related parts on the assembling board.
2) Selecting Steady/Flashing Type
Choose steady light or flashing light by using Steady/Flashing
Selecting switch(1)- SELECTOR(1). “L” mode of the switch is for steady
type and “LF” mode is for flashing type.
3) Lens Assembling
Assemble the product in reverse order of separating.

▪If using voltage is seriously higher or lower than rated voltage, it
can reduce the self-life of the product or can cause a problem on
product operating. Make sure the using voltage does not exceed +/-
5% of the rated voltage.
▪If lens or body of the product is contaminated by chemicals such as
thinner, benzene, the product can be damaged, discolored or
deformed. Please be careful.
▪Do not give strong impact to the product. It can be a reason of wire
disconnection or short circuit.
▪Do not strongly pull the wire out from the product. It can cause a
disorder.
