carefully before installing the product for safe and long use.

The product has a power line, LAPP KABEL CLASSIC 400P 0.75sq X
2C 400mm, coming out from the product.
▪In case of using DC voltage, the product has a bridge circuit inside,
therefore lines can be connected regardless of the polarity (Ref. wire
color).
▪This product was manufactured with the structure for indoor use.
Installing in any direction is okay for indoor use.
▪Mount at a place where exists low vibration, impact, moisture and dust
as long as possible.
▪Refer to below information and drill necessary mounting holes on
profitable part of the product. (Check the PCD from external view
drawing.)
▪QWHL150/QWHL250: Fix the product by using extra mounting bolt
(M4-4EA).

▪If the angle of the body(angle of signal transmission) needs
adjustment, loose the bracket fixing bolt①on side of body and adjust
the angle. (Please refer to structure drawing)
▪QWHL150-QBK03/QWHL250-QBK03: Fix the product by using the
attached mounting bolt(M6-3EA) with the product.

▪For left/right side angle adjustment, loose the fixing bolt ①on the
bracket and adjust the angle. (Refer to the product structure drawing)
▪For up/down side angle adjustment, loose the fixing bolt ②on the
bracket and adjust the angle. (Refer to the product structure drawing)
▪The product is designed for an explosion proof, water proof and dust
proof product. When disassembling and assembling the product, please
make sure all the parts are well connected and check the bolts are
completely airtight.
▪If voltage goes seriously higher or lower than the rated voltage, it can
cause the reduction of the life span of the product or cause an operating
problem. Make sure the voltage does not exceed +/-5% of the rated
voltage.
▪Please keep the product from chemical substance such as thinner or
benzene. Lens or body of the product can be damaged, discolored or
deformed by chemicals.
