1. Turn on the power switch by the line cord and then press the power buon on the front of the D5500

3. Using the back side of the pen, select the exit icon and then select Close.

4. Drag the Keyboard out from the le of the screen
5. Click on the Admin Sengs icon

Using the keyboard, enter the password.
Default password: admin (lower case)

3. Network Sengs
Click the Network Sengs Icon
Default seng is DHCP. If you require manual sengs, please contact your IT department.

4. Printer Sengs
Click the Printer Sengs Icon
Enter the IP Address of your Ricoh Printer / MFP
If you are using authencaon through your print driver, enter the conguraon informaon here.

5. Mail / SMTP Sengs
Click the SMTP Sengs Icon
Consult with your IT department for the required informaon above.

6. set Time & Date Sengs
Click the SMTP Sengs Icon
Select the proper me zone me and date.

7. Set Remote License
Click Add/delete Remote License Sengs Icon
Enter the remote sharing license that was purchased as an opon

8. Set Administrator Password
Click the Change Administrator Password Icon
Enter the current password and then your new password.
Default password is admin

9. Return to IWB Mode
Click Add/delete Remote License Sengs Icon
To return to normal operaons click Close and then click on the RIWB icon.
