FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
•To fit R&G radiator guard to the bike, insert the 4x rubber grommets into the radiator guard in the
holes circled in yellow in Fitting Diagram if they do not come already installed & slide the R&G
Radiator Guard into position.
•Remove both radiator cowls from the bike. To do this, remove the 2x button head bolts on each
side, as arrowed in Picture 1 and then pull the panel away from the bike.
•Repeat this process for the other side of the bike.
•Remove the two bolts circled in Picture 2(one on each side).
•Remove the 2x bolts that secures the top of the radiator to the frame, as shown in Picture 3.
•To remove the radiator from its mounting lug on the right side of the bike, ensure the left side
mount is clear and gently slide the radiator off the frame mount.
•Offer the R&G Radiator Guard into position and locate the upper tab on the right side over the
frame mount (as shown in Picture 4) before sliding the radiator back on.
•The upper tab on the left side should now locate in position on the LHS. Refit the original bolt and
loosely tighten.
•Secure the bottom of the radiator guard in place using 2x supplied R&G one way cable ties through
the holes circled in green in the Assembly Diagram, the locking part of the cable tie needs to be
secured from behind the radiator as shown in the Picture 5.
•Re-fit all fairing panels & check all components are secure and all bolts are tight before riding.

changes which do not diminish their performance or visual appeal and supplying them in such state shall conform to the order.
The Buyer acknowledges no representation or warranty (other than as to title) has been given or will apply to the Products other
than those in R&G’s order or confirmation and the Buyer confirms it has chosen the Products as being of merchantable quality
and suitable for its particular purposes. Where R&G fits the Products or undertakes other services it shall exercise reasonable
skill and care and rectify any fault free of charge unless the workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for
ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products
R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have
been modified or used or maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G’s or manufacturer’s instructions and good
engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting
its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability
shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect
the Buyer’s statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if
they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods
must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25%
of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges.
No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does
not refer to faulty goods.

NOTICE DE MONTAGE
•Pour installer le protège-radiateur R&G sur la moto, insérez les 4 œillets en caoutchouc dans le
protège-radiateur dans les trous entourés en jaune sur le schéma de montage s'ils ne sont pas déjà
installés et faites glisser le protège-radiateur R&G en position.
•Retirez les deux capots de radiateur de la moto. Pour ce faire, retirez les 2 boulons à tête ronde de
chaque côté, comme indiqué sur la photo 1, puis retirez le panneau de la moto.
•Répétez ce processus pour l'autre côté de la moto.
•Retirez les deux boulons entourés sur la Photo 2 (un de chaque côté).
•Retirez les 2 boulons qui fixent le haut du radiateur au cadre, comme indiqué sur la photo 3.
•Pour retirer le radiateur de sa patte de montage sur le côté droit de la moto, assurez-vous que le
support latéral gauche soit dégagé et faites glisser doucement le radiateur hors du support du
cadre.
•Mettez le protège-radiateur R&G en position et localisez la languette supérieure sur le côté droit au-
dessus du support de cadre (comme illustré sur la photo 4) avant de remettre le radiateur en place.
•La languette supérieure sur le côté gauche doit maintenant se positionner sur le côté gauche.
Remonter le boulon d'origine et serrer légèrement.
•Fixez le bas de la protection du radiateur en place à l'aide de 2 attaches de câble à sens unique
R&G fournies à travers les trous entourés en vert dans le schéma d'assemblage, la partie de
verrouillage de l'attache de câble doit être fixée à l'arrière du radiateur comme indiqué sur la photo
5 .
•Remontez tous les panneaux de carénage et vérifiez que tous les composants soient sécurisés et
que tous les boulons soient bien serrés avant de rouler.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG
•Um den R&G Kühlerschutz zu montieren, zuerst die 4 Gummistopfen in die Öffnungen am
Kühlerschutz einsetzen, die mit gelben Kreisen markiert sind (wie in Zeichnung Montage
abgebildet), falls diese nicht vorinstalliert sind. Danach schieben Sie den R&G Kühlerschutz in die
richtige Position.
•Entfernen Sie beide Verkleidungsteile für den Kühler am Motorrad. Entfernen Sie die 2
Inbusschrauben an jeder Seite, wie in Abbildung 1 mit Pfeilen gekennzeichnet, dann ziehen Sie
das Verkleidungsteil weg vom Motorrad.
•Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt an der anderen Seite des Motorrades.
•Entfernen Sie die zwei Schrauben, die in Abbildung 2 mit Kreisen gekennzeichnet sind (je ein
Kreis an jeder Seite).
•Entfernen Sie die zwei Schrauben, die den Kühler oben am Rahmen befestigen – siehe Abbildung
3.
•Um den Kühler an der rechten Seite von seiner Befestigungslasche zu entfernen, kontrollieren Sie,
dass die Halterung für die linke Seite frei ist und schieben Sie den Kühler vom der
Rahmenhalterung runter.
•Den neuen R&G Kühlerschutz in Position bringen und die obere Lasche an der rechten Seite über
die Rahmenhalterung positionieren (siehe Abbildung 4), bevor Sie den Kühler wieder anbringen.
•Die obere Lasche an der linken Seite sollte nun in der richtigen Position an der linken Seite sein.
Montieren Sie die Originalschraube wieder und mit der Hand anziehen, noch nicht festziehen.
•Sichern die das untere Teil des Kühlerschutz in Position mit den zwei Einweg-Kabelbinder vom Kit,
indem Sie sie durch die Öffnungen fädeln, die in der Zeichnung Zusammenbau mit grünen
Kreisen markiert sind. Die Verschlusskammer der Kabelbinder müssen hinter dem Ölkühler
befestigt werden wie in Abbildung 5 abgebildet.
•Montieren Sie alle Verkleidungsteile wie ursprünglich wieder und überprüfen Sie, dass alle
Schrauben festgezogen sind, bevor Sie mit dem Motorrad fahren.
